Well that's been a nice run from my 6.4p average (which I'd almost given up on). I'm was offered 10.6 to sell, so have just shed 70% of my holding....the rest is now profit - hurrah!
What suggests that the company are running short of cash? Signing a distribution deal means revenue. I'm guessing the revenue of the announced agreement will exceed (even a first class) flight to Latam ! What milestone cash payment outflows do you know about and what cash calls?
Personally, this isn't a trading stock to buy and flip up 10% ... there simply isn't the liquidity for an investor to do that. Selling stocks that are performing well isn't a traditional profit-generating trade strategy. An investor who follows that might be left with a portfolio of dogs and a taxable gain.

"No need to check the link. This is the right page for Episode 18 of FFF’s podcast series, the go-to for all-things food/agtech-related. The Mars reference in the latest podcast was made by Sean Smith, CEO of plant-tech Eden Research, in answer to David Stevenson’s question: “We’re all aware repeated use of pesticides is getting into the ecosystem so why should we care that there is a replacement for traditional synthetic pesticides?”

Slightly out of date now as the State of Florida has since been given the go ahead to sell Mevalone:
California permission still to be granted.
https://www.londonstockexchange.com/news-article/EDEN/regulatory-approvals-in-california-and-florida/15953495
"Mevalone® has been approved in Florida for use on botrytis on table and wine grapes.
Cedroz™ has been approved in California and Florida for use on all relevant species of "nematodes" on fruits and vegetables including eggplant, peppers, tomatoes, cantaloupes, cucumbers, pumpkins, squash, zucchini, carrots, strawberries, and grapes, in the following states: California, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, New York, Oregon, Texas, Washington, and Wisconsin. Nematodes are microscopic worms, and some species are plant parasites which can dramatically affect plant health and yield."
They must be running short of cash ,again So that means probably another milestone payment and/or cash call You can inagine the travel expenses to Colombia ! .
As ever with Eden its getting the timing right in jumping off after these rallies
Nice to see the stock price higher now, and the volume behind the move suggests that this is sustainable. IMO, the company is in a materially better position now than at any other period in the past. The products are approved and moving to commercial rollout. I hope the higher volume and stock price liquidity now attract more interest.

18-20p with more great news , why not ?
We will see how far it goes for sure this year and next, the demand for the use of the companies products isn’t going to subside for sure .
Sean Smith presents well: it's a relatively simple story of the commercial rollout. Barriers to entry now for others who would wish to compete. Bringing clear value to the farmer, and to the consumer. One of the best overlooked companies on the market.
I like the sector, like the company within the sector, and see management delivering. What is the estimate of fair value for the stock?

There is written comment regarding emergency licensing for you of one of the products in the eu ready for the next growing season, certain pesticides have been banned leaving blighted crops to which Eden has the answer, this is environmentally friendly increased food production with growing populations.
