Yes there could well be more.
Hi Macnai, good post, particularly first paragraph is so true..
The only way they will attract new clients is to have a successful track record and a stock listing for CIC Capital. I would just add a good value stock listing for Capital, Will be important. One thing that they have got right is concentrating on pharmaceutical companies as per prospectus.

The new issue market in the US, in particular, is red hot and we are missing out big time.
Just had a quick look at the client companies that we know about.
Did not find anything new about plans to float etc.

Now I know what I missed.
See you next year.
Thanks K3VMC
Only thing I got correct in a month. Wish I hadn't.
Can't see it changing - so see you next month for more of the same.
Me last month.
“ I missed my month-end scheduled read of this board.
Now I know what I missed.
See you next month.”
Me this month.

Popples, you were correct.
No I can't explain that. Maybe Einstein could in a parallel universe.
Wrong. I’ve been invested here about a decade. Perhaps one comment a year. Just very frustrated.
Can anyone explain to me, in simple terms, how the share value now depends on cash in the bank rather than the asset value, as my understanding is the CIC business model was based on payment, or part payment, for their services in shares in the client companies and that was always portrayed as the problem with the regulators for listing.
Where have you been then Thenry 79.....’7 years of false dawn’ ......YOUR FIRST POST ....lol
7 Years of false dawns.
Thank you for sharing.
I am comfortable with that email from Stuart. Very encouraging. It is happening but as always the time-line is dictated by the regulators and accountants.
This morning I sent Stuart an email asking about progress and five minutes later I received this reply.
Thank you for the email,
CIC Capital Ltd prospectus is largely approved. We are only required to process the prospectus through stock exchange.
The Board of CIC Capital along with 6 major funds wish to wait until one or more clients revenue has a material impact of the probable share value of CIC Capital.
Share value is simple, basically cash in the bank divided by number of shares.
Due to the client companies not only going through securitisation funding (www.Secucritisation.com) plus a listing on regulated stock exchange, CIC can not disclose to the public any time lines or the transaction details.
I am being as open and straight as allowable.
Kind Regards
Stuart J. Bromley
An update ? Guffaw . . . . . what use would that be ?
You'd believe a single word that came from that excuse for a CEO ?
A postcard from Disneyland would at least be honest, take a bit of effort & be worth twice as much as any update.
That time was about two years ago.
Hope you are well too Candybelle.
Yes, if they were waiting for end March figures then surely by the end of April they should know when they can list again? I hardly dare to hope but one never knows. Hope you are well havegun?
is about time for Stuart to give us an update to where we are.
been waiting for financials for about a year now
We're waiting on financials I believe, can't remember which period but the figures are decent... so I was told.
"Someone said a while ago that Stuart was waiting for end March results ", same BS we were fed for last Sept...just newer dates now..
The guy i filtered posts on Syme and he seems to be a guy who likes to comment on other people but rarely commits himself.I think he is afraid to and would put down anyone who predicted a positive outcome if it did not happen.Just my take on him.
Someone said a while ago that Stuart was waiting for end March results and thought it would not be before end April for relist. Who knows anymore? It would be a nice surprise. Who on earth is the ******? Filtered anyway.
Yes Candy things are certainly shaping up well for syme.I do not know what to think about CICC anymore it is just so long now.
