Need to somehow link a few dots....
Strong Scoping Study...without financials...
Very good NPV...by all accounts....
3rd Part investors have a scoping study with financials which we as shareholders cannot see.....
Two cockups in the scoping study...
JustSay1ing disappears.....
Dramatic drop in SP......
Is this actually being planned and manipulated ???
I have changed my view from weak buy to Strong buy.
Agreed, however all the positive NPV's being quoted are spot on and the assett spot on on all values. The problem is the BOD, confidence has gone and now the company needs cash to move forward. Unless we hear this I don't think we have hit bottom yet. Imho.
Have to agree. This is a fantastic asset but LR is the face front of house and at the moment he is struggling. The down turn is over done but aim is all about momentum and credibility. The lack of the latter has stopped the former. I only pray for better times ahead. At the moment I think we need a buy in jv to get it further. A raise at this point would destroy sentiment. If that raise is announced tomorrow then the ship has a leak as well.
LR cannot afford to miss another promise surely not!!!! He clearly stated mid December!!!!!
Thanks Oiltap. From my perspective it’s hard to tell from this information alone. I think 20% might be little too high but I agree with this as a ballpark figure for modelling purposes. Regardless of the exact figure, this still suggests that the potential of the asset over and above the JORC and subsequent NPV that we and others have estimated is very good. If Laurence can hit his next milestone - releasing the drilling results by mid December, i.e. this week - then that will help regain some of my confidence lost by the Scoping Study issue.
I have no doubt there's more to come and that the mine (if built) will have a 20+ year life span.
Yes it's probably overdone now. General market malaise isn't helping I suspect but I was bit befuddled by LR's performance with Justin Waite. The original interview that Lawrence did with Miles I found quite inspiring but LR seemed all over the place in the Voxmarkets one. Faltering apologies and confusing in his reply to Waite's 'mates' fag packet valuation - just seemed really amateurish the way he handled that and I think a lot of people have been spooked.
Car crash! Can't believe we are below 0.05!
Don't want to offend Nicnoc but that's one of those 'if I had a pound for every.....' on these boards. To be honest if you can buy below the mid-price it's simply indicative of a weak market, the fault is not with the MM giving you a good price to buy, but with the platform you're watching which then assumes it's a sell. Usually when you see people complaining about this the share is about to drop further as the offer drops to nearer what you got to buy at and the bid accordingly drops further still. More pain to come probably.
Would be averaging down from my initial .058 buy in ! Just had a top up @ .0465 hopefully we can move back up with a bit of buying pressure at these bargain prices .
This is now officially my biggest ever paper loss and my biggest ever percentage loss. Happy xmas everyone, time to be jolly and all that ;-)
Someone’s selling I can see this doing 100% from these levels on drill results tbh
It wouldn’t surprise me if the BOD buy at these levels nobody expected this. I’m in the process of selling a property if this is still down then I’ll be buying 80 Million easy money to be made here.
There are some games been played here. Everything seems to be showing as sell's. I have bought eight million of these in the last 3 trading days all shown as a sell. Humm
Massively overdone!!
SP drop completely over done, only EUZ could but themselves in this state. It was totally unnecessary the BOD must feel fed up considering all their hard work and strength of the asset. Distressed sellers are forcing this down. What bargain this - absolute steal.
I just hope these drilling results are positive. I can still only see positive results stabilising the sp at this level anyway.
Only funding news or buy out news can lift this now IMO
Then need to do something!!! Dont think anyone expected this share price and still dropping.
Yep...I guess about 5, 575,000,000 shareholders as well :-)
I hope you're right.
Do the maths.......I'm spot on ;-)
and I also believe it will happen soon. LR's slingshot can only come about now ....with a sale....think about it.
2.5p - I'd bite your hand off!
Being realistic IMO the only way the current management team can save reputations is a quick sale of the Toral and a happy shareholder base.. I have painted a few scenarios and the one I like best is a sale of the asset based on estimated current NPV....UK pounds140m ....I estimate a dividend of 2.5p per share...a very far cry from where we are today....I honestly believe they are working very hard to right the situation...as there is a lot at stake here for a lot of people.
I am hoping for a sale....based on NPV ....then who ever buys it.....buy those shares :-)
Best of both worlds and a very happy Christmas ;-)
Hi Bobby...this was in the last RNS....I hope management are actively working on it ;-)
To achieve the range of outcomes indicated in the Scoping Study, funding in the order of AU$9
million (£5 million) will likely be required. Investors should note that there is no certainty that Europa Metals will be able to raise that amount of funding when needed to progress development. It is also possible that such funding may only be available on terms that may be dilutive to or otherwise affect the value of Europa Metals’ existing ordinary shares. It is also possible that Europa Metals could pursue other ‘value realisation’ strategies such as a sale, partial sale or joint venture of the Toral Project. If it does, this could materially reduce Europa Metals’ proportionate ownership of the project.
