Placing on the way going by the free fall and the comments from Marc with the Sunday roast lot, need an asset sale soon, market has no patience for exploring only.
Spot on 😂
I’ve given up trying to understand the markets , company adds $200k free cash to the balance sheet and somehow the market cap dropped the value by about £400k
🙄
Would hate to think what would have happened to the share price with any negative vibes! LOL
Just listened, positive vibe and progress
Discusses recent events and prospective deals ahead with a number of interested parties asking for site visits of the properties, it looks like one deal in particular could deliver a significant value event if completed.

Crazy you cannot post links on this site to resource company's?
First one was Frontier Lithium PAK Lake, second Evolution Mining Red lake.
One a major lithium deposit, the other a gold mine.
Looks like McInnes is a greenstone belt with pegmatites intruding into it or intrusive into it (not sure).
More detail on this in the FCM telegram which is the location I robbed the idea from, looks a decent group.
Wasn't aware but location wise it is just south of this major lithium project.

And North of these major gold projects.

I know what the RNS said.
Use of proceeds "Full Repayment of the Sanderson Capital Partners Convertible Loan Note (the "CLN")."
Nope is isnt read the rns! Paid off with https://www.lse.co.uk/rns/placing-to-raise-194163603000-q3l3nrlx6xdsokk.html
Use of proceeds "Full Repayment of the Sanderson Capital Partners Convertible Loan Note (the "CLN")."
The CLN was paid off November see RNS below.
Wasn’t this paid off? https://www.lse.co.uk/rns/FCM/placing-to-raise-194163603000-q3l3nrlx6xdsokk.html
I believe £250k is due to Sandersons, imminently, like this month, if not this week.
Well they have bagged £250k over the last month which has to be positive, the news printer also seems to be active so one wonders what else is to come, only circa 80m shares in issue means the company is only valued at £2.7m compared to £12.5 early last year.
Would suggest the floor is in.
There is no loan repayment mentioned in any rns prior that needs repaying.
Hi Char I assume your last message was a reply to the loan query.
Don't think so...
Marc Sale says on twitter:
- the grant more than covers the exercise cost and first year work on both new properties.
So not only a gift but also the work is covered nicely by the grant that's just even awarded.
So the link to http://www.the79thgroup.co.uk on linked in could be something of interest....
Good RNS, low cost high potential option on a new lithium project. Portfolio building. Gold peaking it's head above an ATH also. These situations will be turning soon.
Is there a loan outstanding that needs paying soon?
More news today, they are portfolio building, the spend looks tiny over a number of years but what these portfolio enhancements do is offer the chance for either JV or some other form of non dilutive funding via project level finance.
The share price has been in terminal decline for 15 months, falling from 18p, it would not take much by way of volume to reverse the trend, the floor must be in with commodity prices rising strongly, especially copper and gold.
It seems like there's been a lot of attention, with comments and likes towards a company called 79th Group & 79th Group Resources. They're an asset management/investment house in the North West of England, and they seem to have a focus on natural resources, gold, and property.
I found it interesting because I usually only follow or like people I'm connected to or working with on that platform. And guess what? First Class Metals is also based in the North, so it got me wondering if there's any kind of relationship forming between them.
It could totally be coincidental, but I thought it was worth mentioning. Who knows, maybe they have some connection or looking to working on a project/scheme together.
They do like a lot of Canadian mining content but this stood out due to the pure numbers. I did study statistics so I have analytical approach to data review and this looked pronounced.
What was that then Jonny?
Anyone spotted new focus on FCM Directors & Company LinkedIn focuses of late? Been having a deep dive into their activity to try and get a sense of direction. Something surprising stood out, or it was for me.
