Andoman - peanuts, I agree, but why buy any at all?
Andoman99
The 75,000 sold at 4.349 is a buy.
Definitely something fishy about those sells in my opinion..........no way people are selling in those quantities and frequencies or they would have sold when it was over 5 .....
i think its the MM's trying to input some fear and start a selling stampede to get these Golden Tickets on the cheap and in bulk
there is NO other explanation for it......every day and every appointment - recruitment - statement just tells us we are closer than ever to a great deal.......OR, why would this guy join.......it doesnt make sense to sell...
so thats my theory anyway
Pretty insane selling this when someone of high standing as Bruce Griffin joins the board, and just so happens to be the driving force of the one of the two funding companies that seems very keen to make things happen here
The only reason i can see for selling today, (still think its nuts) but i can understand it if your selling to jump into Orcadian Energy today....fortunately i have 400K of those as well....happy days.
800K Shares - pfft, thats peanuts mate....lol
Company credibility continues to increase as these (if looked upon individually) small measures improve the governance and access to knowledge of the business.
I think we’re probably on a few pinboards as a T/O target now as the potentially is worth the investment risk. I hope we hold our nerve and grow a business which is dividend providing and worth holding for the long term.
I note that he also holds 800k shares in cmet
A mineral sands company approaching mine development stage , Now that’s a great statement.
Just need to wait patiently to find out what plan they opt for . Original plan was $37m for staged mining then the Chinese came in with $81m for a full ramp up . With the addition licenses and resource expansion this could be worth a lot more money and for well over 10 years . With Bruce and Sheffield on board shareholders could have a share of a bigger NPV with double the share value of what the Chinese were offering.
OR.........LB are more comfortable with a known entity on board advising and directing the project.
the Non-Exec position means he is purely there as an advisory role but will be handling this without a doubt.
It also points to the fact that a deal with one of them is happening........
Golden Tickets my friends...........hold for gold.

Looks like are closing in.
Although the following article relates to rare earths, it is interesting to note the measures that governments may adopt to protect access to resources.
"Japanese Template
...... Back in 2010, China threatened to cut off supplies of rare earths to Japan, threatening the viability of Japanese companies producing advanced technical equipment and forcing Japan to mount a rescue bid for a financially stressed miner, Lynas Rare Earths, by offering capital to complete mine development and a contract to supply future rare earths.
That rescue of the Mt Weld mine of Lynas led to the creation of the biggest rare earth business outside China......."

Smart thinking, Andoman99!
We might be sitting in the right place at the right time. Ironically this is my second time here, having lost a packet earlier on!
Sticking like glue to my holding now hoping for that magic 10=bagger!
Great find Andoman! Sheffield Resources being Aussie, I wonder if this could prompt a third interested ‘agency’ or Australian state support? I doubt we the UK would suddenly find some magical stimulus funding for CMET as the USA government might!
American Senate (yes, I watch some nonsense) has announced that the good old USA should immediately challenge China on ANY and ALL purchases of land that are outwith mainland China that specialise in mining offtake of resources such as "mineral sands" and other resource rich industy required materials. They are getting nervous (quite rightly, I think) That not only is China the largest exporter to the USA of this material, if China decided to stop supply or put major tariffs on this USA would be fooked, by that time its too late as China has all the good global areas tied up.....so either LB get their finger out rapidly or USA may very well support Sheffield in an underhanded discrete manner......I think this is good, nobody gave a s h I t 24 months ago. Now we hold the golden tickets to the most sought after material and we have it in the highest density on the planet. Timing is everything. GL ALL
...next week? Hope so. Have a good one folks!
Also, news the other day from Sheffield about their first bulk shipment from the Thunderbird project - they look like a great partner

A week ago we got the RNS which updated us on the Outstanding IML Applications & Additional CCD Mine Permit, I wonder how advanced these were before the RNS dropped, given how soon after the investment from Sheffield was announced?
Outside of the JV offtake agreement these feel like the big ticket items to me, getting all 9 IMLs in place would be enormous and it feels like it's really close, the RNS read, "The Company has now received a formal letter confirming the GSMB's intention to process the Company's seven outstanding IML applications"
I am hopeful the GSMB are fast-tracking these 7 IMLs given the historical problems
Few sells to be expected. price hasn’t been up around these areas since late last year. it’s been a tough 12 months for AIM. some might be happy to see a gain, whatever the size. And some may need funds out..
Either way.. the best is still yet to come. And it feels it’s going to be big to me
Not really. Could be a while. CMET want the best terms clearly.
Are we expecting any other news before thre big news ???
I think it's end of tax year selling, that's all. SO many things are hitting my buy zones this afternoon, on nothing, Probably people booking tax losses.
Good man, ignore the traders just now. We're going to hit big here soon!
Its cool mate, im good, still confident.........still well in the positive lol. thanks for checking.
