South Africa needing "near term" funding? Seems we are stretched, prompting this review. Not the best position for negotiations imo. "Best for shareholders" rolled out again.
On a positive note:
We may wobble because of this before going upwards, again imo, as it states a clear set of priorities. It is necessary for CHAR to balance ambition and capability to attract interest and this is a start.
Hopefully we will find some forward gears now.
All imo, gla
Sorry to hear about your poor wife's health CCC. I am a carer for my wife also. It appears to be a lottery as to wether you are able to be considered disabled or not. It seems to be harder to prove, even with a doctors support. Hope things improve for you both.
Seems to be divided opinion about wether the drilling exercise was a mistake or an expected result, from my uneducated reading of some posts. Could someone with experience explain which is more likely please.
I appreciate geological variations require different technologies to penetrate effectively, and that you are limited in how you can proceed through each variation, by the technology you are using at the moment of drilling. Basically I would like to know if they encountered problems they were ill equipped to handle because they lacked the information or because they lacked the right equipment?
Or they took a cheap punt?
I'm OK with the latter btw.
Hi Jimmy, with this method effectively removing the risks and reducing the cost of transporting both gases in a gaseous or liquid state, it will be a game changer for commercial use. No idea though wether it's commercially viable, when compared to conversion of hydrogen to ammonia for storage and transportation.
Corrupt compared to who?
Africa is working towards digitisation of 42 currencies similar to the euro idea but with a digital platform as its base. Multi national agreements are happening to distribute energy across Africa from Morocco to Nigeria. This doesn't seem like backward steps.
My first post on this forum. You appear to have a vendetta against this company for some reason?
After your speculations you declare in the opinion, that you have "no opinion "!
Sums it up really.
Seems there are too many straws piled on the back of this share for some. I still see the Moroccan govt supporting this, (with a big stake in the game), as well as the partnership, as proof of viability. Are the BOD doing their best? Does that matter so much now?
Gas is there, need is there, investment is there.
Dyor.
Could it be a deliberate attempt to drive down, by a competitive provider to N Africa and EU. Seems all new providers are not rising as fast as I would expect. Expensive if so but peanuts in comparison to the long term. Just a thought.
Fully expect resistance between 14 and 18p due to the amount of Automatic sells likely to be set. The BOD's understanding of time and relativity has been a factor in this. Hopefully lessons learnt. If we get past 18 soon I think news is then imminent. Imo of course.
Totally agree this is a steal at anything under 18p IMHO. Also agree with the concerns about what's holding this back. Personally I believe the EIA was a must before any agreement and that it was wrong to say imminent before that step. The gap between the 2 has not helped the SP, again IMHO.
