A shot at something incredible?
Really, if so incredible why is the MC languishing in the depths. This is my concern, why does the market dismiss the possibility of it being something incredible?
Mr T
Rebel and leggyland - history tells me you both are correct. Whether this time it’s different may be like looking for a needle in a haystack but there may be some hope.
DH is a nice guys for sure. He replies and talks a good game. But up to this point he has been a complete failure no doubt about that. He has an opportunity to redeem himself
@Leggylad
That's how I see DH, great on the big picture, not so great on detail and delivering.
I get the feeling that Next Chem-X are 'boffins' (inventing stuff) more then 'corporate' types.
For what it's worth I have very little faith in DH, and history tells us he talks a good game but delivers nothing. Somehow he's found himself in with a shot of something incredible, and at these levels the risk/reward is very attractive. I'm prepared to lose what I've invested for a potentially huge payday.
I have hope, but not faith. The guy is a dope.
Not seen any evidence of nextchemx patents or an update since summer 2022 on their website. We just have to have faith that the jv is progressing. Annoyed that as this story unfolds they are in competition with many others ( phase1,2 etc ). Oh well. Another aim company doing what it does and hoping I’ve caught the bottom and the Clon delivers
I hear you eagleye. No doubt DH is working hard. Just wonder if all this is going to be a waste of time or not and when we actually have confirmation for once and for all.
How would you trade this ? Buy now at near an all time low and it could go straight down another 60 %. That's a trade but not a good one.
Unless you have inside information it's pure gambling.
Just a great share to trade until proper news....
Back down she goes. Every move up is Always sold into. A lot of investors desperate to get out of this share.
Need some Bolivian ayahuasca to see the potential of Clon come true.
Im afraid that happens on all aim shares Pauly, The fact is the prospects are good and I know DH has done all he can to get this right and win the contracts.
This share has provided turmoil to so many investors over decades .
When the price of the sp goes up by 8% we have lots of people writing about ‘news being leaked’, ‘multi-bag coming’, etc.
When the sp shoots down at a higher rate then there is radio silence.
I can’t wait much longer.. bring on May 9th for news one way or another
This is clearly FUD and you know it.
@Leggylad
Some of CLON's RNS's are just as 'old', doesn't make them 'old'.
We still refer to them.
Its nearly 4 months old, and designed to seed doubt.
It would be nicer if it was a dump and pump.
I reckon.
All JALLis has done is posted recent article, nothing more then that, that isn't going to move the price, only CLON and partners can do that. If the posts annoy you, just ignore them.
Not stopping the manipulation and what appears to be the usual here though going by sp movement.
Yes nookie these are the dangers of these boards. Something I have stated many times over the years.
JAllis appears out of nowhere with old news articles and it looks like you’ve not read the recent rnss
Alot of companies/countries have DLE it is nothing new, however its not the favoured method for the YLB as its not entirely enviromently friendly. Clon is not using this method, we are using IDLE which doesnt use masses amounts of water and protects the enviroment, this method is patented and ground breaking and is favoured by the YLB, which puts us in a very unique position.
From RNS.
NCX's ion extraction technology uses the surface area of hollow fibre membranes to extract lithium ions from brines. The technology is a continuous process, and does not require high pressure, temperature or electrolysis. It does not rely on osmotic processes, or costly filtration techniques electrolysis, but instead mimics biophysical processes of natural principals to induce ions in solution to cross the membrane barrier. This mimics how mammal organisms remove wastes from a donor liquid without physically mixing with an acceptor liquid.
The technology has been proven to be effective and efficient during laboratory testing, and in the Board's view, NCX's technology is an innovative approach to direct lithium extraction.
Environmental attractions include limited energy and water consumption, extracting the targeted ions and generating minimal waste. It is suited for lithium extraction from Bolivian brines, where evaporative ponds are not optimal due to rainfall conditions, altitude and magnesium content.
Bolivia step closer to full lithium potential as $1bn Chinese deal closes
Bolivia finalised a major deal this week with China’s largest battery producer CATL and largest cobalt miner CMOC in a move that could finally see the South American country untap the full potential of its huge lithium resources.
State-owned producer Yacimientos de Litio Bolivianos (YLB) said the group would invest around $1bn (919.97bn pesos) to build production plants that would use direct lithium extraction (DLE) in the Salar De Uyuni and Salar de Coipasa salt flats.
The consortium, which also includes CATL’s recycling subsidiary, Brunp, will produce 25,000 tonnes (t) of battery-grade lithium carbonate by 2024 and 100,000t by 2028, using DLE rather than large evaporation ponds.

Buzios - its not about the EU engaging with them but who ultimately the Bolivians want to go with - the Europeans, the Russians or the Chinese. Bolivia has long standing good relations with both the Chinese and the Russians. Bolivia-EU relations on the other hand are "not formalised"

Rebel - They've not used it previously its part of the bid round for these new licenses I believe. Following is extract from YLB:
"UCOM-YLB-01-21-2024.- La Paz, January 21, 2024 (UC – YLB) .- The president of Yacimientos de Lithio Bolivianos (YLB), Karla Calderón, reported today that the state will test the Lithium Direct Extraction (EDL) technology offered by companies from China and Russia in order to guarantee positive results and available resources to install industrial lithium carbonate complexes."
