If there was a JV and it’s a big IF then all we get is continuous Tit bits of its ongoing etc etc etc , I truly believe we are on a path to self fund this so a JV won’t materialise untill we can go so far but by that time we will of diluted this to hell …

I truly did get caught up in the hype and multi bags but I’m afraid to say I don’t see it happening or if it ever does won’t be the multi bags we hoped for but that’s 2025 or beyond ..

Joined when this started and between the four of us we have around 800k shares . Do I see this as a scam or a bully tactic..no I don’t it’s something I believe we should have done months ago to put a voice to the board to say enough is enough. I’m thousands down and can not see my initial investment ever coming back … lies of JV and production is for ever the norm for Art , where is this JV ?? Again I’ll throw my hat in the ring no doubt jiddy will run me down accuse me of being a ramper but as for her if Art came to her house opened her purse ,took out her last five pounds and walked out with her woman’s weekly magazine she swear he needed it for research and funding !!!

Anyway enough of her … I truly admit I don’t know much regards the share consideration other than it don’t look good and who would want to invest with us at this time if as ever our goal posts are consistently moving due to silence from our CEO and endless confetti share issues .

Yes we need to raise and the economic climate isn’t the best but surely with the falling of my chair amount of oil we have a bank would of at least offered us some rate we could of worked with instead of giving it all away ..

My point to this is , JV yes it could be a NDA but we think we all know who it might be and to be honest we know it boils down to 2-3 companies why can’t he come to the table and give abit more meat on the bones , also updated production , re completions surly this would have a better impact on share holders sastifaction and ultimately lead to more people willing to invest …

I personally think the price goes low and the big players mop the shares up …

I myself have been accused of being on a banned list which I don’t give two hoots about for expressing my opinion.

I fully admit I dont understand the technical side of the buisness and all the confetti share stuff .

I got into copl last March and have averaged down a few times but still behind as is a few of my friends . We all had dreams of £5 plus per share and got swept away by the vast returns we envisioned by Art falling off hes chair and biggest find for years .

Do I believe him I can’t say 100 percent I do but I’m still prepared to give him some credibility but it’s waring very thin , I refresh every day at 7.00 am hoping for the news we all dream off .

JV unfortunately falls into that category, we need to prove it first not by Ryder Scott as obviously not worth paper printed on . Production needs to go way over the 5k bopd before any major looks at this and unfortunately the weather , old kit , falling of chairs and finding things shoved in old cabinets ent going to get you that !!!
