Surfit,

I believe the seller should be cleared this week , very likely outside of trading hours I suspect.
Hopefully we see this happen with also start of heavy newsflow.
Surfit:
See my post here on the subject, on 1 March 2024
Regards
Both you and the market are wrong Surfit.
Once the seller is clear, we move up, simple as that imo.
Hey GP, Historically it has bottomed out at the next share placing price point, some one had best ask AP (as he does not know what and why 🤷♂️ this is happening to the sp 🤔🤥) when and and what price the next round will be.
IMO markets (and I) do not belive that management have sufficient cash to get to production, thats IF they drill and find commercially vial quantitys?
Have mananagment ever stated they have sufficient to get to production...i belive they have not...."only to drill".
Ask the CHAR IR to confirm the company cash runway to full onshore production, see what they say?
If management issued a statement confirming that the company will not and has no need to conduct further share placings you would see an instant return to 12 to 14p imo, strange that no such statements (or definitely and RNS) have been forth comming????? 🤔
An RNS for a mandatory TR1 change (sell off) still not forth comming, that is strange to.
Unless it's it part of the 87% that are us private share holders????
Which means the 6% have not sold out if not they must have private access to the ear of AP, especially if they came in at the last 14p fund raise?
Rgds Sft
They've not done to well in the past though Ian so I am not sure if we should build our hopes on their targets, but then again a broken clock tells the right time twice a day🤷♂️
On a more positive note I am not sure if you noticed the media hype lately Ian about pineapples as part of a cooked breakfast 😲

Let's hope the analysts are right

Ian the dreamboat is nothing more than just a bit of bulsa wood.
I really don't want to knock some of the positivity here but come on!
The onsure drill holds a lot of the cards but it's the price we go into it there scares me. I'm going for low 6's then we really are in the hands of the gas gods!
GP you sound a bit cheesed off? That 50 foot speed boat you were buying that turned into a canoe now sounds like an Airfix model? I'm sticking anyway.
Evening Henry
Is it clown day?
Cool max
“can't see management screwing this up”
Playtowin
"It was 9.7p only a few weeks back after the Operational pdate and the Growthpoint Properties deal and nothing has changed"
Except a further 23% drop from that point.
There isn't sufficient volume for that Legalwolf. Things seem to be unduly skewed with only a few sells having more of an effect than lots of purchases. That I suspect will change with news and I took advantage of todays dip with a purchase and aim to add more as funds avail themselves.
It was 9.7p only a few weeks back after the Operational pdate and the Growthpoint Properties deal and nothing has changed.
I just hope it's not a precursor to a forward sold placing. Seen far too many of them in 2023 on AIM!!!
Ianfer, I totally agree I been saying the same, total manipulation to drive this price down, as much as they can, maybe close to 6p, but it's so oversold now, that any news could rocket, hold your hands on the buy button when this arrives. Either way, can't see management screwing this up with a negative news. Hold tight.
Today, down .33p but the trades are peanuts. From what we see on here less than net £20,000 sales.
When I suggested months ago there is manipulation by MMs I still think that. I think it was Whimax who disagreed - correct me if wrong. We have never been so close to some major news which hopefully will be good. Could it be that a lot of small investors (who have small holdings and are not up to date with developments?) are getting rid as they see the sp fall and allowing MMs to drop the price which encourages more to sell?
A bid for the whole Company could be coming. Needs to be minimum 30pence.
Just a bit of a vent. I back this completely but this is painful. I'm betting big on this to turn around towards the end of this month as they begin to drill. This slide to oblivion however is PAINFUL and tbh makes little to no sense
Prod’s RNS of 5th Feb says they will drill MOU5 between 1st April and 31st May, so no rush.
Legal in that case we should see an RNS by tomorrow or least by end of the week to confirm.
I am sure possle delays would have been accounted for.
Gooner - that's the period when PRD have contracted to take the Rig, so I can't see how Chariot can delay much beyond mid April!
Legalwolf, Chariot signed the contract for the Star Valley 101 Rig prior to PRD opting to take it from April.
Can you also take a look at Fernan's post below on finances. They have sufficient money available without Energeans instalment.
So we are just waiting on an update is imminent, highly imminent.
Legal. Having been invested here long enough and suffered the constant bs from the chariot I would take their planning with a pinch of salt. I would hazard a guess of a drill late April beginning of may. It will make no difference to sentiment as that is already shot to pieces
Gooner - that is entirely possible, which is why I have been asking about how long it is going to take to drill each target, because we know that PRD are taking the Rig sometime in April. But Char have only very recently said they are "on track" for Q1 and they appear to have put the necessary elements in place. Only snag is whether they need the £10 million from Energean to pay for the Loukos drill? But surely they would have planned the Loukos timeline knowing how long the regulatory approval might take, and have a close enough relationship and contact with the Moroccan authorities to ensure everything comes through on time!
Legal, Chariot have never and will never deliver "on track".
They always set themelves up to fail and to us Pi's detriment.
P@ss poor management or is tactical?
Yes, if they are on track to drill by end of this month, then we should be getting a RNS any day now?
