Thank you MB for your post and for clarifying the events leading up to your current situation. I must admit your closing comments really endorses my faith in this investment by your continued confidence that you have with DGI and the new Tesla team.

It is a shame that your wife made such a naive mistake and you both certainly have paid the price for this mishap. You certainly did not deserve the continued abuse and the threat put upon your wife , I am so sorry that this has occurred.

Staylong a while back named a major shareholder ( not you btw ) who he beleived to be the seller at that time trading through spreadex to keep under the radar. However, looking back it appears the post has been deleted.

Following your post I am now 💯 confident in the commercial success and thank you for all of your hard work to get DGI to this position.

I also wish all the success to genuine lth's of DGI and look forward to 2025.

I guess that we can now assume that for the foreseeable future you have no intention of selling your stock. If so, I think that this will have an extremely positive effect to the market sentiment.

It was always very clear why non investor Truth Factory played such a big roll on this bulletin board over the last few months constantly posting negatives and attempting to spread fear so that his mates/ employers could buy in at a cheaper price. This practice should not be allowed to happen and should be looked into. Funny how all of a sudden you appear again now that no one is communicating with your mate.

I’m guessing that posters who have too muck knowledge are a thorn in your side.

You are twisting StayLong’s statements to suit your agenda. He actually said that the VCT’s are eager to get involved, this is based on statements in the recent AGM They still are but this will not be possible until we move to AIM. There obviously was no intention for an open raise. Cavendish have no doubt added the token 100k at the last minute so not to upset the retail investors. As far as cash drain goes I haven’t got a clue what you are talking about and quite frankly don’t care.

Another thing that I have no doubt Staylong will be right about is the fact that you will never invest.

The management are putting in 200k of their own money. So one would imagine that they consider this to be an odds on bet that contracts will be agreed well before December.

Rather odd you wish to nitpick on lionsworld statement, it's funny how the ceo of Evage is forever stating that they have a joint venture with DGI and in my book any collaboration business arrangement is part of joint venture.

Truth you seem to be very risk adverse certainly live up your profession. Perhaps it might be better for you to actually wait until DGI are paying dividends. That surely would be the most prudent thing to do.

Price might be 20 times or so from where it is now but at least you will sleep at night.😉

I've been called many things in my time, let's face it, I don't know you and you don't know me. Don't take things so personal it can eat you up inside. Thanks for informing us of the Cln and the monthly cash burn on a daily basis Truth, it may be best that you offer your advice and services as a chartered accountant to the Bod's. I put this question to LSE and basically the answer is :-

It may be an algorithm issue, funny how this only works one way showing as a sell..its not as if there a lot of trades processing at one time which can happen. It certainly does not give confidence in new investors as this paints a bad impression and just feeds the likes of the negative trolls.

Quite amazing that it took me to email LSE to get the RNS from last Friday put up on this site this morning ( albeit only in the historic tense and not shown as new). I know there was a glitch on Friday but Invastec had it fixed by 10:19 on that day and yet it never arrived on this site?

The Rns which had a fantastic update would not have been seen at all by new chat shareholders had it not been requested it to be put up.

I really don't understand what is happening here but with confirmed buys showing as sales recently, it really feels that there is concerted effort to try to hold this sp back imo.
