Have to agree with TF this looks like kicking the can but in reality gives time for DGI to negotiate the best possible terms of various funding options they may have going forward. As for the CLN's these can only be resolved once there is a conversion trigger.

@duster - as Staylong has stated in his last post various options for funding are being floated around and this allows time for DgI to take the best route for the company and its shareholders. Patience is required here as busy times ahead...

Many pieces of the jigsaw are being scattered atm, shortly they will come together and we will see the prize..
