"then perhaps you can tell me why the market doesn't agree with you then ? Is it the entire market and present SP that is wrong , or is it you ?" Sorry Meliville mi old chum, you can't use that one. Have looked at the state of the AIM market?
Dan 1605 ... And have you looked at Ecr's success in over 10 years ? Sorry old chum , you can't use that one . And you can't get out of it either .Over a decade of groundless promises and no results , apart from a decent hit at Creswick in 2019 .Or is that not true either ? The Aim market is terrible at the moment I agree .But not as terrible as the progress of Ecr for over a decade .
............Melville...........why are you living in the past?.............one good set of results, this will re-rate very quickly.........we have one of, if not the best CEO of a junior miner on AIM..................you just keep on regurgitating the blah, blah, blah..........just sit back relax and watch the upcoming results come in..........this is after all exploration you have invested in
As I've said before, you're preaching to the converted. I've slated ECR for their previous performance on multiple occasions and I agree that looking back the last 5 years have been an utter shi*show. They have spent an eyewatering amount of money and achieved sod all. If AH had not joined last year then I would say to avoid this company like the plague but he has and things have changed at the helm, so why look back. That's not to say we let them off the off and give them a free ride, I know Armani is in regular contact by email and giving them grief when they deserve it. There are still changes to be made, for example clearing the dead wood but we know that won't happen. The former CEO is no longer with us and we have a new leader, so there is little point bleating on about the last ten years when there as been a recent material change.
On a sperate note, if ECR's performance is worse then the state of the markets then can you explain why they have dropped the price today by 4% on less than 4k's worth of sales?
Whoever wishes to foresee the future must consult the past; for human events ever resemble those of preceding times.
Consult the past Snip, not live in it.
All the chat on this board is nonsense at the end of the day, we all have our personal viewpoints. It doesn't make sense though as to why certain people get so upset when people post negative comments on ECR, if they really believe in the company and its prospects you just have to sit back and wait. No point trying to defend the undefendable. The results of the last 10 years are not up for debate.
Indeed Snip, we all have our own thoughts and reasons to like/dislike whatever we please. The negative nellies also seem to get upset when positive posts are made too so we're all as bad as each other in that respect.
ECR need to come up with the goods, that is not up for debate!

It doesn't make sense though as to why certain people get so upset when people post positive comments on ECR, if they really don't believe in the company and its prospects you just have sell up and move on. No point trying to hark back to results of the last 10 years under previous BODs which are not relevant. The recent results and upcoming confirmed activities are well known
TS, you are not a normal person. You post on this board, and only this board, EVERY day, you have more interest in this company than a normal investor, and that is plain to see. You are paid to push ECR.
You are full of ****, end of. For some reason you have got yourself to this sad point in your life, I'm sure you had bigger dreams than this.

.........looks like the MM's dropping the price on low volume has borne fruit, some nice buys coming in
Looks like some accumulation. I imagine a fair few will be waiting for the next financial year to top up with all the CGT shenanigans.
Not that this is going to make any difference, but haven't all views here, positive and negative, been repeatedly aired by now. In fact, done to death. It's like Groundhog Day on here.
Can we not simply all be agreed that its the results in the ground now at CresWick that will do the talking here, and dictate the share price for the next 3 months at least. Even those of us with belief in ECR/AH/CresWick etc must surely recognise that the share price isn't going to survive (more) poor results. And for the naysayers who don't believe in CresWick, why not come back here when the results are out, and say 'I (repeatedly) told you so!' and take the plaudits, instead of this constant repetition of doom and gloom?
I think they'll gladly do both Legal.. Unless of course ECR hit pay dirt in which case they will vanish overnight.
Talking sense , it doesn't make sense that people get so upset when people post positive comments about Ecr .It also doesn't make sense when people get so upset about people who post negative comments about Ecr either .At least the negative comments are based on facts and not ramping .
‘There's not enough gold here , never has been , never will be ....Deal with it !!‘
Based on fact? May I ask where you bought the crystal ball Mellville.. Glastonbury?!
.......quite right Legal......to many posters focusing on the past, let's concentrate on the coming months.........the drill is turning........Adam now has the knowledge of how to test the( Creswick) co**** gold makeup of they assays........ if you are talking about learning from the past this is the biggest bonus
Legal: A reasonable approach - which pretty much sums up the situation here regarding diametrically opposing opinion. If Creswick is a success I might yet get out of here at BE (fingers crossed) - if it's not, the SP will likely totally collapse. You just can't keep hyping the next prospect and expect folks to throw money in - there's been too many (commercial) failures here already (of which BM seems the latest iteration). The SP is highly indicative of Market opinion - it's actually the only meaningful datum against which real gains and losses can be measured (at any given point in time) - and it's not currently looking positive - fact.
P.S. Yapper - it's '...too many posters...' ( not 'to') - Jeez!
I suppose what makes an interesting case study is how individual PI’s act. The vast majority of us own stock so by definition we all need the sp to rise to make money (or our money back).. Unless we take our chips off the table we seem to fall into a few distinct categories:
-The hopefuls
-The doom and gloomers
-Rx
Imagine AIM (particularly gold exploration CO’s) as a giant roulette wheel.. We’ve all placed our bets.. It seems illogical to assume loss, whinge about the last 6 spins, blame the croupier etc If you hate the game, go play some blackjack!
Maybe that’s a crap analogy but it’s an interesting topic of conversation while we await news.
GLA
Analogy Caveat… lol
If you think the Croupier is skimming chips, using a dodgy ball or not operating the table properly, by all means moan!
But assuming all spins will land against your bet seems innately negative.
.....I'm not here for the narcissist chatter.......I'm here for some more of this ............"0.25m @ 441.23 g/t Au, 0.15m @ 140.83 g/t Au and 0.25m @ 24.92 g/t Au from (EL006713)..........and to make a shed load of cash.....simples
Mental Max , Nobody needs a crystal ball where Ecr is concerned. They have been promising gold for over a decade now , to no avail . It will be the same this year , next year etc etc . Where did I get my crystal ball from ? I don't need one .And neither do the others who have bailed either .Come back at the end of the year and let's see if my crystal ball has worked .I will enjoy that conversation. That's if you haven't bailed by then of course .
......this seems to wind Melville up every time I post it lol.......".0.25m @ 441.23 g".........boooooom
