Boo hoo. Why have VW not bought in in 3 years yet done a deal with the one company you all do not mention , Vulcan.
PS - If you think I read the Mail then pitty you, its just a thread title.
Still , you can always point me to the Tin offtake from 2018....whoops sorry still not done ?
WHY
Everyone else abd their mothers are in elsewhere yet emh sits in its own puddle.
And yes I have a truck load in CUSN waiting for Cornish Lithium spin off, cheap shares as a CUSN owner and a deal with Tesla or Rivian.
We all put our money in and take the risk. The risk here is way too high NATO or not Putin doesnt give a monkies
Taken opportunity in todays early slump in market to grap what I consider great prices for LTH as myself including adding more EMH.
GLA .
huge fall in EUR today :(
Not quite! They have halted on a piece of paper:
"Chancellor Olaf Scholz said the country has ordered the withdrawal of a key document needed for certification of the pipeline from Russia."
This oculd be reversed in minutes, which is obviously the idea when/if Russia calms down
Thanks Ant and Sid : https://seekingalpha.com/article/4488947-february-2022-lithium-miners-news?mailingid=26787499&messageid=2850&serial=26787499.6883&utm_campaign=rta-author-article&utm_medium=email&utm_source=seeking_alpha&utm_term=26787499.6883
Will let you know when I speak to Infinty
Yes excellent work ,some bargains still to be had here too.
,bureaucracy they do like to make work to justify their positions.checking everything....
Now that's what I call research.
Thanks Sivad , I recently had a chat to the CEO of European Lithium , to try and catch up on Lithium news , offtakes and politics in Europe etc , He knows KC well and they apparently keep in touch . He was completely sympathetic to our ( EMH ) delays and understands why and how immensely , as they have had delays and lost time lines as well , the market according to him is very political and tricky and hard to get things done on time ie dorsner anzaplan whom works for us is also working for EUR and many others . Ie there is a lack of Li specialists in Europe for any part of the value chain . I did not own any EUR B4 we had the conversation but I do now as of last week , he was convincing in supplying a great DFS by 31st March this year and was convincing on offtakes soon after and are not the same customers as we are chasing at EMH , he suggested they just dont have enough material for the ones we are chasing , which makes sense . He thinks he will sell all the production sold forward for 10 years with a slight discount to market rates for doing so . And One year prepaid . If EUR can succeed on this in the next month or two it will rub off on EMH , I particularly liked The market rates for offtakes . My next call will be to infinity and try and catch up with gossip there .
Looks like Germany has just announced that they will not be going ahead with the planned gas pipeline. If this comes to pass then this might be a pivotal change in the way Europe looks at energy reliance. Could this perhaps speed up the uptake of renewables in Europe and hence accelerate raw material uptake?
I have to agree with all the posts above saying Russia would not entertain going into Czechia now they are in NATO. Complete rubbish MO.
There is no shortage of Lithium, it may take a little more time if some resources are closed to the West but there is plenty of it around. If Russia and China started playing silly games their supply from Australia would be shut down and re-allocated.
I stopped reading Major Oak posts a long time ago
Unbunch
MO here you go again with the Russian influence in the Cz republic guff. Just because you were there in the past and you spoke to someone who gave you the willies about Russian intereference means nothing. Let me tell you, with the cz republic being in nato any threat by the Russians will mean only one thing. Total allout war. Our shareholding in emh will mean nothing. It will be the same for any sh in any European company. So please unbundling your panties and get back to Cusn.
Fingers, thanks for the vote of confidence in EMH, Sav and European Lithium. For no particular reason, except that I got nervous about Kodal, I invested in all 3 about 4 years ago. If one is an exceptional performer then it will have been worth the wait.
Anyone who makes an informed opinion, based on a Daily Mail article ........ well you know what I mean.
Ye gods I've read some uninformed, mind blowing drivel in my time but MO's post takes the biscuit. I don't know where to begin. Maybe just to say go back to school, and stop reading that partisan, sensationalist trash rag called the daily mail
Sorry to disagree with you Major but you will note that Czech Republic has been in NATO since 1991. There is no way Russia will take them back into the Soviet Union. Utter nonsense.
Norway all day long for quality of grade and export shipping potential to the US.
EMH has been sooooo slow they will catch up quickly.
Vulcan can supply Germany - full stop.
The rest as energy prices rise are not great assets.
After yesterday and the masterclass of Putin, does anyone seriously think Russia is not all over the old Iron Curtain ?
If you "still" think there is no risk then I dont know what to say to you.
1 - VW have been at the EMH table since 2018 - FACT
2 - The globe has rushed to lithium. Even Vulcan has a deal with several companies and they were but a baby when EMH were crowing about being the biggest and best in Europe if not top 4 in the world.
VW just will NOT touch EMH ??? Why
Maybe just maybe they think like me and see the Russian risk?
3 - Russia or should I say dictator Putin WANTS borders going back to 1997. That would put Czech Rep in the hairlines.
4 - Serbia kicking out the massive company and potential Billion dollar mining by RIO TINTO ???
5 - For 3 years its always jam tomorrow. Why ?
Today I saw something I thought I would never see.
Fingersx'd stating on here that for the love of god he cannot understand why VW have not invested?
The write up excluded EMH one of THE worlds largest rock lithium mine. All the old data is based on RUSSIAN mining of the Tin.
Anyone think Putin does not have time to think about this European asset that will kick the EU where it hurts if he can control the flow of lithium?
Even if all this Ukraine stuff settles down, would you rest easy having a lot of money invested in here ?
I hope the long term holders are ok and I personally wish them all well and no harm. My view is and has been one of frustration for years and years of disappointment. There is 10mt + lce of lithium in the ground and 600,000-750,000t of tin. I have stated this for 3 years.
The communist influence will now grow as they will see Putin is coming either by political means of by force !
There is way way way more risk but always has been.
Good luck all.
My top pick of the five major European lithium juniors would be European Metals Holdings due to its massive resource size and favorable economics due to very valuable tin and lithium products and current prices. My next top picks would be Savannah Resources and European Lithium, however Infinity Lithium also has some appeal.

You mean a guaranteed battery supply. The two are not the same thing from their perspective.
I for the life of me do not understand VW any longer . The nuff nuffs are buying " Volkswagen Likely to Acquire Huawei's Autonomous Driving Unit in Billion-Dollar Deal " Lol DONT they understand without a gauaranteed Litium supply , they will HAVE NO vehicles to autonomise .
https://www.news18.com/news/auto/volkswagen-likely-to-acquire-huaweis-autonomous-driving-unit-in-billion-dollar-deal-4788689.html
Please stop talking about funding requirements.
Have you seen the market cap of Vulcan?
Their capex need is something like USD2bn - and that’s before the inflation explosion we ve been witnessing.
The stock is underperforming because of management’s radio silence.
