The fact VTB & CITIC approaches EUA last year to broker selling assets speaks volumes. EUA didn’t put themselves out for tender.
UBS were happy to take on the task of brokering EUA’s side of the deal on a no sale no fee basis also shows massive confidence. The BoD have all the right people on board to cream the best out of the scenario and in my opinion couldn’t be in a better position.
Precious metal prices are rocketing and if by the marginal chance a deal doesn’t happen there’s finance to fall back on to mine themselves (although I don’t see this happening personally)
Some ppl be like “if we don’t go up at least 5% every day there must be something wrong”
This is what happens when ppl look at the share price not the underlying business. This is speculating not investing.
You say things are very different from 2 weeks ago. Really? UBS are still on board, Citic are still on board, the 15M oz of PGM are still there, the BoD still owns over 20% of the company. Pd is still in deficit. The largest shareholders still hold their shares. Seems to me that nothing has changed except your expectations of how the share price ought to behave.
The stock market is a device for moving wealth from the impatient to the patient.
You sold out? Give me a minute to find my microscope so I can see all the f***s I give. I think I left 1 or 2 in the garage. Maybe there’s one in the office.
Chris2,
Thanks for the tip.
As you asked me Lenoman I invested in Alien Metals (UFO) at 0.17p 0.19p and 0.20p

Quite right it's just that the Russians are not ready to buy yet!
Stagnated, because they're busy letting the badly burnt shorts out. You saw one yesterday. They have to draw the damage line at some stage, the exchange has standard procedures for dealing with such things. We'll no doubt see more being closed shortly i would imagine.

Chris2,
Why don't you share with us, your less risky pastures new, I'm sure we would all be very interested, and want to invest.
How can you say you were "fully committed to this share" and then "two weeks on". That's just ridiculous, fully committed for two whole weeks! And it has done very very well, being 400% up this year! I can only assume you bought on after the suspension was lifted and you are a short term jelly legs! You won't be missed
So what was the suspension all about if they were not negotiating for 5 months
The set out a price in the acfequity report which seemed fair n well reasoned and here we are?
Thanks for keeping us posted.
I asked the question yesterday why the market doesn't seem that interested and I think the reply I got is a good explanation... that the big boys simply can't invest too much in penny stocks on AIM. Obviously I hope your gut feeling is wrong but you're not the only one who has wondered why it's quite stagnated. I am just keeping the faith and appointing UBS to me is the best possible indicator of the bod intentions and genuine belief in a good and legit sale happening.
Bon voyage, you'll not be missed. No need to hang around here like a bad smell if you've moved onto new pastures, now is there.

Chris go away then. FFS.
*never
You are right to point out that I was fully committed to this share and thought it would do very well.
2 weeks on and a very different scenario.
There is just no buying pressure and so the market is not convinced either a takeover will take place or the price will be much higher than it is now.
New get emotionally attached to a share. First rule of investing.
I have moved to pastures new and not to disappoint but I won’t be investing here again. Too risky.
You took pennies. We’ll wait for the pounds.
Chris 2 rumbled. Sick sick human behaviour.
Chris2 has a very short memory, on 19th July he posted the below. Sounds like he sold out and is attempting to buy in cheap again...
"It’s very funny to watch the derampers
First of all they deramped a share that was suspended. Outcome to them? Nothing.
They then deramped a share that emerged from suspension only to see it rise by over 150%. Outcome to them? Nothing . A massive loss if they were shorting.
Now they wish to try again with more expectations. I suppose at some point there will be a slight drop but it will not be down to the tripe written on a humble bulletin board as we have seen from the last few months.
My advice to the good people on here is to just laugh at the musings of the deramper and enjoy the ride of a share that is doing remarkably well thank you very much."
Exactly Rags. Chris is either purposeful and playing the same old game or genuinely shouldn’t be investing. Either way no point to engage.
"it doesn’t look like the market is responding in a way I would have expected if there is a takeover on the cards."
How is the market supposed to react the sp has gone from 0.5p to 17p on the prospect of a asset sale or buyout? There is no precedent for this sale and so the market doesn't know how to react to it. Doesn't mean there isn't a very significant deal/negotiations going on with parties under NDAs. When the RNS comes you are in or you are out, pretty simple really.
Also Chris if you’re not invested why you posting on this bb? Spend time on a share you believe in and make yourself a few quid
The SP is 2.5 x the price pre-suspension and holding steady, you’re trying to spread doubt backed up by zero facts.
I invested before suspension for all the right reasons. Since coming out of suspension it doesn’t look like the market is responding in a way I would have expected if there is a takeover on the cards.
This should be rising daily now and it has just stagnated. Hence the profit take.
Good luck all.
Chris, Glaw,
Something doesn’t seem quite right about EUA?
The fact they have:
No debt.
Cash in bank.
Assets in the £billions Including gold, platinum, palladium, rhodium, iridium (May have missed some).
Some of these materials are in defective globally.
A Rock solid BoD.
Industry leading banks that have been engaged for months and approached EUA to broker a deal for them on a success fee basis.
That’s enough for now. Try and contest any of the points I’ve made above with information provided via RNS’s please....I think you’ll struggle
Something not quite right. Why did you invest then. Jog on Chris.
