Thank you Troutisout, just wanted to make sure that the info is correct. I know I make mistakes which are corrected which is hugely appreciated.

I wouldn't take any notice of Ria...
If you look back at his posts under another heading you will see a TR1 he posted showing the Edwards' involvement in GRIT.
Thanks Ria, his email didn't read that way. Heading and message very misleading.
To get in cheap now.....anyone selling today at these low prices will be kicking themselves in the next month or so.....i am just topping up at this extremely cheap price....i am happy and we will see some action and profit is here to be made in this share.
Grit has nothing to do with it ....traxpern is saying mr and mrs richards are in the market for RTO
Hi Traxpern, have I missed the obvious..... Are Charlotte and Richard Edwards directly linked to Grit Investment Trust?
Business model
Grit Investment Trust was established as a self-managed investment trust run by its Board taking all major decisions collectively.
Investment objective
GRIT's investment objective was to generate medium and long-term capital growth through investing in a diverse portfolio of primarily small and mid-capitalisation natural resources and mining companies, which were listed/quoted on a relevant exchange.
Investment policy
GRIT's investment policy was established to diversify its investments across a number of companies, with a range of natural resource assets, in jurisdictions globally. There were no restrictions as to the commodity classes and geographical regions into which GRIT could invest. However, as it has not been possible for the Company to achieve ongoing AIFM authorisation the Company announced on 16 September 2022 that it is seeking a "Reverse Takeover" (RTO) by the acquisition of a business which enables the Company to achieve an appropriate listing on a public market.
Grit need an rto as it can’t move forward as afim issue

Charlotte and Richard edwards involved. Grit is seeking an rto to capitalise its resource portfolio worth £39mill
Or a rto
Brought 4,709,306 at the end of the day a bit of a punt but hoping we get tr1 I’m up to 9 million shares now
My crystal ball guess is the rto will be Pyebridge Power Ltd imo.
And fragrant prosperity failed rto with same company
Failed £28 mill rto that failed to happen late 2022
https://businesscloud.co.uk/news/reverse-takeover-at-28m-fintech-hi/
I see it’s worth as £500k, so I would like to be buying in 0.03s, to sell at 0.048-0.055+, which would require buyers at 0.060 who would be aiming to sell at 0.08/9s which is possible, but outside my more conservative targets
Simple trades, no dreams of £30m RTOs and months of suspensions with untold dilutions. In when it’s cheap, put when it’s not.
Yep load up at these prices...expecting a bag or two here short term!
I think you'll find Ria said "An interesting afternoon and week", not sure that "interesting" is necessarily good for all although I do hope for me it's good and interesting.
Should be a good finish like ria said
Steve and some major shareholders building up stake in this company last week...this month will be a big month and expect we will see some action ....just need a little patience and all will come good, i have called quite a few tripple/quad baggers of late and i also looked at stockbox and his last video interview ....should give you a big clue of what is coming...great time to be in and i am for one loading up and will continue to buy in small chunks
Waiting for TR1 updates from the company, volume drying up and I still keep in mind the 500m of shares with non declared ownership, could go either way + /- .
Great trade for Steve if he sold 👏
For now - I’m not paying double or more what the participants of the debt capitalisation paid, I’d like the odds to be more in my favour.
Large spread will put off buyers !
Back in now .......i see Neil will be back in too and back on the board along with Steve or another major holder very soon .....should be in for an interesting afternoon and week
