Can someone please tell me exactly where the bad news is in that RNS? All it does is confirm how great the research and IP developed by Sareum are and how prized those assets are by mega pharma. Frankly the purchase of Sierra and the focus that's going to put on Sareum convinces me even more what a winner this is. Some people seem to be questioning whether GSK would be bound by the legal agreements entered into by Sierra, that's just absolute tosh, of course they are. When you buy a business you take full responsibility and accountability of all warranties and obligations of the acquired business, they aren't just dropped FFS! I am astounded that anyone finds a way to twist this into a negative at all.
