It was interesting to hear Greg’s response to the last RNS on funding and Sheffield. He was underwhelmed by the market response! He would say that, you might say, but having talked to him, he is a genuine straight talker. It also sounds as though we have a following wind with the planning authorities. They now want it to happen!
Having attended the last two AGM’s, Greg is now delivering. A large rerate is in order, we are going to be a miner, unless we are bought out before! As Greg says the discount will reduce over time, the clock is now ticking, which is great news for LTH, as it has been a very bumpy ride. I need the share price to more than double to break even!
Ando Approves of the current situation. one Happy Camper.
I would expect the market to wait for the news of a deal. We don't know the shape and form yet, these rallies are great but it's the deal sign-off and funding then off-take that will launch this to the moon. Gla
Lots of trades happening now
We know traders will take 10-20% when they can but Greg is correct, when this is signed this will blow up. I would say at least double from here on announcement of a signed JV.
Last top up was good timing, in under 4, hopefully we don't see those figures again.
Yes good interview, great to have two competing for this. I do believe Greg will get this over the line now, pretty soon.
Another top up.
Agreed, I wish I had more liquidity to increase my holding as I think the SP won’t be this low for much longer
The long term investors, who requested to maintain their holdings after the first part of Decembers placing know more about this than us. They paid 4.25p while we were only discussing with LB Group.
They know what’s coming imo. plus as it says, we are nicely funded for any further work too, with those subscriptions and the Sheffield one other day.
“Following the announcement of a Subscription on 6 December 2023, the Company was approached by existing shareholders in the UK who wished to further support the Company and maintain their holdings. The Board concluded that this Placing, together with the Subscription, places the Company on a materially stronger footing whilst it seeks to conclude an offtake financing agreement to fund the total Project capital expenditure. As with the Subscription funding, the Placing funds will provide the Company with the ability to accelerate its plans for commencement of construction. These additional funds will also permit exploration drilling in conjunction with resource definition drilling to expand the mineral resources by stepping out and drilling at depth.”
Agreed, my takeaway from the interview was that Greg seemed to infer that a co-operative between LB and Sheffield was unlikely as he indicated a deal with one or the other.
Well in my opinion and experience, LB either have to get this completed fairly quickly or they walk away fairly quickly.
they cant take their time unless they upgrade their offer to something substantially better than MoU, as Sheffield know the details of MoU. It was public knowledge ad they can match this fairly easily. LB can be left with nothing if they dally about. they are in a corner with 2 options
1. walk away and have nothing after all the work and intent they had to be part of the worlds best deposit of resource.
2. put in an offer either before Sheffield or better than Sheffield, or both.
all good in my eyes
Another update by the end of the week.... Drilling, mining permits etc
Interview well worth listening to. Greg seems very confident. Let’s hope the deal closes quickly, hopefully before the 60 days, as that will send the SP up like a rocket.
Noticed that, i like what i see, been some biggish loading up and position taking recently...there cant be many of these golden tickets kicking about now so hopefully if you want in them you have to pay a premium that will only get higher, and higher, and higher.......if forecasts are even close to the truth then 50p is cheap for these.....i really hope so. Some large trades coming in today!!!
The RNS was great to see on Friday, the share price is moving northward again, fingers crossed we can see 5p within a few weeks
A reminder of the basic terms of the talks with first funding party LB Group (£5bn market cap)..
You’d expect the new funder to be looking at similar levels of investment.
——
LB Group to fully fund the Project as defined by the IHC Mining independent Development Study
Report and Preliminary Economic Assessment announced in May 2022 ("PEA"), which is estimated to cost US$81 million. The JV will fund any expansion of the Project beyond the PEA parameters on a 50/50 basis.
Capital Metals to start earning its share of JV profits as soon as shipments begin, which could be within 12 months of the start of construction.
You know what I mean.... years ago when they were pretty much frer
Bitcoin in the 90s? it only started in 2009
Did you notice, i thought i was playing it low key...haha
i am heavily invested in this and 1 other, total gambles both of them....if one comes good then im very happy camper, both have very positive outlooks and both just awaiting official sign offs of sells/investment that will change them completely from AIM to FTSE250 companies.......you have to start somewhere ( i remember playing online games for multiple bitcoins back in the 90s....if only i knew) and both of these companies are in the resources business, my thought process being that the global need for resource will only increase in the coming years and months and when India gets its infrastructure sorted that will be the new china for the next 20 years.....one of these companies should sign off in the next 14 days and as we know this will sign off (hopefully) in the next 60 days........both are transformational and both are 10 baggers.........good luck to all, especially the people i annoyed with my moaning........BUT, in my defence when i saw the irregular share buys and the timings of these, i knew it was family and friends of people in the know (sri lankan officiala) and i called an incoming RNS........stay posted for my next correct prediction.
Yeah you were bricking it. I was getting bored of reading your rubbish but now you seem in a happy happy place lol
Stick with me SEBO buddy. I will keep you right, there's nothing wrong with being positive. The power of positive though is a thing it seems. Lol
Let's manifest 20p before May when I will find it very difficult to hang in there as that will be my £1M mark...
Wishful thinking but I'm a glass half type of guy so let's look for 50p minimum by Xmas when we will only be a couple of months away from first sellable materials,
OH and I forgot to mention that when we are producing , there will be a global shortage and record prices will be order of yhe day for at least 24 months
I have enough shares here, thank you very much.....I was absolutely bricking it as many on this board can testify, now I'm a very happy camper.
Watch the presentation on you tube the 155M is base rate worst case, the higher rate of approximately 250M is still under todays prices for the materials, at todays prices and the projected offtake on presentation we are over 320M NPV.
Remember.. they doubled the placing size in December after approach from long term investors. Who likely know a tiny bit more than us about the shape and size of a potential deal here.
They were willing to fund at 4.25p on the back of one Mou at that time. We know have two very interested and connected parties.
Here’s where you build some size before 4p’s come
