Dagenham 13:22, This is the statement from 21/11: ‘Shareholders will be contacted by the agent to provide specific information in a timely fashion to enable payment’
The way it is written it is actually the shareholders enjoined to provide the information to the agents in a timely fashion!
Hopefully. lol. bob hope and no hope on here. how can any pay out be made when there is no money to pay out. and anyone bullish on here now is a shill. getting paid, multiple identity, does not own shares and a disgrace.
That’s easy! Let some other mug pay for legal action
Hopefully not required :)
so if, and when, this all goes to ****…what’s the process for bring him to account. class action? how is that arranged?

Former top Perth lawyer and globe-trotting promoter Peter Landau has been sentenced to potentially more than five years in jail for a $2.2 million spree of thefts and cover-ups.
The WA Supreme Court judge said offences of the kinds Landau had admitted committing between 2015 and 2016 had the potential to undermine confidence in Australia’s financial markets.
“You stole from a company of which you were a director,” Justice McGrath said. “Anyone considering such acts must know the consequences.”
The judge made the comments ahead of imposing a head sentence of five years and two months on five WA stealing offences and one count of forging a bank statement.
He isn’t and never was a lawyer
Peter Landau was a lawyer as well. Good to see it looks like he’s finally off to jail .
There was a view put forward back at the start of the agent process window that the agent couldn’t be publicly named because they would be inundated with calls and emails from ‘village idiots’ (as one poster put it). I can see some logic in that but obviously the longer it goes on without any acknowledgement that agents have made contact with even the main platforms responsible for the nominee holdings - the more of a tidal wave of enquiries will now result if the agent contacts paper holders at last (the agent name would obviously be on X and chat boards within minutes). And of course one of the broker customer service agents could give the name out should agent contact happen, with the same result.
Of course Amit himself hasn’t publicly given a reason for not naming the agent.
That's exactly the issue, he's always vague and writes in terrible english then has the gall to tell shareholders the update on the website is clear.
My guess is when nothing happens he will switch and say the renegotiations have gone well and its more likely to be an enhanced single payment aka kick the can a few more months
Amit's shown himself many times to be a past-master at being quite deliberately unclear and vague for as long as he can get away with it.
"Shareholders are reminded that the process takes AROUND 5 weeks to complete."
I would draw attention to the word that I've capitalised (and you can bet your bottom dollar that the shills here will be leveraging that one shortly).
So if Amit is to be believed (lol) then he's expecting us to believe that agents are going to make contact, setup the portal, verify everything and transfer funds all within the next 5 working days or so...
I reckon off the back of that latest update he was able to sell a few more shares to someone and that was the reason he wrote it
...I was making the assumption it commenced within the week, not necessarily on the 13th. But you're right. The fact remains no one has heard or had any contact as communicated.
@soyo this is the 4th week. Next week we enter the 5th (& final) week. Allegedly.
had a spin in one out in houston, was ok but think a roof off job would look pretty ****e.
There’s definitely no contact from the 'agents' or sign of forthcoming licensing payment either!
No announcement of buyer
No news about 'renegotiated' DaaP deal
Nothing except ring-fenced words
'Shareholders are reminded that the process takes around 5 weeks to complete.'
Well, it'll be the 4th week next week. Wait for it, problems tracking down all shareholders, so payments will be delayed?
There’s definitely no shorters pretending to be non-investors that’s for sure.
A mustang! Terrible taste in cars, Americans can’t make cars and that’s still true today with those awful jelly mould golf carts
There's definitely no shortage of shills pretending to be genuine investors, that's for sure.
Plenty fresh air yesterday thanks, took the Mustang convertible out for a 150 mile joy ride.
Ahhh, a retired old f.art with nothing better to do than wind people up on the internet.
Get yourself a hobby? Or go out dogging or something, fresh air will do you good
Yes, everyday evaluations of people, situations, deals - stood me well since semi retiring in my early forties over twenty years ago. (Main exception was dabbling in the cess pit of the Aim which was negative overall despite being up a few grand in Ctag when I bailed prior to delist).
Your opinion and you’re wrong. I will be delighted if you get a result and it will make me question the judgement I use in making everyday evaluations. Until then..
They’re not personal insults, I don’t know you from Adam
You’re clearly desperate for a train crash so you can stick the boot in. Really sad
I am interested, otherwise I wouldn’t be looking 1984, and you are as wrong about my motivation as you are about incessantly claiming upcoming deadlines which don’t materialise. Perhaps filter me if my posting reduces you to personal insults.
Fair enough!
Let's see what the next two weeks bring
