Or they might just let Bradda have the 75% and sit back and take their easy 25%
Interesting. Zenith have just sold their rare earth project in Wyoming to concentrate on gold. Does that mean they are also going to divest of the lithium project? If so, who to?
https://www.zenithminerals.com.au/announcements/
Difficult to tell - they say no activities in last quarter re Lithium JV and then mention the JV renegotiation again in the New Opportunities section, which may be significant or just due to Covid delays, who knows?
Zenith shares have been suspended again pending details of another gold find - wish we had such excitement with Bradda!
Anything significant in this ?

Piotr replied and said that the Directors will provide an update in coming weeks, which will be posted on the website. "Coming weeks" is obviously infinite - but maybe better than coming months.
no reply yet, I'll remind tomorrow. yes, maybe but could be just mundane Covid delay. Would be good to know wouldn't it?
Any luck with e-mail Bill, could re-negotiation be about the Zenith production input the 55/75 % Bradda potential stake
Of course, the renegotiation with Zenith could be just to extend the deal because of Covid delays....
Piotr@ burnbrae.com he is on furlough but apparently taking mail good luck
well done, what email address did you use?
Phoned got thru to Burnbrae have E-Mailed Piotr waiting reply plot thickens?
I phoned last week but no response yet. If anyone is interested then phone Bradda on +44 (0) 1624 639 396 and ask for Piot.

Phoned Bradda again as Lloyds nominees can't find anything from them. The website is yet to be updated with the recent corporate update but will be in next week or two as soon as directors agree wording. Frustrating but I'll just have to wait. I asked again about floating and was told that that is the end game but not in short term. They are obviously aware of the commitment to Zenith to do the exploration works by Feb 21 or lose their licence. So I imagine that work must happen this year, consequently proving up a valuable resource (hopefully) after which a float will happen. That's my thoughts anyway.
I feel your pain. I suppose there's an outside chance that Bradda could find an off market buyer for your shares. I'm going to hang on for relisting and assuming it will be at least six months.

I'm no miner but the straw I'm clutching at is that the resource is getting bigger and the delay is to prove it up before relisting, but I wish I had more info from Bradda.
If anyone is interested then phone Bradda on +44 (0) 1624 639 396 and ask. I asked to speak to someone in connection with Bradda on that number and was put through to the same chap (with a SA accent) both times but I have forgotten his name.
Oh Well that's that over a done with more money down the drain
Hi just spoke to the chap in the Isle of Man who said a shareholder update was posted last week. It went to my nominee but they haven't seen it yet. But it will be posted on Bradda website in next week or so he says. It was an operational update and he said they were no short term plans to relist in view of the state of the market (his words) but it remains a longer term aim. :(
Hi Bill still here just wish they would get this up and running or delist completely not looking hopeful bet you never know.
I'm going to keep an eye on the website for it
Hi there. Can you tell me where to find the announcement please. Ex-Life shareholder.
You still there Arthur?
There will an update next week apparently. I'll keep an eye on the website.
Yes, very frustrating. I actually spoke to Denham Eke in July on the website phone number and he implied news would be forthcoming shortly. Then we got the resource update on the Zenith website in August which read encouragingly. In October and November I phoned Mr Eke again and left 5 messages but no response. I recently emailed the director at Zenith, Mick Clifford, and he said they were also waiting on Bradda to let them know what the next step was. I was content to just wait for maybe some more exploratory drilling to show a bigger resource and therefore a higher share price, but then I noticed that the shareholder update of 7 November 2018 (i.e. the latest one from last year) had disappeared from the website. That worried me. So I actually wrote a physical letter to Mr Eke and posted it to the Isle of Man last week! Still no response though. Maybe we should ask Burnbrae or Beaumont Cornish when the next shareholder meeting is and turn up! I'll try emailing Cornish.
