I have a better idea bold ........ why don't you buy them out?!
Fernan10.
Dont disagree with any of that, I have also been a very loud advocate of the need to spin out renewables and green hydrogen from GAS ASAP. They have got the current business model completely wrong and the market has little to no idea of exactly what it is we are trying to achieve. Ideal end scenario for me and I think many other long suffering chariot investors is. CHARIOT GAS a Chariot company with Pierre Railard as CEO, xxxxx RENEWABLE ENERGY “ A Chariot Company” with Benoit garriveir as CEO and xxxxx GREEN HYDROGEN “ A Chariot Company” with Laurent Coche as CEO . AP needs to step out of CEO immediately as far as i am concerned and take NED roles . All newco company's would be floated out and all Chariot shareholders offered pro rota shares in them based on their chariot shareholdings. Each newco company is own entity responsible for its own funding. The current Chariot shareprice is an absolute disgrace and is the product of a business model which has acutely failed and which the market absolutely hates ! I am hoping we soon see news on actions into this huge overhanging issue and even more hopeful of newco spin outs coming soon.
GP, Stellar Story was definitely a better bet than Char today in spite of the experts thinking otherwise. Had I sold my Char shares this morning and put the lot on Stellar Story I would now be sat on nearly £2m ! Doing that twice over and that buys the whole of Chariot.
Aw ianfer you account you 😂👊
Did they serve pizza at Cheltenham?
Fernan10 I think those are good questions. I would think the solar and renewables must be worth 4 pence a share and the Hydrogen project around 6 pence a share. We are told they are both very exciting projects. The on-shore must be worth at least 8 pence a share, so the balance, down to the off-shore, is represented by taking the current share price of 7.5 pence and deducting from it the 4p the 6p and the 8p. We are all expecting the off-shore to be the most valuable part, as Energean are paying Chariot to take on the responsibilies and liabilities connected with the project. So that is why the off-shore balance is worth the huge sum of minus 10.5 pence.
Having just been to Cheltenham races I can see some similarity, where the favourites do not always win. If we say the experts must me right and the share price therefore must be the true value, then why did Stellar Story win the Albert Bartlett Novice's Hurdle at 33/1?
Bridgedogg.. I don't see any real short to medium term value for us PI's unless we see only success in the "near term" drills and even then any significant rises will be sold into and we will be back to where we were without large II's.
If somehow some of us LTH's could detach our emotions from "what could be" and sell on a decent spikes as they come it could serve us better. IMO
Given the choice I wouldn’t have wanted the cost of the green projects but now we are seeing the possibility of that investment generating some value. May as well look on the bright side.
RNS Monday ?!?!?
Fernan I think yourself and surfit have highlighted these doubts consistently.
Imo the company continues to act vaguely.
Without the renewables and green hydrogen project aspirations and without transparency how they will be funded has had a negative effect.
Watch out soon for you know what!
My question is:
what do you think the share price would be without the renewables and green hydrogen projects (i.e., having only the onshore and offshore gas business units)?
do you think the share price would be higher or lower than the current one?
do you think that the placings and share dilution to fund those projects during the last 2 years have had a positive or negative effect in the share price?
Regards
Seems we have consolidated in the 7's.
Not a great look but at least we haven't sunk any lower so hopefully this really is the bottom?
Advice to any green investors whether you have done your research and or due diligence this is AIM and it will never make sense. AIM is a devil's playground.
Can anyone post examples of any personal successes in this AIM sesspit?
9 working days to see some action
GP,
The days of big pre spud rallies are long gone, but I do expect it to tick up quietly over the next week or so, but as ever drill bit rules so as planned, I have established my position, though still 10% down but I am OK with that as I never expected it to have such a pain in the butt seller that has haunted it since Energean del was announced.
Bubble isn't this the point where we should see an upturn in the SP being so close to drill?
In my experience there has been very little to no action on lead up to and day of spud. If anything may see a brief spike on the day for the 1st hour.
It seems a lot of us here will be sitting below our averages during the drill? Mine is 13.
It's sad and pitiful.
There haven’t been any TR1s and the shareholder list doesn’t seem to have any large holders who are likely to be selling so it caa as n only be a max of £2.6m that someone is trying to shift. So assuming average of £55k sold every trading day since Jan 1st they would be out around now.
One thing is certain, once they get that rig sited, it is going to be FAST n FURIOUS activity and news flow. and looking at the site update, there isn't long to go before kick off !!!
Hello whimax
It was said more in jest with what some believed they read on social media and if they had finished then where is our bounce?
How can anyone truly know for sure?
What was the date when we last saw AP setting up the rig ?
We should definitely get news next week…. Quarter end is v close!
Seller must be closing out - been pulling down since December!
Come on management gives us an update pls!
Friday generally is good day !
I had thought so too GP but there have been some hefty follow on sales this week that have lead me to doubt it. I will be guided by others however and have added again today. Have a good w/e lots to look forward to over the next couple of weeks or so. Ant
Ant the seller left last week.
NewKOTB It definitely looks as though the seller is out of stock now.
So we have yet another iffy transaction from yesterday reported today :

Hi fernan.
Just to clarify the deeper sand situation at loukos.
Chariot used re processed seismic and Avo analysis and spectral decomposition of seismic to identify a large increase in anchois resources up dip from anchois 1 well, which was confirmed by the drill results of anchois 2.
The same approach is being used to drill onshore up dip from proven gas at lnb 1 to drill the next two onshore wells. In addition, the deeper 300 meter reservoir which was found in lnb 1 well has now been identified from reprocessed seismic as being up dip also and will be evaluated by the drilling of the next 2 wells.
The reprocessed seismic on page 6 of the webinar presentation shows the lateral extent of such deeper reservoir on the reprocessed seismic.
We know from the webinar that the shallow sands onshore are equivalent to the B sand offshore at anchois, and we know there is top seal and proven gas water contact in lnb 1 well, so gas is definitely going to be found up dip.
Jimmy
As I said before, I'm not sure that a well drilled offshore more than 100 kms away could substantially alter the conclusions from wells drilled nearby in the same area.
Time will tell if I'm wrong.
But don't worry about my thoughts. Enjoy your life.
So you only believe jimmy , thats fine..
So fernan10 are you satisfied now that the old CPR and report you alluded to for Loukos under its old name in 2018 is indeed outdated, un factual and mainly irrelevant in light of jimmy confirming that Chariot have used all the new offshore data from Anchois /Lixus pre 2021 and mapped the same avo signals from Anchois confirmed reservoirs through to Loukos coming up with massive upside , which was not covered by the old report ?
