Dont ask why other than this is how AIM works. There is a psychology behind it. Psycho-ology rather
LOTM,
Please accept my apologies...
Just thought with the ISA limit at 25k you would NOT be referring to that trade....silly me!
Hi parkez,
You clearly can't read time stamps just consecutive numbers.
The Sell trade 193 was at 10:11:24 @ 0.09p
The Purchase trade 192 was at 10:11:46 (that's 22 secs later) at 0.09004p
I rest my case, park my handbag.
LOTM
That's presuming you're referring to the 16.35 trades with the isa limt at 25k.
Bed & isa.
No way.
Spread too big.
Buy before the sell.
Roger or is that rodgered. Nothing like a bitter person who has lost his investment
Actually its very likely they are a bed & breakfast trade.
Probably from a normal account into an ISA.
Thus creating a tax loss on the normal account at the same time any gain from here is tax free.
LOTM
Should have started with ‘so the rest of the placing shares then?’
Lay off the placing shares then? If that’s what it is then they can’t have made much profit from the Placing.
What ever is going on someone wants out and fast. Shows absolutely zero confidence in there being any future for this company. Cooley on the other hand? Perhaps the placee is desperate to be under 3% and avoid having to declare a TR1 so has just dumped the rest of their shares? Just don’t know.
Unless there is news from the BODs I can’t see any rain for a ‘big rise this week’, quite the reverse in fact.
Dr Cooley notified Cap-xx of his holdings on the 25th the day of the placings.
Cap-xx notified the market via the TR1.
We have as yet no other notifications, if the good DR Cooley had a change of mind, bearing in mind he's had all the time in suspension to think it over I don't think he would have bothered to notify.
IMO.
And he only has 200m...
Larger selling volume than that involved...IMO.
Agree it’s confusing but my feeling is they’re not placing shares. I wonder if Cooley has just changed his mind and decided he wants out?
I have strong feeling next week we will see a very good rise at some point
So what is going on.
Those trades definitely sells and with the volume over the last couple of days you'd think their placing shares.
Why can they sell them at at lower price than the Placing?
CFDs?
They are making money but it doesn't seem like it to the pi.
Very confusing.
Maybe the forward selling was more extreme than I'm thinking and they will soon be cleared.
Anyone any theories?
Roger or is that rodgered. Nothing like a bitter person who has lost his investment!!
Roger, do.you have selective vision? Or are you just visually impaired?
Mrcalm please, please, please! Noooo!
A handful of absolutely huge delayed trades at the end of the day and the sp is down 15% and you think they’re buys. Omg it’s just sad.
Actually the 2 x 70m ones are sells it seems
Buys i would think
Cooley has indeed bought an awful lot more shares …. Too end up with a much smaller piece of the pie. If he was in-the-know he’d have waited until now or next week the sp might drop another 15%
Time will tell.
Yep, I liked the company and although it was just a bit of a damp squib I had hoped a couple of development engineers could produce a break through in storage etc. That was until they decided they were all legal experts and were off to the states to jolly well trounce one of Teslas connections and in an American court on some out of date patent.
I know Lars was happy to see the infringement case through to the end, but it probably was on the boil at least a year before he took the helm.
It is interesting Dr Graham Cooley has bought up a large slice of this cake.
Aussies might want to see it continue and bung them enough to keep bubbling along.
Mustn't be angry, only a shed load of equity down the drain, might advertise my services and a non-exec, perhaps help an AIM company to keep out of court and keep it's nose clean.
Any takers?
But UPshunt the company is dying to tell us of more announcements in the coming weeks.
There are some shady individuals running AIM companies but Lars surely has to take the biscuit as the most woefully incompetent of the lot.
Of course there are costs. The lying toe rag BOD smoothed over a bad result for the court case.
Whether they were optimistic or not on a positive outcome they should have been advised by solicitors it could be the death knell for the company.
A man enters a lawyer’s office and asks the lawyer: “Excuse me, how much do you charge?”
The lawyer responds: “I charge $1,000 to answer three questions.” The man replies, “That’s a bit expensive isn’t it?” “Yes,” says the lawyer. “Now, what’s your third question?”
Hope Lars can hold this pig of a situation together.
Maybe the first announcement will be a consolidation. It's becoming a bit embarrassing this share price.
Anyone who looks at the google chart can see at a glance that the sp is down over 99% in just a month. Doesn't exactly inspire confidence LOL
If the placing is at 0.1p, cooley will.make sure it will be back up there
There would be chancers who bought Thursday hoping for the SP to rise . They will have sold into end Friday. Probably does not mean anything in the grand scheme of things.
