Quite frankly, as a long term holder and supporter of this business the only way I can describe the boards decision to continue with this CLN financing is "extremely disappointing" at best. I stil continue to hold and believe but have to concede to the 'deranpers'that actually called this one right. My trust in the board and their caring for shareholders probably made me go in far more than I should have.
It baffles me to think they entered into this knowing it would drive the sp down to 2p, presume they didnt realise and didnt ask for advise on such lending. Any sensible holder would have told them to steer clear and use other options that would surely be available to a company that is turning decent revenues and managed to win the pitch to buy Napster.
Anyway, I hate the saying but we are where we are. Perhaps they wont use the lending anymore in which case sp will start to rise and happiness amongst holders can return albeit dilution has occurred over and above what anyone would have welcomed.
Come on Napster Board, listen to the PIs whonhave supported you from the start and provide them with some positivity rather than just concentrating on getting money in no matter what paid it causes.
ORLM, have you informed them?
ORLM. You are the only person thay experienced this and it seems very strange you've had similar issues in the past. The production was perfect and these guys would not put out anything less. Any issues I suspect would be down to individuals own internet connection. I for one cant even begin to se goes this kind of error could occur of it did happen.
I think the question is more "why wouldn't he?".
How would no AGM indicate that anyone is leaving? Doesn't make any sense. All is fine and the team are amazing in my view. Just hold on and hopefully get rewarded for buying into an up and coming company in an up and coming industry.
Maybe they feel they are doing sufficient enough job to take the salary. I personally would expect them to be paid quite well due to the industry they are in and the position they have. I couldn't do their job half as well. Just give it a little time as there is no doubt that there are things in the pipeline which cannot be discussed as yet and I'm confident we will all be happy we bought in at whatever level we have.
Seems a lot here don't understand what goes into running a business and what can and can't be discussed with employees let alone shareholders. The financials prove the concept is working the next stage would be to build up on this and grow it, potentially exponentially. Share price is disappointing but I have only met a handful of shareholders who truly support what the business is and believe in it. Majority expect 1000% over lunch and aren't happy when the plans are laid out and look like they may take a little longer. Think of any large business and they all had periods like this and equally all had frustrated shareholders at one point. Patience is key and trusting the management is just as important. If you don't have the patience, or are looking for a quick trade as opposed to an investment in a growth industry company a wise suggestion may be to look elsewhere.
Don't worry. I'm not. I think we are in quite safe hands. It's just the lack of comma is frustrating but then again to expect communications when clearly a lot is under NDA's is potentially slightly naive. Fundamentals haven't changed just dropped over time with minimal news. I expect all will change at some point. When is anyone's guess but I would think we will hear something soon.
Anytime before 30th June I believe
I watched it and didn't pre regsiter. I didn't even know you could. I expect many didn't bother as it wasn't required.
Fair points however its just the beginning in my. veiw. It will just get better and with that more demand will come. No it's started and the speed the tech is moving I expect it will develop very quickly. Mentions of social interaction and unique experiences come to mind when thinking how this can evolve.
Optimist, I struggle to ascertain if you hold or if you don't and if you don't then why you post however to add a little bit of balance to your post.... You seem to forget the fact that the show was full, queues out the door, Liam Payne is named the most influential man on twitter, it's the first show so a test run effectively, the "pokey old theatre" you refer to is one of London's premier live music venues in London. Of course Liam stood up and sung as it was a concert with him on stage, the idea behind Melody VR is that you can see this without having to be there. I agree the price is not great at the moment but it's not reflective of the Company or their achievements it would seem that it is down to the wider market and usually when you see this divergence opportunity presents itself. It's possible markets could drop more but in the long run a company which is at the forefront of an industry will succeed. People wanted live events. They gave a live event. It worked. There will be further live events. It's not often you see potential like this in a growth industry which I truly believe VR is.
Themis. Not at all. All I was getting at is I would expect more of a push from melody once headsets are sold. The current push will be oculus using melody to raise their profile. Either way I don't think there is anything to be concerned about.
EVRH wouldn't necessarily push into the Christmas market as it's not really something you would buy as a gift or a Christa's present to yourself. However the oculus headset is and that is being pushed. It would.make sense for melody to push after Christmas when everyone is trying out their new headsets. Oculus however are using melody to market their product which is us being pushed albeit indirectly to sell headsets.
Not entirely sure what you guys expect. You can hardly take a company from nothing and launch it into a market that doesn't exist and expect to be the front runner in that industry when the industry finally does catch up with the idea. We are nearing a point when vr will be marketed by many people and I expect the plan has always been to launch into its bouyancy. In fat that is the plan as has been said numerous times. Yes the share price is down however the bod are not worried about it because they are concentrating on turning this company into something amazing which will be as good a brand as you can get. I don't think Asos, Amazon, Apple, Netflix, Hulu and numerous others went from nothing to multi million revenue overnight and I'm sure went through times of business being slow. Many are sitting at a loss including myself but we are in good hands. These guys know what they're doing and yes timelines may not be in line with pi expectations, however I am sure they are not out of sync with the plan they had from the start. Don't forget this is a new product in a new industry. They have now stated they wish to get the app onto android and iOS so another area for growth presents itself. I'm sure this company will get there and everyone's frustrations will be alleviated. I'm just not sure when but that is expected when investing into an industry that is just beginning.
Booboo. Why would profit figures be included when it’s very likely these will be different under Legacy Hill. Maybe they can streamline processes and make the company more profitable. Who knows. Putting out the historic profit would be pointless at this stage.

Can't remember who it was and it looks like the post has been removed but for someone to come on here anonymously stating that they have some information that would be classed as inside information and then to state that they are acting on that information to avoid a loss on a public forum seems a little far fetched to me. You just wouldn't do it even if you had information. Also since when has a company been bought for less than the trading shareprice? It's people like that who are the reason I rarely read these boards.
Optimist you could try it first then decide if it's the next best thing or not rather than speculate.
Did he actually sell? I thought it was just a reduction in % voting rights due to the dilution from the placing. Still has the same number of shares from what I can tell.
