Sorry if this has been asked before RBM ,
If you held shares , sold on the massive downward spiral , then re brought where do you stand ?
Str, at that investment level, you will not be paying £500. It is not set in stone yet, but we’re expecting a big uptake, so keeping joining fees to a minimum.
Brilliant... that's very much appreciated. Thank you!
RDad, yesterday’s call was recorder in full and we hope to make it available this weekend, possibly by sharing a link. MC mentions on the calls that his plan is to communicate with CAG clients via a secure portal. Hope that helps.
Can anyone who has attended one of the zoom calls confirm how the fee is calculated please? So it a % of what your investment was capped at £500? Not sure I can make the final call I just want to know what the fee would be for me if my total investment was £8200?
Many thanks
Quick question please RBM. Would you know as yet, how and when a copy of any any of the zoom meetings will be made available to watch as i just wont be able to access it this evening.
Is it you intention to load something on to the CAG website soon ?
Thank you!
Josiah Wedgwood
Wwal, no process is going to please everyone, so either the general concept of the action is for you, or it isn’t. Simples.
As for individuals, HNW or not, we don’t know whether they have personal or business reasons why they’d want participation kept private. Their business, not ours. Just as it’s your business, not ours. We are not short of potential participants, we don’t need to go on a huge recruitment drive.
All the HNW individuals with large shareholdings that I know have signed up.
Mr Cotter said he would circulate a costs table and assured it would be staggered. I still think my 1% of total investment suggestion was a fair way of raising a battle fund but wdik! The more that join, the less it will cost individuals, that’s why I believe if would be very encouraging to shareholders if our largest shareholders confirmed their participation.
You have a final chance to join this evening at 17:30...
FWIW. A lot of the HNW peeps are members of the core CAG team, so I would NOT be surprised if most, if not all of them, will be participating in the group action.
BUT what irks me slightly is those who have invested £25k pay the same as those who have invested £250k, and some of these HNW have invested a lot higher amounts yet pay the same £550....
CAG & Michael Cotter invite you to a scheduled Zoom meeting.

Thank you Adn. No Angus, that is not the case. Get on this evening’s call and hear it all from the horse’s mouth. However, sign in a few minutes before it’s due to start. Quite rightly, MC closes the door at the start time to avoid disruption.
Yes i have sent all that in we will have to in time send proof of the price we payed for the share I would think as well because I got a lot more before it stopped trading I have about 3 million shares now
Angus, MC said in the zoom meeting that proforma invoices would be sent out to those registered at coplaction@ceclegal.co.uk at the end of this week or next week.

I could not get on zoom call I’m around 25-30000 down so is the what it will cost me £550
For a 550 fee he would be stupid not to join. So I am guessing yes
Wwal, that may well be your opinion, but we’ll still respect people’s privacy. Thanks.
To be fair, he is the largest or one of the largest shareholders so imo it would go a long way to encourage others to get onboard.
As a group, we’re not going to comment on individual members, or who is supporting the class action. That’s their business, just yours is yours.
Can anyone confirm if James Goozee is part of the CAG and is he signing up with Mr Cotter?
We cannot stress enough, get on this evening’s call (5mins before start time) and ask questions direct to MC. We genuinely think you’ll be impressed. In our opinion, we have found exactly the right man to fight for you.
Portsmouth, if you sold at a loss, MC will chase that loss for you.
Angus, this is covered in the calls, probably within the next month.
Chas, the class action and zoom calls are also being promoted via FB and X. We have not seen evidence of any other action group taking legal action, just a couple of unsubstantiated rumours.
There must be a lot of Shareholders that are NOT members of this LSE BB, and are just Shareholders. What happens to them if the case is won by Cotter/CAG?
Wonder if there is large percentage of Shareholders NOT known by this board.
Could there be other BB’s which are taking there own actions, completely unaware of CAG’s?
Hi does anybody know when we are going to have to pay the fees for the star of the action
Hi could not bring myself to look in here for about a month, good to see the progress being made here, I asked before but didn't see a reply, would like to join the action but sold all my shares for a thumping £43k loss a few days before the end, as Im not now a shareholder am i eligible for compensation now even if fraud is proven? Thanks in advance Colin
