Hey TT, here is my mea culpa for you! I was wrong! Assuming they were your sells…
Anyway, lowers the price for others.
Totally Wrong on sells today. Apologies. 260K shares sold and 5% drop of £6 Million Co value. Ha Ha.
I want communications with media as soon as the Lab developed test is released with data. Whether in 6 months or 12 months time. That will enable public to buy CIZ shares and share in the rewards. Not just benefit Lung cancer patients and oncologists.
I agree, we just assumed that thing where progressing nicely during the 6 month black out.
The next news too then be a placing was a kick in the teeth. Need too up their game massively in the comms department.
The people who took part in placing will not buy to lower their averages. They know the timetable and a 15% drop in SP in a month on illiquid share, is not worth the worry. Once Lab developed test has been validated and data on accuracy released a few hundred percent rise is possible. AS needs to be doing interviews then.Sky, BBC and ITN and Press. If he fails on that, he is not performing any PR for a unique opportunity in UK Bio tech.
How everyone is really in the dark here. How PIs assume and things are "obvious".
Would you ever admit to being totally wrong?
So all those tricks and market maker obvious tactics this morning..
I can tell you for a FACT that all those 7/8 small trades that brought the price down were MINE!
I wanted to sell £3,000 and was surprised to see it go NT to sell almost immediately after first 100,000.
I just wanted some money out nothing more.
But just shows our assumptions on here are wrong many times.
On the other note, Ciz definitely should RNS the 100,000k incoming.
But will they?
The only reason I've reduced is this lack of communication and trust. There's nothing immediately bad I've heard, I'm just not very comfortable with the BOD anymore.
Can buy well below the Placing price of 2p just 3 weeks ago. Pretty tempting risk v reward trade/investment....
Yes it is a pretty clear ‘drop the price’ strategy and someone is doing it on the cheap. In the short term I wish them well and maybe serious holders should buy in at the lower level.
Obvious MM sells today. To collect cheap shares. News due and this is not just the £100K banked. Despite AS keeping all PI's in lock out with no news for 6 months, he has created a situation where Lab developed test can be completed without further raises and dilution. It all relies on Bill delivering funds from the sophisticated HNWI soon. They want in on this.
Agreed.
I believe it is material. I'd like for them to RNS it.
Will the Company RNS if or when the non refundable £100k has been paid or could I ask if anyone has good access to Allan that it is posted on here and then Company could simp,y Post it on Website thus save cost re RNS.
We need to know this £100k has been paid to maintain integrity of MOU / of which I am very sceptical of all MOU’s but remain naively optimistic about this one.
We need to know when it lands.
14 days to go.
Scooby...I agree :o) a kind post
I hope , and think, he'll be back.
We all have our off days and demons
I think one of those fits all of us all and sometimes we all can be fighting our own demons don't think any malous was meant. We all need the other reality.... can't believe in fairytale s or can we.... 95% stage 1 seriously... hell yes...bring it on ...ok last beer :) bless all xx
...and into the sunset he rides
Don’t worry. Won’t be posting again. No loss.
Hi Oapk,
I hope you’re ok and the last few days messages aren’t a reflection of something going on in your personal life.
I’d really like to understand you a little better to get a truer grasp on your posts. I’m puzzled by the reference to “veiled threats”. Where were the veiled threats in the posts this morning? Could you explain that one please?
On the other subject of the Fundraise, and since everything has been confirmed as being Kosher, what was going on there? It would be honourable for you to admit being wrong over this; at least a reference to it/ explanation?
Reasons that have passed through my mind are:
1) Genuine scepticism that the Fundraise happened, cemented in your mind by no RNS update and Voting rights not being listed pronto.
2) Feeling that you beat the system (and those ‘cheerleaders’ on here) by selling at a profit - and an attendant “I showed you” attitude.
3) Simply wanting to buck the trend of unbridled positivity on this forum; becoming an outlier with a loud contrarian voice.
4) Belief that some posters on here are linked to Ciz and you dislike the ‘kudos’ attached to their posts.
5) You’re a disruptor; you like it, and why not. A hand grenade thrown now and again shakes everyone out of their ramping cosiness.
6) You were trying to lower the share price to buy in lower.
7) Other aspects of your personal life have fed into your behaviour on here.
Anyway..I think you’ve been a valuable voice on the forum, and I don’t care if you’re a bit “out there” , a maverick, mercurial or just a bit weird!
Ps I said you were ‘obtuse’…although difficult to comprehend sometimes, you’re certainly no thicky. I meant oblique. Apologies; wrong word.
Likewise. This price is an invitation to all to invest, either for medium term gain, long term holding or because like most one believes in their work.
As a lth, I have diamond hands to see this through. The stars are aligning.
Anyone else?
I spoke to company and confirmed all ok, I see a few spun a yarn to create doubt and no doubt bought the weakness. I am happy to build a position at these levels. It is a gift.
Veiled threats nice .
Good to see that it has been updated.
Can put that all to rest now then.
LSE updated this morning
shares in issue 396.39 m confirms placing completed, as techtonic/greend100 posts

OAPK: Quite right! Both. A new account with a name change. Almost 2 years ago when I last posted I gave away too much personal info, which made me reluctant to post anything else. I drafted something on 26th March to post vaguely along similar lines after that CIZ RNS but then deleted it before sending. The urge is still there so I posted something this time, altho again I felt like deleting it because it added nothing new and was just emotionally based. Just FYI I've been in CIZ for about 18 months, now have (for me) a sizeable holding, but I've no interested in selling soon nor interested in trying to turn a profit from these short-term ups & downs in the sp over the coming few months, it's what happens to it when the test is out and the breast cancer test approaching that I'm interested in, and that's not going to be dependent on anything that anyone says + or - on these share chat boards. Probably you won't hear from me again! (But maybe the lid is off the bottle now and you'll get several more and not just on CIZ...).
New account or name change - Pump is starting.
Member since 26th Mar 2024 but already a cheerleader of Neilin.
Good luck to genuine PI holders here.
This was bid up to get the placing away. They didn’t expect the share price reaction to the placing news.
If this test works, brilliant. Lives will be saved.
Anything else is a bonus.
Just a couple of observations, the RNS out on April 2nd actually stated under "Further Information" that "On 26 March 2024, the Company completed a placing raising gross proceeds of £620,000, which will be utilised towards completing Cizzle's first proposed commercial test ..." etc . As the wording states that they "completed a placing raising ..." to me it seems that they've already RNS'd the info about the successful conclusion to it a fortnight ago.
Something else, in the same RNS under the comments section at the end Behnke states: "Our investor group sees this as an important opportunity to make a major difference to lung cancer survival rates and we have already made progress in developing further relationships with major cancer hospitals ..." etc. I get the impression from this and other statements through-out the RNS that things are far more progressed than some commentators on this share chat are giving credit for - the implication from Behnke is that the group of HNWIs has already formed, and maybe has been for some time, given the details in the RNS about what the exact relationship will be between CIZ BIO and CIZ - which includes an already committed upfront payment of $100,000 by the end of April, closely followed by another $300,000 on signing the formal agreement (due at the very latest by July 29th). So it seems to me that CIZ BIO already has the HNWIs signed up, and it's pretty certain that the commercial test works, that CIZ has spent the last few months preparing for the best way to roll it out in a way that doesn't impede the core purpose of CIZ which to carry on with researching other applications for the CIZ1b biomarker (and not having to get bogged down in all the hassle of the commercialisation of it). It looks like this US group are already very clear on the way forward and have already started pressing ahead with preparations for rolling out the test. The relationship CIZ BIO has with CIZ first has to be legally cemented before any green light can be given to Corepath to assess and certify the test but I get the feeling that things are now on the home run, there are very few unknown elements left that make this a risk (but still some potentially important ones, like if a big player suddenly unveils their own new and highly accurate test, albeit unlikely, given how CIZ seems to be being received in medical circles). All this just my opinion, but mostly taken from the RNS and the success of the recent placing confirmed by recent posts from Greend100 & Techtonic.
I just go on instincts with info gleaned from positive and negative contributors, and as it's not hard fact I don't like to post, so I'll take this opportunity to express some deep appreciation to all contributors, especially those solid regular contributors (eg like the two mentioned above), and also the negative ones who give cause for re-assessment... not to forget of course the big daddy who unwittingly caused me to risk heavily in this, Neilin62
