Funny thing is that we are only really back to highs recently set despite the all the good news flow. Hopefully this will get above and hold £1 for a new trading range as the company does appear undervalued still.
Will be great to see an update on facemask sales and hope to see some traction on the tarmac front (pardon the pun)
Having held for several years its great to see the company finally recognised as having a superior product
i stand corrected humbled + richer ....
still a £34k stuck in the system.

There was a ‘rogue trade’ at 72p. Also some poor sell prices at 79p. I have no idea why but they are on the system.
There are also a huge number of single digit trades. I have noticed the MM’s doing this a lot recently on other stocks. It may be that they are just firing odd numbers across books to match orders or trying to contain the price. However, they are type XOFF not ALGO.
I do think they will struggle here to contain it unless the SP tempts a seller. If we get an insti seller you can be sure the SP will rocket to tempt buyers! If they have a thin book they will do whatever they can to keep the price down to generate some liquidity.
It tends to work like that. The opposite to what you expect.

Trek
Day traders selling, others buying speculating the sp will rise tomorrow. Great RNS, but steady rise that looks like it will be repeated tomorrow.
Note broker target price is 122, that rates the company at around £75 million. I think it is worth more, around the £100m DYOR :-)
A lot further to go here by the looks of things. Should do well in the morning imo
Fabulous day all. See you tomorrow!
New day highs
Anybody else looking forward to tomorrow ? :)
You have to pay over the ask now for any size. Perfect!
The best bit i read was not only that they expect the roads to last up to three times longer but when the road needs resurfacing instead of being sent to landfill it can be recycled on the spot and relaid
Trek,
"I hope they have room!"
I'm sure Pat has space for us to create a US hub :-)
I think this will go up steadily over the next 3 days before any pullback imo
Good RNS.
The June Kent Gipave trial is the one that could lead to mass adoption in the UK, as it's a funded initiative by the Department for Transport. Govt going big time Green atm!
Details here, although they've got the 50% increase wrong; it's up to 3 times, as announced many times by Directa/Iterchimica.
https://www.worldhighways.com/feature/graphene-enhanced-pavements-join-uk-live-labs-programme
Limit orders now to buy if you want any decent size. Something to consider if you're thinking about trading out :)
Cenkos note just out, no price though...
Directa Plus has announced that in the October collaboration agreement with NexTech Batteries, it has achieved above 400 Wh/kg (watt-hours per kilogram, the usual measure of energy density) in a practical system. NexTech produced several full-scale pouch format cell prototypes using its proprietary cathode and electrolyte materials (with Directa plus graphene) producing 410Wh/kg of specific energy at a weight only slightly below 30g. For comparison, standard Lithium-Ion batteries have an energy density of 100-265 Wh/kg.
?NexTech's patented novel nanoparticulate cathode active material combines Directa's G+ pristine graphene nanoplatelets with sustainably sourced Sulphur, resulting from the recycling of oil refinement by-products. Such materials are fully recyclable, sustainable, ubiquitously available and inexpensive. NexTech is now shipping these next generation batteries to long-term partners and first strategic customers.
? Comment: Surpassing the 400 Wh/kg mark in pre-production prototype cells is a positive development and highlights the potential benefits of Directa Plus’s pristine graphene nano-platelets in a new high value application. The electrification of transportation and need for renewable energy storage will drive strong demand for high performance batteries and NexTech's vision of making lightweight, safe and affordable batteries is likely to welcomed by the market. Cleary there is significant work left to prove the longevity of these new batteries in real world applications with customers and to scaling up production at competitive prices. However, this is nevertheless an exciting and positive development for Directa Plus in a sector which remains as upside in our forecasts and valuation.
Sorry I can’t post link as has my name published on it.

Correction: nearly doubled my money on Haydale, here up 15% as of now. But the potential here is vast.
Good post Trek.
When the fundamentals upgrade so will the price. That's happening now and as said earlier, the low number of shares in issue mean that a 10% rise only adds a small amount to the market cap. This has a long way to go and as expected, few sellers about. Little available now on 90p
Hi cneighbour - it's even better news if I'm right and you're one year out! If we're thinking of the same trial - also at Curbridge - then it started November last year and as itsyou said we can be expecting some feedback on that.
I too came into this for the multiple irons in the fire, and just looking for graphene companies with prospects. I hold Haydale, and this, of which this is marginally more profitable so far. Frankly I didn't realise there was a battery aspect to it, though clearly graphene is a player there, but have been looking out for a good way into the vital energy storage revolution to come.
Great to find I've already got one!
Silver,
Thanks but imo you are again missing out. Investors make a common mistake looking at a sp and saying it was 60p and now it’s 90p so I’m not buying back in.
This is at 90p is a £54m mcap with 61m shares and now landed a major deal with production and route to market in the offing. £2 a share is only 122m mcap. A £300m mcap is now well within reach. They just supply the graphene for those hitech battery sales around the world!
Itsyou,
‘The company is currently investing €0.3m in capacity upgrade which is expected to increase the capacity of 2D materials to around 28 tonnes per annum’
They will still need more if these sales take off! Lol! The best bit is just a few hundred k to scale up..I hope they have room!
The battery deal and masks now pretty much derisk the business. There is so much more to this RNS than what is published!
Usual caveats
Trek
£1 not an "if", but just a "when"
This is good news, however G+ products they have can be used in so many other commercial applications, the one that is a game changer in my opinion is this one
(Sharecast News) - Directa Plus on Friday began a trial of re-surfacing of a section of a UK road with asphalt infused with one of its graphene products.
The graphene-based products producer said the trial in Curbridge, Oxfordshire will involve the refurbishment of a 750m long section of road using asphalt concrete coupled with a graphene-enhanced super modifier.
The trial, which follows similar successful tests in Italy, is being conducted by the AIM -traded company and its partner Iterchimica, along with co-operation from Oxfordshire County Council and prime contractor Skanska AB.
After the surface has been laid, factors such as service life, resistance to the passage of vehicles, resistance to deformation and permanent plastic deformation will be monitored.
Trek & All
I'm pleased for you all that held despite drip, drip.
I unfortunately bailed too early as usual, story of my life.
Still buys coming in .research is important ,derampers /shorters might try and drop this share price in future days ,relly hope they not succeed ,if enough research ,my hope is that attempts to short might fail .
Maybe Elon could pop in and see Bill over at Carson city, his Giga factory is only down the Road!
Will be resistance. If it can break 90 anything is possible.
some taking nice profits ,and still buyers
