Every stock has a risk and tbh bunsen my advice would be to do your own research and not base it on this forum or any other for that matter. There are people on here that have their own agendas and entry levels such as xvioilet who is desperate to stop people from investing in dgi as has made it clear in the past would like sp to drop further and yet professes to love the company and adds from time to time.

Yes they raised the bare minimum @ 0.075 which is enough working capital to take them through to December. The bigger more informed investors are confident that lots of positive updates were going to land in the interim. Also seeing that Christian Eidem is a 29% shareholder, he would be very reluctant to dilute his shareholding unnecessarily.

The big one will of course be the JV with EVage. I’m quietly confident that we will hear news on this well before then. And obviously the board must be fairly confident or why risk their own money. Once this contract is signed with EVage you will see the bigger players get on board. The only reason that there was a retail offering last time was because Cavendish advised it. I don’t see them using Cavendish again as money will be raised Christian’s own contacts. There is of course a very good chance that the battery anode side of the business could be partly or completely sold off and this would mean no reason for a cash call. I understand that there have been a lot of further developments with this.

Anyway, confidence seems very high in the camp.

Thought it's worth repeating this post from StayLong just after he attended the most recent agm for all new investors to read:-

As you guys know, Turbine and I were the only two shareholders present at the AGM. In some ways it was good because we were able to spend a considerable time on our own with Christian Eidem. I had already heard from a few of the key players in DGI that Christian and Elon are connected. Not just together at Wharton business school, but throughout their lives together they have always been more than just great friends . Both very competitive and Christian loves telling everyone how he is the best sportsman.

We should not be surprised that Elon has a vested interest in watching and supporting his great friend and old colleagues. I am pretty certain that Elon has some skin in the game via Christian, they have history and it makes sense to align their commercial opportunities in DGI.

We will probably all look back on this connection in a couple of years and say, of course it was so obvious, but sometimes we are blind to what is right in front of us.....!!!!!

You can probably see why I came away from the AGM very excited. I guess, because I have been privileged in being very close to all the key personnel in DGI It no doubt gives me that extra edge over most shareholders. It’s the main reason why I have built up such a large holding and have never considered selling a single share.

It’s not that often that someone is presented with such an opportunity. I intend to take full advantage and make some serious money. In my opinion we haven’t even moved into first gear yet.

For anyone new to this share. StayLong is a much respected poster here.

He has a substantial shareholding himself and I believe that between him and his friends they have well over 5% of the company. He is a proven long term holder that has done extensive research into DGI.

Definitely worth listening to as I believe that he has a strong relationship with all the main guys. Almost like a non paid non executive.

You will always get the usual day trade mob jump on but if they had any sense they would hold for the big bag as more news will start to fly very quickly.

What's not to like when you have a 34 BILLION dollar company and one of the leading global components distributors in world after your kit.!!

Since his arrival he has non stop attempted to create fear and uncertainty to DGI’s shareholders.

He is not invested, has absolutely no intention of investing yet trolls the board on a full time basis. For some very sick reason he seems desperate for the company to fail. Which is the exact traits of a Troll 😈.

Long - why bother reply to the troll..

Sounds great Long. I live in Surrey and definitely will make the trip to meet the team. Hopefully a few investors on this chat will also come along too, maybe Truth could turn up and give his advice to the team on how to run DGI.

Good post Long- Isn’t it ironic how our new CTO Pierre Pellerey has just bought shares whilst our dismissed CTO is selling.

They seem to be intent on getting the money together to buy his options. Must be gutted that they were stopped in their tracks back in March whilst they were selling around three times the current price. IF they are somehow allowed to buy these options they will need to have accumulated £300,000.

I would guess that they can’t be too far away from that now.

They certainly do pick their moments to sell. Once again, let’s hope that the FCA do their job properly because what happened back in March was a clear breach of the rules. The more investors that contact the FCA will put pressure on them to uphold the law.

We as shareholders really need to look into what steps the fca took and how much they actually delved into the transactions of shares the Boughtwoods bought / sold and what they were actually used for. As there appears to be a pattern of selling of numerous relatively low level daily transactions by DB back in March/April that we could assume that this was an attempt to keep it under the radar. Otherwise why not just sell in a few larger amounts especially as MB states she had no clue as to what she was doing? However, it only came to light when the board was trying to identify as to whom the major shareholder was selling at that time. This is when MB allegedly became aware himself and disclosed DB of her actions to the board.

We also have to assume that it would have carried on longer as we all know that funds possibly would be required to enable them to purchase the options at the end of the year.

I don't understand how the FCA can come to a decision not to warrant further investigation as it is quite clear that the Boughtwoods had not notified other shareholders and Directors at that time and attributed to a downfall in the share price and which had a detrimental effect to the company and its shareholders. We all know that the sell of shares potentially would have benefited the Boughtwoods in a very big way.

Surely, now that he has been removed as a CTO and director of the company and that rules had been broken there is no possible way that he would be entitled to the options as outlined when the Tesla team took over as it appears it can only be them selling at this low level.

I strongly agree that we as shareholders need to put pressure on the FCA because if he is allowed to break the rules, keep his job and benefit from options it makes a complete mockery of the trading rules that are in place to protect shareholders.

Agreed tsbs - the other thing is there narcissism just cries out and will always try to get the last word. I must admit a massive irritation but hopefully if you ignore them enough thay just may go away...

Is it December already Truth? Staying away it did not last long, now backing a xviolet who has absolutely no clue of the facts and can't be bothered to research and find out before stating sh-te. It must be April fools instead.
