Best to just ignore this sad troll
I wouldn't want to start talking in terms of rocket ships cos that is just asking for trouble but If I were to use that analogy I would suggest the rocket is still being manoeuvred very delicately and deliberately towards the launch pad.
It's early yet.
It just may be started .
Is the rocket out of fuel?
Im holding tight, despite the broughtwood crud this is a rare chance to invest in huge potential gains, who wud bet against this team ?
Looking at the trades over the past couple of days it looks like our big seller is done.
If is the case we should see the SP move back to something realistic fairly quickly.
Whilst the PI’s moan, panic and sell the well informed investors are buying.
No doubt shortly we will hear from DGI regarding the Broughtwood’s shenanigans and we can get back to focusing on the potential that we have here.

In blue today. Very nice, with today's market cap if all goes according to plan it can be easily a multibagger. Onwards and upwards.
An unlimited amount of cheap electricity means the future for electric vehicles and engines is bright , but it's a long way off . Let's hope this can save our climate !

Sort of right Andy. The company’s lawyer needs to offer an opinion and the board will decide in the light of that opinion. Yes, it should have been reported to the FCA who will want to see the lawyers opinion before taking this further. However, all directors of quoted companies sign a document stating that they understand the insider rules, which cover them and their immediate family, and will abide by them. They are also bound by the company’s corporate governance code, which will state that all requests for directors dealing have to be pre cleared by a board member, normally the ceo or chairman. From what we seem to be being told that did not happen, which could make matters worse as the director in question may have been in possession of price sensitive information which would have precluded him from dealing in any event.

It will not be up to the bod to decide. The FCA will say if the rules have been broken and if an offence has occured. If so then it will be passed to the relevant authority to prosecute.
The FCA is not known for speedy action.
I agrea with Mikey
Agreed he will have to go, as he alone has made his position untenable.
I think it would wise to keep him on in some form of advisory position going forward as his knowledge and expertise would be a great asset imo.
I would like this matter to be resolved as early possible as it appears to be a major distraction to the big picture. DGI is on the cusp of really exciting things and looking forward to the next 6 months and more.

It is crystal clear. He has broken the law and must go. Now.
I don't believe it will just get left hanging , i don't see that as an option.
They need to investigate , come up with a decision/course of action and then tell us...
What has gone on and...
What are they going to do about it... and the sooner the better so they can concentrate on progressing the company forward.
To be honest i am not all that fussed whether he stays or goes or gets pushed sideways , i am not in possession of all the nitty gritty and have to trust the board to do the right thing.
The silence will continue forever and nothing will become of her "making a mistake". Market is corrupt. Full stop.
Of course they knew about the placing and sold. To think otherwise is nieve.
Even the founding engineers of Tesla didn't believe. They're not sales people that was why.
Inderveer Singh, EVage Founder & CEO, said: "We are thrilled to bring cutting-edge motor technology to India and create new, high-value engineering jobs. Together with DGI, EVage will produce world-class products aligned with PM Modi's vision of make in India, make for the world. We are particularly thrilled to see pioneering ex-Tesla leaders like Peter look at India as a place of opportunities for the EV sector."
Eventually.
Neecee and Marty had the combined 10% of the total shares, isn't it not? Before New was selling, Marty has already sold lots but he informed of his sales.
It isn’t 10%. Someone was double counting. It is 4.88% as per the RNS unless they have bought more in the aftermarket
Swaz has been spot on with his forecasts.
The longer we wait in silence to hear the outcome for the Boughtwoods, the more I start to suspect that she really did know something to make her sell so many shares - it's been a big decline since she bought....
I had trouble too but there is one contained in the accounts for 2023:

The website is not brilliant imo. Short on investor info but there are some helpful things like a mailing list. I think it could do with a freshen up though. I can't speak to the Norwegian holding but hopefully the above link is reasonably useful in determining the basic larger holdings. There will have been a bit of change since 2023 year end but not much I'd imagine.
Sorry where do we get the 10% figure from?
Also I can't find a shareholder register for this company on their website.
Any help greatly appreciated.
Because the Boughtwood issue has not been resolved. Selling will continue until it has.
So why on earth are people selling?!
