I am not for consolidation as I have bad memories, apart from OXB who were climbing with good RNS's .
With VAL they just keep having them to raise money , the SP drops as soon as it's sorted and with more room to drop it just keeps dropping. Through the consolidation's that VAL have had I now need the SP to be £2.50 to break even and it's only in the 20p to 30p range. Consolidation, NO THANK YOU
To quote HFB
"so a 100-1 return at 32p ish as they seem to have nailed us down here
Then do they let it climb with a figure in mind for perhaps a raise for
taking cuda or whatever with 156m shares in issue
so a 20% dilution 31.2m shares would raise around £10m
or 31.250 m Shares at 32p = £10m
OR
as have seen on other better consolidations they have let it rise before the
raise with a figure in mind , all to a sticky investor not a wonga lender/dumper
I guess we find out this coming week
Still stuck here at 0.32/32p or News recovery higher price Investor let in with
a substantial discount to market price but NOT A DUMPER fingers crossed"
Who is categorically stating a placing immediately after consolidation.
Smart money on letting in Big guns then place
As said a few times yesterday if we are still sitting here the end of the month
on the 1st of October we will be 156.4m shares 32p and MC £50M as we are
today
All we can do now is wait and see what Mr Mushroom has planned, it could be
as one poster said another not to be missed deal or simply to implement other
plans with the next level of REAL Investors who will assist in the companies
organic growth and look forward to "holding" a substantial portion of the company
with majority profit taking and de-risking via dividends in the pence from copl
once or twice annually
Those REAL II/Funds will want to see a more attractive share structure and a rising
share price, set to be pulled back only once or twice a year on dividend payments
then rise again
For me getting rid of Riverfort was a good signal , moved up a level of scumbag lender
if consolidation is to now get rid of those lenders for a direct core INVESTOR then that
is a great signal to the market and will attract like minded institutions making the
share very sticky and difficult to manipulate and rises stick not spike
So few shares remaining in free float due to Real II/Funds holdings and those of genuine
long term holders also sticking around to reap similar de-risking dividends year on year
for a already de-risked sliced and retained in most cases freebie holding
They can then just sit back an grin while the others scramble on the next news event
Main Market Listing for a reason and its not to continue playing AIM where's the
overvalued spike going this time, knowing at least a couple of new placings and
or another consolidation is just around the corner with still zero achieved after
75-100m in placings/loans etc and remain with zero revenues and YA/RGO on
the books
with the ceo and bod fat and happy and only talking to the lenders with statements
like we are delighted that current shareholders (not) and HNWI (mates) have remained
supportive of the implementation of our plans for................
See this week what his reasoning or excuse is but if it results in next year say 250m shares
in issue and a £500m MC company £2 a share from your consolidated to 32p shares and
a 2p dividend chucked in we will all doff our caps and bow to King Arty lol
:))
Aslong as we dont drop below 0.30 im happy to play it out !
I am no expert by any means but surely we cannot have a ceo who is so incompetent that he does a placing when the sp of the company is a quarter of the mc. I support consolidation to bring us to a share amount that is reasonable and gets rid of all the goings on currently. I would expect him to deliver rns’s that drive up the sp to a reasonable level and then place if it is to further grow the company. I think that there are too many scaremongers on this bb that are either in too deep or deliberately sending confusing messages: you know who they are!
I cannot imagine that this notification is real. If that were real, it would be a lawsuit. It would have massive legal ramifications for Copl and AJ. Such serious news must be published simultaneously and accessible to all.
Either sell and buy back if it drops, as Tiburn says, or ride it out and top up as we grow
Have no issue with consolidation or if he places to expand whilst we continue to profit from inflated oil prices.
Cuda is well worth the effort
I have to say, so far on every single stock I've followed, every single one, when investors say 'the market won't take it badly', the market takes it badly.
When investors say 'there might be good news to coincide with and counteract the bad news', there is not.
When investors say 'it may be a misunderstanding, we might not be getting screwed by the CEO', it's not a misunderstanding...
However, this stock has enough going for it, and seems undervalued enough, that we may hope it becomes an exception to the above. For the CEO to act to knock the sp down from here, after all that's happened... I'm not sure I can see it making sense strategically even in the most ruthless mind, and I don't think the Zak Mir interview was acting, I think, as he said, that they expected the share price to reflect the value. Hope so anyway.
Haha Sub nice one , totally agree what a melt ! LB cheers pal good to hear all is not lost from your point of view, although good posters like Caw Caw dont seem in favour
Now would be the perfect time for Nigeria news. I agree with LB28 let's hope its all been done. Let's face it something strange as been happening with sp no ramping but with what we have alone should be 1p . So maybe this is the reason sp is crap
@ Yacht Master-
12 months ago ; 25 Sept 2020 sp was hovering around 0.25-0.32 NOT 0.004
Every opportunity you want to tell the world what your average is,
Show some class man.
Dont think iv ever felt so concerned here as to now !!
So what is going on here what does this mean
The asset is a good one, we don't own it all, one affiliate is not coughing up it's share, the market and ii's are not daft hence the current Mcap. The endless churn by investers nervous also says so, until we get 85% we ain't adding to the Mcap. Looking forward to Monday, have a good weekend everyone with what's left of it.
could go back to when Arty and I where buying shares on the open market at 2 - 3p
comparison of old sp's a pointless exercise
My orcp 11 years ago 10p earlier this year 0.8p but the same market cap and moved
from 1 major project in development to 3 all talks an no trousers still no revenues
not a piece of ground broken but not attached at the hip with YA PN II death spiral
finance via CLN's even added a Gold asset , the 3 other projects valued at LOI's
of around £7 Billion for their 12.5% if they ever move
Now sitting at sub 0.4p
Arty cancelled YA's partner and understudy RGO worst of the scum around
moved over to next level self interested scum bags not II's like Hardon
Fingers crossed he is about to leave them behind for REAL INVESTORS
:))
could be worse November 2019 ICON sitting at 0.14p arranged a deal with a wonga
shares in issue around 2.5 billion one year later sp 0.014 an 31 billion in issue
perspective people , one not a lot and hopes and dreams
Copl advanced from rainbow chasing explorer to PRODUCTION COMPANY with rising
flows and revenues during an oil price super cycle with 6 more layers to play with
Nigeria if Essar get released to drill could be worth far more
enjoy the weekend a DETAILED rna message could be the end of the beginning lol

Agree with the poor comm's and **** pr but in many with YJ and useless
The whole rto fiasco all send in the clowns and throw us a bone comms
So tonight's news by brokers not RNA message over rns and sedar no surprise
:))

agree with the sentiment of your post for his routine past actions but the
what is about to occur is uncertain until we see some meat on the bones
If he has finally cracked it with a core investor vice wonga's as you say profiting
with a rising share base and market cap and a stifled sp then all is good
If he is doing it for no purpose other than to continue his old bad survival habits
then he is an inept clown
until we get some details of the who what when and how questions
the verdict is open lol
:))
SP 12 months ago was 0.04p
Not the best time to do it tho when the share price is in the gutter with zero momentum…. Also not very classy to let the news leak out on a Friday night
Right. Pointless prediction time. Monday morning RNS consolidation at 100-1. In the same RNS they announce placing at 32p. No explanation for raised funds, possibly working capital. Share price takes a hit and ends day at 25p ( or 0.25p if consolidation isn't that day). Following day we announce funds to be used to acquire CUDA's distressed asset and associated debt. Same day I sell having trusted Arthur (with no reason to based on previous). Let's hope I'm wrong. Personally bad comms is my issue. I certainly don't expect to be given updates on when Arthur's having breakfast, but this company shows contempt to it's shareholders imo the way we are left to guess the next move.
