T.Rat / Bella given all the facts in Dvrg / Avacta RNS information I find it astonishing Avacta would omit the Breath Test as one of their Operational Highlights. To be fair they never mentioned Wastewater as well, which may well support your opinion on the breath test. Based my assumptions on this mornings Avacta RNS , with so much hype on the LFD you would expect Phase 3 trials of the breath test to get a mention. Wastewater I could understand , it's way under the radar for whatever reason, doesn't make any sense. Dvrg / Avacta have massive potential imo. one day the penny will drop, good luck for what looks like very exciting times.
The reviews announced yesterday re travel, big events and digital access, will be very interested to see what they recommend. It will involve testing that's for sure.
I can’t wait, fastest test on the market.. Its like the hidden gem, very strange but makes it even better..
And just to be clear this is what they agreed with Aptamer Group...no mention of Breath Test...
'Further to the announcement of 22 June 2020 in relation to a MTA, Heads of terms for a commercial
technology agreement have been signed with Aptamer Group, subject to contractual commercial
agreement, the key points of which are:
- Integumen will be appointed as Global, non-exclusive agent to sell Aptamer
Group products (Products) in agreed territories and industry sectors (including
wastewater recovery, human food and skin care)
- Initial period 3 years, with 1 year auto renewal
- Integumen can design proprietary diagnostic equipment that make use of the
Products
- Each party will negotiate in good faith with a view to executing a Framework
Agreement by 6 November 2020'
Now based on the Deepverge P3 testing timescales, BOJOs roadmap and this from the link I just posted does anyone else believe the Govt isn't involved somewhere knowing what Avacta have been up to in their very secretive trials at PD. In the video link I posted earlier, we are told very clearly that Avacta have been bending over backwards to help us...now draw your own conclusions chaps.
'The Company believes Microtox BT has the potential to enable instant real-time testing of people
within the community. This could be capable of providing daily triaging of everyone who may or may
not demonstrate levels of infection. To "open the economy", Integumen has incorporated a 24 hour
Digital Health Pass that indicates if the person tests positive or negative for infection. Matched with
blockchain secure date and time stamp of the test, the Company believes Microtox BT and the Digital
Health Pass using "one second" QR Code scanners could potentially contribute to enabling the
economy to re-open with personalised go/no go entry into venues such as work, events, social
locations, public transport and airports.'
PS. I get the feeling my posts are being pushed down for a reason...mmm!!!!
'Integumen will be granted a non-exclusive, royalty bearing, non-assignable,
sub-licensable (subject to Avacta's consent), revocable, worldwide licence to
use Avacta's Affimer technology for the purpose of using the Affimers as a
component in the Integumen End Products : being a COVID-19 SARS-CoV-2 virus
detection breath test and a waste water SARS-CoV-2 virus detection system
- Non-exclusive supply by Avacta to Integumen of the Affimers for use in
Integumen's scale up and ongoing manufacture of the End Products'

Worth a read just to be clear what they are using in what...
weedylan, see RNS Number : 9402Z Avacta Group PLC 24 September 2020:
https://www.londonstockexchange.com/news-article/AVCT/update-on-integumen-collaboration/14696720
"Avacta Group plc (AIM: AVCT), the developer of Affimer® biotherapeutics and reagents, is pleased to note the update by Integumen plc (AIM: SKIN) ("Integumen") provided today regarding their ongoing development of Affimer-based sensors for the coronavirus in waste water and in human breath."
No mention of PD in AVCT update this AM. Doesn't mean it isn't being successfully deployed. Wait for BT news continues.
Weedylan...thanks for your correction...do you have something supporting the fact the MicrotoxDT does not use Avactas Affimer..if you Id be interested in seeing it. The video I posted does seem to indicate otherwise.
Yep............. IMO...... :()
His start up in direct competition failed also I fink...... :)
All the best (my compassion wains........... :)
Is that why he lost his job?
I guess that's how slow Watergenius is (or was) ...........! :(
neh mind.......... :)
All the best (well said Pikee.......... :)
Affimer reagents and aptamers are like apples and oranges.
An Affimer is not an aptamer. Affimer technology has been engineered to overcome many of the problems associated with aptamers or with antibodies and possess a number of unique key benefits. I know which I would invest in.
The breath test uses Aptamers as a reagent not Affimers, Dvrg also use Aptamer Group on their Wastewater detection system. Avacta's sole collaboration with Dvrg is Wastewater, waiting for field test results, should be due anytime is a favourite call.
Avacta have been working with UK govt under a non disclosure agreement...have you ever thought Deepverge might be too with their MicrotoxBT...
There are a lot of ???? regarding how the Govt intends to open up the UK en mass.
Sorry Snowboots I posted too quickly. I should also have noted as RNS Number : 2989P 17 February 2021 "8 Modern Water units being retrofitted with MicrotoxPD SARS-CoV-2 wastewater detection systems".
https://www.londonstockexchange.com/news-article/DVRG/prod-n-orders-worth-5m-for-modern-water-equipment/14867523
So we are living in a world where DVRG are successful in bringing to market below ground detection with PD but they must have failed with BT despite others offering Covid breathalysers because AVCT fail to tell the world our news? Or we are waiting to hear details of success... Left as an exercise for the reader.
Vaccine and test Passports via an App are hot topic of discussion on the media today. Boss of Heathrow and Boss of Sliverstone Racing Circuit both said they would welcome an App that could be a part of the ticketing process for individuals and that would just take seconds to process. We here know a company that has the personal kit and the app and the test machines and the support of a global IT company that could deliver just that. If only they could let the market now when it's ready to go.
Snowboots, you know BT works in the lab with live virus. You know testing on breath works (see https://vikand.com/breathalyzer-test/ ), You are aware we are using PulMoBioMed technology? And your conclusion is it mustn't work! Really?

Here is the video presentation...suggest you watch it if not already done so...
https://vimeo.com/461025771#at=1121
They are using Avacta according to their presentation video...see slide towards the end...
Wasn’t it Avacta who we were partnered with for their Affimer for the BT device?
They didn’t even mention it in the update if it was. Which suggests to me that it’s not a goer!
The SP is at or lower than pre BT and MWG (before consolidation) so not really priced in. The markets are probably nervous of a failed venture, and costs involved at chasing it! IF it’s not viable the best thing would be to announce and let the SP and the company grow on it’s actual revenue/profits.
Any one know where the integumen RNS can be viewed?
