We could well have a 250m share traded day today, expecting interest to pick up again later as it usually does.
All helps to keep DGI on the radars, though I feel our PR is somewhat lacking in that this story should do the rounds on CNBC and Bloomberg, as well as SKY & BBC financial news.
I don't think Mr Market yet realises how big and important today's announcement is.
As i said yesterday, india is the biggest market, cars,BUS,S,etc, imagine how many lorries there are,and they already have shops only selling electric mopeds, there are 1.4 billion people in india and bus/rickshaw is the most common transport for the ordinary people.
Managed to pick up a further million plus at 0.187p earlier. I see the weak holders and impatient are still facilitating a transfer from weak hands to strong here.
I'm well aware of "buy the rumour sell the fact" - but not at these levels thank you.
Put a 1 in front of the price then take something off the table.
At the risk of sounding like a broken record - the modus operandi is still exactly the same with the sp at these levels.
Simply buy as many as you can decently afford and hold. Letting your shares go cheap as the company starts on a huge growth and expansion spurt isn't the way to reap the real rewards that will come with time. The 3 amigos have set this up to be a major player, it takes time and patience will be required but buying and selling too early usually turns out to be a fatal move. Seasoned investors will remember many small company shares that went for pennies in the early days that are now major stocks - Ashstead is one that comes to mind in the UK.
DGI are in at the beginning of the EV and general electric revolution. Once the "free float" is snapped up here the shares, in my view, will be like nuggets of gold.
Methinks, ISA top up this year. This looks like it will be huge
The birth of DGI 'MEGA FACTORY'. as planned
The Indian answer to BYD and Tesla.
Excellent News and a great path of moving forward to a JV.
We are moving at progressive pace to full production towards end of the year or early 2025 as planned by the 3 amigos.
M/C now going to thrive
Time for another fairly large top-up I think.
Anything that can be picked up here under 0.2p is a total long-term bargain. I'm pencilling in a string of RNS's in the coming months now that the ball is well and truly rolling.
What a thoroughly splendid piece of news - welcome to the world of electric rickshaws.
What a thoroughly splendid piece of news , absolutely delighted! 🐣
I love this bit
"EVage is a key supplier of zero-emission electric vans to global FMCG, e-commerce and logistics companies. EVage commercial vehicles have been running on Indian roads for over three years"
I feel this is the making of DGI.
This is amazing news.
Well done DGI

An excellent RNS to go into the Easter break with. We have Indian neighbours and they have in the past mentioned EVage when I have discussed DGI with them, and various points about EV's. They own 2 EV's but have told me that EVage are highly regarded in India. The market potential there is massive, and the country is rapidly gaining a middle class with the money to spend on such things. The pareta drive will ensure stability and reliability at a cost very suited to the Indian way of thinking.
Along with the other irons in the fire, this is very big and important news.
Once again three cheers to Peter and the ex-Tesla amigos.
The sky is turning blue - along with the share price.
'Commenting, Peter Bardenfleth-Hansen, CEO of DG Innovate, said: "I am delighted that we have entered into this MoU with EVage. EVage are a leading Indian electric vehicle manufacturer and are the perfect partner for DG Innovate to establish a large-scale manufacturing operation for our Pareta® e-drives at an expected modest cost. The proposed JV does not conflict with any of our existing collaborations and trading relationships, but is intended to provide an ideal quick route to market at scale for our technology.
"We are all focussed on concluding the JV arrangements as soon as possible and I look forward to providing further updates in due course."'
And it's a good 'un....
