A few days to settle.... this still is a massive over reaction!
Someone needs to pose as interested party to get those numbers :-0
When the SP bombs like this...with a massive shares portfolio of 750,000,000,000 shares in circulation, you need to make it attractive again. so, aftera quick think, we normally see a consolidation, (suggested by the bioard - approved at an AGM) that shoves the share price up, say 100 - 1 consolidation. then just before the share price starts to drop (as it inevitably does on AIM), we see that we need new money to run the ship, so we issue equity to raise funds...... watch this space...IN MY OPINION!
I have bo doubt it will be sold next year.
Look at the deal MAFL did for a tiny asset in portugal with ascendent - ours is far more advance. I reckon we could get $25-30m cash for Toral
We are now at the lowest SP for over a year. Joy!!!!!
Matrix oh ok.
With putting out figures.... ASX is very strict
Asked him to look at renaming the scoping study to Scenario planning document and to put it on their website....this way I am sure we are not transgressing any ASX rule.
I think what Laurence was saying is that once the mine is fully scoped to ASX requirements he would then take the value of a comparable fully permitted operating mine (X) and offer ours at a massive discount (Y ) to allow for all the costs (Z) involved to get to viable production.
It would be good to know how much an efficient company would need to set up a viable producing mine in our area. Plus what extra they would expect to make to cover any risks . We might then have a rough idea what we might expect to be paid.
....last i looked in the sp was 1.1p.......good luck all, not holding at the mo'
The sale of the asset is not linked to current SP in any way as far as I understand, unless of course someone is buying up shares with a view to takeover the company. It is linked to the value of the Asset and what one is prepared to pay for it. IMO ;-) So the asset will be sold not EUZ.
So the M/Cap is £3.35m @0.06p. If he sells at a discount, what should we expect the sale to realise in terms of increase to the current SP valuation? Any thoughts chaps?
Laurence delivered a fairly polished presentation. He admitted the territorial mistake and suggested it would be sorted at the next licencing round. Pointed out a similar sized mine (albeit in production ) had sold for $400m and that he was prepared to let our mine go at a massive discount. He emphasized the quality of the team , the location and above all the safe Iberian jurisdiction. The helpfulness of the local authority etc. We are however an exploration company and will require funding at some point next year. Hopefully we shall get the financials and geology clarified very soon and move from inferred to indicated (to comply with ASX rules).
Delisting from ASX and South africa was raised and explained as a legacy and not worth the expense to delist at the moment. Likewise the admin costs of 1m vesus 400k of exploration was also a legacy and admin will be seriously reduced current year.. Hey Ho. Laurence and T May do seem to have much in common. He dashes from presentation to presentation as the share price dwindles and the options shrink. Meantime we all sit back and hope he will pull a big rabblt out of his brief case. Fingers crossed for a better 2019.
Ectract also have a top class gold mine but no cash in manica
He is also ceo of extract and they are going down the pan rapid
1.3 million. Nows the time real investors make their money. If this share gets to just 10p, and I can see no reason why it won’t if it finds a seller or goes as far as mine, just that little top up will be worth £130 k. ( I’m expecting a lot more that 10p though based on what similar mines have done) all about patience and taking advantage of dips. GLA :)
Or they can change the name of the document from Scoping study to Scenario planning and publish the damn thing !! It doesn't have to be called a scoping study !!
Bricks that would be classed as insider trading as ot said they will sign an agreement to say they are not allowed to share info or buy any shares
Bricks they would be suspended from trading if they did that I have emailed and suggested delisting from ASX so they can publish...
So how do we know that these so called group of investors are not buying EUZ at the moment ?
If I was them....I would be buying every share on the market that becomes available at this price !!!
Get EUZ for next to nothing !!
A suggestion...if ASX wont let you publish the scoping study with financials...publish it on youtube via presentation or at least make it available on your website !!!
@Chez74 I did not understand that it will be published publicly. It will rather be distributed to Investor Groups within 24 hours. I did mail LR previously and quoted his respons on here where he specifically noted that it will not and cannot be made available to public.
Chez*
Chat just to confirm economics will me shown to interested third parties within 24 hours who are unable to share or trade as it would be classed as insider trading...
Here I’ve seen mainly of CEO scammers and LR is not one of them! Yes he’s guilty of getting a bit carried away with Justin and then not delivering (well he hasn’t technically not delivered we just can’t see the results) there are 2 options here....
1) Get the resource from inferred to Indicated so they can publish the economics
2) Delist from ASX so they can publish the economics as soon as delisted
2nd option is clearly the fastest and the one I see most likely!!
I am more than happy to cut my losses in any company when I’m not happy but I can assure you this is not something I’ll be doing here as if delisted (strong possibility) and Infill results are good (highly likely) then this will fly!
Let's see what there response is. Someone said on here it will be published within 24hrs.
