"Something" is going to cause the SP to accelerate very quickly", which may not be in the current "Knowledge Domain", from a standing start.
IMHO. DYOR. GLA
Matrix - exactly as it sounds ;)
Great podcast, very happy with the work they're doing on the SS and what kind of document they're going to end up with.
As Laurence said in that email, "there are scoping studies and there are scoping studies".
Thanks for sharing, very positive feedback from him and regarding the SS. Sounds like a proper document, and stated as being released definitely before Christmas. What does the following mean when he says with regard to share price:
"Value will come, but I think it's probably going to be a sling-shot."
Excellent update today, nice rise to start with but I would have expected more. Now we have 1 sell and the sp is down on the day! How the hec?
Great opinions and no doubt positions being taken!
I reckon the best is yet to come from EUZ, £6m cap is madness. If the SS doesn't straighten this one out then a JV or possible sale of Toral would. Well when you look at what re-assaying just selected cores did to the JORC then just imagine if they took the time and money and re-assayed all 40,000m of historic cores, let alone drill further high grade extensions, they could go to that expense with a large JV partner. Imo 19Mt is only scratching the surface (literally as its still open at depth and along strike :)). It'll be interesting to see what the infill drill shows to firm up the SS towards DFS and JV/funding. The tiny cap and quality of the asset makes this one vulnerable to a bidder.
Agreed, huge asset around $3bn of contained metal in Spain, a slow but mining friendly area. Its in a region that's been heavily mined with a historic mine within walking distance from Toral. LR has already been talking to 3rd parties and mentioned that in an interview, that's why he's so excited about the quality of this very large discovery. Cap here should be easily £20m+ before scoping study, there's many companies out there with higher comparative caps and lesser assets, across both oil and gas and mining. Its only a matter of time before this one pops.
Good RNS's today, say it all:
Toral is the "Real Deal" - we don't need Lago - it's too small & costs money to renew the licences.
Finding good Zn/Pb mineralisation close to surface, on the Eastern Extension of the pre-defined "Core" high grade area on the Block Model. This area has never been drilled before, so adds potential scope to extend the resource, in area, and , potentially, depth. Diamond Drill campaign to follow will either confirm or disprove this theory.
We don't need Peterhouse,, who had a "Place & Dump" business model. We are happy with Turner Pope and their Placee client base.
Bring on the SS, when the mkts have settled down.
IMHO DYOR. GLA.
No problem
Thanks for the clarification, much appreciated!
A broker is required to be listed on AIM - so they are the ones that can raise funds for the company - in this day and age many companies don't even use their own brokers to raise money! Its just part of the rules to have them - TPI haven't been to bad in all honesty.
The broker has nothing to do with external parties wanting to buy the asset just to clarify.
They had joint brokers before....which included Peterhouse Corporate Finance Ltd
Agreed that all news seem positive.
Surprised that there's so little increase in SP.
Please excuse what is probably a silly question, as I'm newbie with Investing, specifically even more so with mining.
What does following sentence from the quarterly update refer to, or what can be read in this:
"The Company today announces that Turner Pope Investments (TPI) Limited has assumed the role of sole broker to the Company with immediate effect."
My layman's guess would be that they have appointed a broker, should someone want to make purchase offers for the mine or company?
Is this standard compliance practice, or is this a positive sign that they are already considering this or possibly getting enquiries?
Scoping Study then infill drilling results...... getting juicy and we should have all this by the year end.
Correction on ASX was initial release said infill results when it’s extension that’s alleged
I notice a correction announcement on asx....but not on lse or jse ?
Wonder what the correction refers to ?
Not mentioned? It's exactly where it should be under corporate.
"On 10 August 2018, and further to its previous announcement of 27 July 2018, the Company announced that it had raised approximately GBP563,516 (approximately A$0.98m) (before expenses), through the placement of 727,118,650 new ordinary shares of no par value each in the capital of the Company at an issue price of 0.0775 pence per share. The new ordinary shares were issued under the Company's existing placement capacity under ASX Listing Rule 7.1. The net proceeds from the fundraising are to be utilised towards funding the Phase II work programme at the Toral Project, as well as providing additional general working capital for the Group. "
Because it was for the period end Sept 30, as in already happened
I believe that was announced on 10th August, 727m odd at 0.0775p
placing at 0.0775p ..surprised not mentioned
Very interesting news all around....Only Turner Pope and all rights relinguished to Lago.
This in my opinion bodes well for EUZ as they can focus 100% on Toral and imo the mine is immenent and will definitely happen.
Very Good RNS, Toral just seems to get better and better must be some serious interest in this project now!!
The 19% increase was announced back in September:
