Imo understanding a companies capital structure is one of the most significant aspects of one’s DD.
That DD should be undertaken and understood before and during your investment and one should adjust one’s position or not based on changes to available data.
Or you could just buy, hope and close your eyes. For sure that can work but I prefer a more active approach. My investments have to earn a right to be in my pf. Some I just hold as they are doing well, some I hold and trade as they can do better, others I may just sell and the best I just keep buying! It’s a stance that has served me exceptionally well.
I have held here consistently since 19/10/20 when I first bought 100k at 2.544p. I then went on to buy as high as 3.7p!
Had I not acted following the placings, and incidentally shared hours of research with the BB then my average would be over 3p. It’s now 1.8p, achieved by trading a percentage of my holdings as opportunities presented. But I always held some.
It’s what contributes to a market. Thousands of trades every day and some markets are more volatile than others like AIM which provides some great opportunities!
Good luck with your investments

Its only of relevance to the in and out trader types .There seems to be a hundred of those to every one investor .
Damn that's some detail!
Thanks

Yep bound to happen as I have just got back from hols. Hotel had dodgy internet security so I daren't chance trading.
Anyways, blue at last!!! Yippeee!
Been flipping hard work but got there in they end and I just hold slightly less shares which I would have bought sub 1.7 if I had the chance!
Oh well next trade will be to average up then it can all ride hopefully job done!!
I did the same at PUR with success, trading down and there I have more shares than I started with so it averages out.
Had a quick look through the volumes here and I am pretty sure that the remaining 1p warrants are dust now or what’s left is dormant.
It’s been the 1.725p warrants that have held us back. As I posted before these were not included in the Blocklisting which is imo naughty. They presented a trading wall at 1.75p. That’s a factor I used to get my average down.
Now we have closed above that and we have had a TR1 it gives me a lot of confidence that the majority of the 1.725’s have now converted. Remember they expire Feb next year which isn’t long.
That leaves the 2.1p ones and there is that many left. 11.2m shouldn’t present too much resistance. I would expect holders are waiting for news to take us into the three’s and then they will convert.
The 3.75p ones and Shenyang’s 5p warrants aren’t in the money yet and the clock is quickly ticking. I would like to think we can at least get the cash for the 3.75’s. That would be great and push back the next placing.
I track the options as well but am not worried about them as I would expect them to be held.

Looks like it will require news to get past the 2p barrier. Next week it is then, have a great weekend......
looks like news on the way?
Good morning everyone, spot on TS always good to have a measured view on here. This will move very quickly when the time is right and with the right kind of news.
Up 24% in five day and just warming up
Getting very close now 1.99 to buy
To be fair you never said which Monday.
Nice solid start again today...
I believe that when we get the next set of assays we will also get an update from the company with more detail on what the plan is over the coming months with regards to starting to extract some gold, the properties and development at CresWick.
Your 5p next week may be optimistic, but definitely not impossible.....that's the beauty of ECR at the moment...the signs are there, but all that's needed is the clarity and this will really shift gear.
What we do know is that assays for a number of holes ARE due anytime. Some would say overdue.....
Pfft I’m with Frank! 10p Monday!
I'm just having some fun bud :) I think most know that's not going to happen in reality :) But we can dream
Calm down there Frank3h....I'm sure we'll get there....Monday's a bit optimistic though
Natural climb to 2p and then an RNS on Monday to rocket us to 5 :)
Just logged on hoping to see our latest assault on 2p. Very quiet! Need an intra day RNS.....
