Made me smile Gooner.
"The Volume Weighted Moving Average (VWMA) is a technical analysis indicator used by traders to determine the average price of an asset over a given period of time, taking into account both price and volume".
Had to google that myself Nick. This board is far too sophisticated for me!
I think it means we will be at £1 very soon?
NewKOTB would you mind explaining that in layman's terms for idiots like me. Thanks
Our VWMA 20/50/100 are all converging, now within 0.2p of each other ... ;-)
The higher volume of recent days is being maintained today as the volume approaches 2 million at 12.30.
It is also interesting to note that the number of AT trades has increased with a number of rapid bursts of AT trades when you see several within 1 minute . This was a common feature of some of CHAR’s large volumes and rapid rises in the past. I am sure some of you have been following PRD’s Moroccan gas drilling recently. I am hoping we might see some similar movements here soon. They rose 130% during June and that strong rise has continued into July. SOU recently secured financing. Morocco seems to be on the move and hopefully our news will be next.
Sorry, that trade went through at 17.37 not 17.1 ... so almost certainly was a buy
Jag I'm inclined to agree. I think the mms have been keeping the price down for ages while there are sellers who are impatient and probably making a profit on their stock. I bought at 9p and if they have then most have nearly doubled up but possibly not been following all the news. By keeping the price low the stock has been hoarded by them, maybe partly on behalf of other party(ies). This 444,000 went through at 17.1p ?? while the buy price was showing higher than that. So either it was actually a sell, or an earlier buy just been notified. Dodgy deal if you ask me which might just mean tomorrow will start higher? I'll stick my neck out and say some news in next couple of days fits in with that.
Ian
A hefty 444,000 final buy and twice the average daily volume if I could read the leaves of my cup of char I'd say these were good omens
Gas prices on the move.

Up 3.8% to 18p. A very promising start to the week to see 18p again as we await imminent news.
Probably unlikely to get an RNS this morning because of Eid Al Adha vacation from thursday until sunday in morroco. Also explains why there was no RNS at the end of last week. It should not be long now.
Ive been stuck in a 7am rns optimism rut since Christmas when the gsa's were almost done and dusted. Then we had the H1 timeline to assume news in and now we are in the expectation of an rns to confirm the latest info of partnering, finance and the gsa's ( still!!) BUT so many variables to get excited about and really until that rns lands we are none the wiser on how Chariot have played it but hope they have made the most of their strong hand,

KB. Get your toast ready for 7am tomorrow my friend, I have a feeling our jam will be ready to spread on them.
One of us amongst us probably has the AP media video (where he looked excited 😂) In a loop all day.
H2 here we come baby! Better late than never 🤞
Being a realist but slightly optimistic I suspect that the extra "days" (I hope!) that it has taken, past the H1 could be because there are several interested parties. The more there are, the longer it will take to negotiate and play one off against another.
I expect to shoot through to the high 20s with an announcement and if say £50m payment is part of package that s/be worth at least 5p per share. - current market value £167m, so plus £50m which is 30% x 17p = just over 5p.
Perfect timing then NewKOTB😁
"To summarise: Jam tomorrow "
Well, July is the start of Jam Making season .... !! ;-)
Gooner I suspect the traders make full use of ST"s articles to get their %age. He seems to be much more respected than our other regular commentator, who's updates seem to attract the level of interest they rightly deserve, not much!
So H1 has come and gone with no confirmation of the GSA despite it been agreed in principle over 6 months ago 🤔 However we are being told there are multiple partners interested. It may not be long until we get the long awaited "RNS" the catalyst if you will, however it does feel like we have ben expecting that RNS to land for over a year now, nonetheless with every passing day we surely must now be within touching distance of it actually landing.
It will be interesting to see if we can maintain these levels and perhaps even have another shot at the 18p which appears to be offering up some fairly stiff resistance, however in saying that, should the "RNS" drop I am hopeful we will breeze through 18p and may even look towards the 52 week high of 22p.....How' that for some ramptastic Sunday musings😳
To summarise: Jam tomorrow 🫙
You have been correct at many occasions so
Let's hope for that explosive news and this potential breakout.
Thanks
Nordell it's good to see you are still following char and thanks for sharing your technical insight with us😉
So IMO we are still in wave 4 - in a sideways tightening range - red lines mark top and bottom orange the lower his and higher low and you can see the movement marked in white , these are consolidation patterns and the longer they run the more esplosive the breakout - the right news may be the catalyst - helpfully up
https://www.tradingview.com/x/sKohOpVQ/
and here is the wave 4 chart zoomed out
https://www.tradingview.com/x/flgHQbup/
What is the range @nordell?
Is this pattern so far. still part of the 4 or 5 waves?
Nothing changed yesterday until we break from the range we have have been in for a longtime
Would be curious to hear some chartists views on todays activity… anyone??
Yep the only "boom" to be heard today is that of a certain lady's (and I use that term loosely) JD glass hitting the floor🤪
Nick, I think you're allowed to round 9.77% up, but let's see if it holds tomorrow before we get too excited.
