Hi all (1st post B.t.w I'm in at .12 :-( ).
I'm not going to incriminate myself and say anything silly. I do however wish that I had bailed when the £30k + traders with the crystal ball did last week.
I'm hoping that when they buy back in it will be just as obvious so it's a sign for everyone to top up.
G.L.A
A 65% drop in share price?
0.517 is a buy
The present mining plan is for 500 000t of high-grade ore a year for 10 years at about 10% ie 50 000 tons of zn/pb and some Ag.
Looking at the price I am Being offered all those red sells are buys, they match my offer price
This is just another bump in the road to get to where we need to go so im not worried too much we just need to get on with proving this up. Even if the mine sold for £30 million its still 10x now and i know its worth a lot more then £30 million
Dollars
Here's my sum ..... I have over estimated on Operational costs as I took a shortcut !!! and yes it will definitely be more.....
1 608 000 000 Zinc value
1 080 000 000 Lead Value
221 000 000 Silver value
Estimated Total value 3 000 000 000
Divide total value by 10 for 10 year lifespan of mine = 300 000 000 for 1 year
Divide by 2 for overheads
150 000 000 USD per annum approximate profit per annum….
Assume 50 000 000 pa operating costs…
1 000 000 000 pa profit
8% of 1000 000 000
About 80 000 000 NPV
Thanks Oiltap
I worked it out to be about 80m $ .......am I close ?
Our scoping study has been a complete shambles in terms of license area, delays and keeping the detailed figures from those who paid for it. Our sp is testament to this. That is now behind us and we need to move forward.
We now need LR to lead from the front and turn this situation around, right now seems a great time to begin.
There is a fabulous asset, and we are all clearly still interested in making the most of it. I agree that there is a compelling argument to continue and look forward to seeing it progress.
Numpty
I am blaming JW for being disingenuous! No dount him and the cronies sold on the spike at 0.15....
Are you sure of that?
Heid I certainly am not blaming Justin Like Justin and I take full responsibility for my own investments and have made very good money on some other shares that Justin has bought to our attention however all I’m saying it Justin had sold out of this fully before the news which is not what he was saying before (usually sells half) then dissapears off Twitter the week it all unfolds and today is back on as if nothing happened....
Lundin have no NSR
Many Thanks Oiltap...much appreciate your guidance as always :)....Will do the math and hopefully it will put in a better mood :-)
We clearly are all still on board with the EUZ story, and are all searching for reasons to avoid jumping ship, so in this situation, shouldn't we all be buying stock? Is the value of EUZ declining fundamentally, or is it simply more of a bargain?
i say its SS then PFS here - get someone in to pay for infill and FS!
@Oiltap..I thought I heard Bankable Scoping study mentioned a few times in presentations. I may be wrong but will do my homework....Please share your numbers publicly if you are confident enough to :-) I promise I wont hold you to them :-)
Thanks ben for the response...Just to add one point that really peeves me. The output from the last exercise was supposed to be a Bankable scoping study....so now Investment groups have got access to it but yet PI's like myself have no access to it....so we as shareholders funded an exercise for some outsiders benefit ? Really really mad that I cannot see the so called Bankable scoping study which you, I and many others also contributed towards !!
You can not blame Justin for the drop in EUZ share price.
Justin always says to do your 'own' research.
I think Justin's videos and his podcasts are great.
Try focusing on poor management here...there lays your answer.
I don't disagree with you regarding the quality of management. They might go some way to redeeming themselves if they cough up and buy some shares. This has been a big red flag for me for a while, but I foolishly ignored it.
No, I would not get away with losing 50% of my company's net worth. However, the only value that's been affected is the market value in this case. This isn't the same as what the company is actually worth. Currently they've got a bunch of metal in the ground and a little cash. If anything, the mcap still has them overvalued as they aren't even a business yet. What this ride has taught me is that my understanding of mining is far below where it needs to be to justify buying mining stocks.
We all need to be humble and move on.
Spot on Bricks been saying this from the off. They should not get away with it!!!!
Also the fact that a placing was done to fund a scoping study that is worth diddly squat !! WHo is to blame for this other than management ??
@ben89...not blaming others.... just piss poor management recently. In all honesty in ur job would you get away with making two huge blunders that cost your company over 50% of what they worth and expect to get away with it ?
