BadBat - do explain how you think a WiFi connection has any influence on the changing source of a content stream received from a company server? I'm intrigued how this can be MY fault.
ORLM your filtered
Sorry I meant it’s impossible to not be a broadband problem.
The_Modeller your filtered
ORLM, I think you messed up! Why do people always think its the content provide has the technical issue, so quick to blame, some else, It' could quite easily been a wireless or routing issue. Did you forgot you are on Vodafone's cheapest deal.
Sarnie - I'm getting straight on it this morning given the potential breach of trust. It has to be reported and they need to own their mistake
It’s impossible to be a broadband or end user problem. It can’t only be a broadcast problem from Melody’s side. I think it could have been a dress reversal. But it can’t be the device, internet connection or an old app.
Machine Gun Kelly is an upcoming artist, I would assume they would be live too, given the series is ‘live from LA’, but doesn’t mean to say everything is going to be live, the mor content they create the better. Maybe MGK were there recording for non live and a glitch caused a clip to appear.
Ok, older cynical bast**d here, but I am really liking what I am seeing in the studio.
Never felt better about this investment.
ORLM, two faultless concerts here and I don’t have fibre. You say others had the same issues, no-one I know has had them.
It is your end, contact MVR tech support, I’m sure they can guide you through your issues.
Excellent live shows ... Really enjoyed the directors cut you can sit back and enjoy the performance. Need to lose the negative header on this board...
Everyone wants Melody to be brought so they can get a fat payout suddenly over night.... what if they don’t want to be bought out. So many people here missing the point lol... far beyond what people know or think they know and even if you do know your not exactly in bed with Matt ... Something huge is at play here
ORLM, have you informed them?
ORLM appears entirely credible..
Why don’t MelodyVR simply issue a definitive statement today confirming that the MGK event was entirely live streamed?
A1EX, appreciate the clarity.
Sarnie, I have never had an issue like this in the past. I have had a freeze/buffering issue with John Legend on Oculus but that is likely to be system load related. It wasn't only me who experienced this either on Saturday's show. I have fibre broadband.
My internet connection would have nothing to do with what Melody pushed out as content from their server. It's a problem their side, not mine.
Was flawless for me and everyone else I know. Sorry you had issues but definitely looking like it was your end.
Another great show under their belt aimed at a different fan base. The way they used the surround light screens for the visual display was amazing.
Another gig booked and more to be announced tomorrow with two new Covid capable studios to open.
Love it.
Yes
The potential here is enormous and All the hard work has been done by melody
It would so. Easy for one of the big boys to take us over
So why haven’t they ?
ORLM. You are the only person thay experienced this and it seems very strange you've had similar issues in the past. The production was perfect and these guys would not put out anything less. Any issues I suspect would be down to individuals own internet connection. I for one cant even begin to se goes this kind of error could occur of it did happen.
The Hmmmmm suggests I’m pondering what technical issue you encounter, nothing more...
Calm down!! I didn’t see them but welcome your suggestion that Machine Gun Kelly have been seen in the studio!!!! HUGE HUGE ARTIST...
Looking forward to the famous artist to take control. Look how the stars are promoting melodyvr
A1ex...there's no if about it. I saw what I saw clear as day and my app was up to date. Not sure what you are suggesting with the "hmmmm" comment?
Finished u are son... bye bye
@Mel - I updated the Oculus app minutes before the show started so I am certain that was not the issue
@Hobbit - it is possible that there was footage from a dress rehearsal, but irrespective of whether that was a recording of a practice session or a pre-recording being passed off as a live gig, I feel there should be some serious explanation.
I have been critical of EVRH but agree with comments about how good this looks, so well done. This could now be the inflexion point everyone has been waiting for.
