Obviously 3: Vuruchuayvench, Vuruchuayvench plot - https://efgi.ru/object/3117079, slots in between NYUD and POAZ.
Scroll right down to the bottom of the link, click layers and select hybrid, then zoom out a little to get the best idea of where that area slots in with things.
Russia is great tbh, they leave all of this stuff out there for anyone to find.

It's where these links came from, Richard had been digging around on there long before i took a closer look tbh. He created a handy map with the potential areas and tweeted it. That's what i find twitter good for, 'a picture paints a thousand words' -
All officially registered with the Russian Government.
For current potential Rosgeo JV marked areas, we currently have -
1: Vuruchuayvench, Arvarench plot - https://efgi.ru/object/3117078
2: Vuruchuayvench, Plast "330" area - https://efgi.ru/object/3117080
3: Vuruchuayvench, Vuruchuayvench plot - https://efgi.ru/object/3117079
4: Yuzhnosopchinsky - https://rfgf.ru/gkm/itemview.php?id=38851
5: Nyud-Moroshkovoye - https://rfgf.ru/gkm/itemview.php?id=53232
6: NKT (Nittis-Kumuzhia-Herbal) - The rest of it that we didn't get in the flanks app - https://rfgf.ru/gkm/itemview.php?id=53121
7: Poaz: Richard managed to find that, i've not come across it myself digging around on there - https://twitter.com/RichardDugdale3/status/1410555717984137223?s=20
It takes quite a bit of digging through their systems to find the relevant parts tbh. The other 2 could possibly be Pentlandite creek and possibly something to account for the green area south of Poaz on Richards provided overlay map.

Ahhh right. Gotcha!
Jigsaw complete.
Thanks mate. LB
It's Richard and Michael who are all over that type of thing by all accounts. I dug around on there myself to see what Rosgeo JV assets i could find registered a while ago, but, i don't keep on top of checking it. There are people watching those type of things, new reports put up, new areas registered etc, so, i just leave it to them, they're very good at it -

That appears to be the area that is mentioned as a specific exploration target zone here -
"Geological study, including prospecting and evaluation of deposits of complex precious metal ores (platinum, palladium, gold, copper, nickel) at the subsoil site of the Flangi Monchetundra deposit of complex precious metal ores (platinum, palladium, gold, copper, nickel) in the Murmansk region."

At least that's what i think they've managed to link together.

@mac
Sorry, I'm not fully up on my flanks knowledge. What is the significance of the 'Sopcheozero Deposit' mentioned last night? Hoping you (or another clued up poster) can fill in a blank.
Cheers in advance.

I think they are doing what they say and maximising shareholder value.
Can you imagine getting divi news this morning . Some may choose to sell and then 2 days later board say ' oh by the way we now have another 15 million oz.
The more we know about the new assets the better, even if we have to wait a while longer.
When the RNS lands with an offer and more info going forward I will just hold and read to see if I think that it’s worth a Divi next year and in the future, it could be a good retirement pot each year
I have learnt over the years a knee jerk reaction is the worst choice to make and come to regret it in the past
Certainly Bergcarls, you only have to look at the new map and compare the two area sizes to appreciate what they're doing, it's a stroke of genius -

Mac
100% agree
I think mt deal is done
I think EUA are waiting for update/jorc/news on remaining assets .
This would give us something to work on price wise ex divi.
Either way, I think we're all good. I may sell a few on the date the circular is released simply because I've exited some other positions to stock up further here, and could do with replenishing them before they (hopefully) take off. But any EUA shareholder playing the short or long game is surely going to be a winner.
It depends on the financial and tax situation for each individual. Since I have 25% of my holding outside a tax-wrapper, I will most likely sell these on the day only to pay CGT instead of IT (would save me £12.5k if there was a dividend of £1) and leave the shares in the ISA alone.
The information, going forward, from the BOD will ultimately decide what actions I take. Until then, will just have to wait.
May have another small top-up this week :)
Enjoy the sunshine. The tap in the sky is going to be opened from tomorrow onwards over the next few days - in the North West, at least.
GLA.
It becomes more complicated for those UK tax payers holding outside a tax wrapper. Do you pay the lower CGT by selling or the higher income tax (assuming in the higher band) by holding for the divi payout.
PS. Addendum: A more simply way of putting it is: if the full value of our assets is not being reflected in the share price now, there's no reason to anticipate that the full value of what is left after Monchetundra is sold will be reflected immediately in the share price then. Ergo, it's a big buying opportunity at that point in time for those who want to stay on board (and, if there is an issue of 500m shares, there will be a subscription fee to be paid to do so) but it's also a rational exit point for those who want to cash out fully and move on. Which, in my view, is the genius of the strategy that the board have adopted.
Although we all know the fair value of the company is well beyond where we're at now, I can't help but think that part of what is baked into the share price for the time being - as stagnant as it has been since the highs - is simply expectations of the asset sale. Markets don't clear or find prices efficiently, they are extremely sticky and irrational.
So, if the divi is (for argument's sake) £1, my suspicion is that the market will price the shares at not that far beyond it (say, £1.10 or something like that). Yes, we all know it should be much more, and, maybe if the board release a lot of additional news regarding plans going forward, it might consolidate at £1.25 or £1.50 or whatever. But, in my view, the Aim market is notoriously short-termist and lots of people will cut and run immediately at, say, £1.10 or £1.15 assuming they'll be able to buy back in down the line.
I hope so, anyway: my personal strategy will be to weather any post-dividend collapse in the share price and use some of my dividend to increase my holding in EUA 2.0 much further. But my expectation is that, regardless of what we have going forward and how promising it is, it's going to take many months and a few years for it to be reflected in the post-dividend share price. The irony, of course, is that it will be institutions that hoover up the shares of those who do bail out, which begs the question of whether there will actually be many for sale once that happens in the mid-2020s.

What i ment by that was if it plays out as in my 1st post
We would open at , lets say price x .
If you think they have undervalued it at x ,then there is big bucks to be made.
If you think they have overvalued it at x , then you could lose .
If we had had the £1 rns this morning . We would have ooened at price x and we all would have had to decide what to do, stick , buy or sell. Which would be a decision some may get right and some may get wrong.
Hence NYUD. Drop JORC resource update at same time as MT+Flanks disposal. NYUD being a large area, with an average resource per km2 calculation it has probably at least the same resources in place as MT+Flanks.
Beautiful plan when you sit back and think about it.
GLA
Same here Aspenwood.
I will be holding even after the DIVI, and depending on the amount will invest a portion.
Bergcarls, "I reckon a load could be made or lost "? Not sure what you mean by that statement, at current prices I don't see any chance of losses. It's a win win situation as far as I'm concerned, I can't see financial institutions BR, GS etc losing their clients money as they are invested at higher levels than the current share price, they know a lot more than we do, so for that reason I'm more than happy to invest at these levels.
If things did play out this way , it could be a massive chance to make more cash.
It would all be about your valuation compaired with mms valuation.
Its difficult situation as we dont know what is to be sold and we dont know what is in the pipeline regarding even more assets, but i reckon a load could be made or lost .
Really needs some careful consideration and discussion

Yes, I agree, and I think that's why we're waiting...the proving up of assets.
Wouldn't be surprised to see a divi RNS and another update requiring a rerate at the same time...double bubble?
Mooch,
The value of remaining unsold assets. . . . will be rather a lot.
I suspect that many of us here were originally thinking that we would only be around for a short time until the sale. NOW I think many will staying after the sale because from my understanding the remaining assets have a great future too. 1N
Yes, I would assume it would open at the value of remaining unsold assets (or the market's interpretation of).
Then the alarm went off , and it was time to get up ?
