I have been a shareholder for 3 years brought on the prospect of big returns from a untapped field and carbon capture, been accused by people on here of being a doomsday guy when I could see the cracks and now funny none are left apart from jiddy and another I shall not name as yet .

I was one of the ones that got ridiculed for meeting with Art on the teams meeting and after came on here to say (and you can read my comment in back history) to say he didn’t answer all the questions but I’ll give benifit of doubt.

We all have dared to dream , sold on the highs and lost on the lows but many lost thousands me included. For the first time I can see a ray of light and have to say utmost respect to RBM , I honestly thought you were barking up wrong tree and you have proved me wrong so I thank you for your efforts.

What may come down the road no one knows really but I see a better chance than I ever had my view is I think summit will cave in and we will see that JV , maybe not the 50p70pand £1 we all dreamed off but something to help us and for the people who brought on the high like me I sincerely hope we get it all back .

I’m not pouring scorn or criticism with the CAG group but I’m a little concerned reference is made to stage 1 payment , I’m a believer in the process just slightly concerned in the term of stage 1 , I’m pretty sure we all believe the first initial payment won’t be the last we would be fool to but I’m hoping for clarity that we don’t get hiked for stage 2 and if we feel it’s far to high will we be dropped by the wayside ?

It definitely needs clearing up before we pay to take legal action as this would surely hinder our case if it implies we were happy with the sale etc ??

It states in the papers that a CAG member etc was party to all information about the sale and access to the data room etc , RBM can you confirm this was the case or are they lying??
