With Q3 results just 1 month away, I’m amazed that the share price is exactly £10 lower now.
AP , No cruise since May. Was in Lancs for a family funeral then did a bit of touring. Short Ventura to Amsterdam next month then nothing until March unless something appeals. I missed the rise last week unfortunately so in the red just now. K
Hi Ken, very well thanks. Hope you and your good lady are the same, have you been cruising again or was it a staycation.
I keep diving in and out here, timing is a bit off sometimes but makeing enough for future cruises.
AP, LOL. Hope you are well Al? K
Stop heckling the entertainment.
Two weeks away and the rudder fell off. Bound to rise now I’m back, honest. Lol . K
While I find such prediction of 10% rise with nothing to back it up or reason for it I believe the price will come back strongly over the next weeks.
The news released was only one day vs last year, it was illustrating the strength which I believe is real. Debt is a concern but that is why the share price is &7 and not £15 so it is priced in. What isn’t priced in is the full ships and for me the likely stronger results as people prioritise holidays in difficult times.
Good luck, I’m just buying more each week while it stays low.
Agreed EC. they should not be listed in the sector Complete opposite in business !
ARSENAL17.
What I mean't was why are they hown in the travel sector like here:-
https://shareprices.com/sectors/travel/
Obviously a cinema Company is not in the aviation sector. LOL!
EC just to correct you Cineworld has nothing to do with the Aviation sector so has absolutely No effect on the industry ,I suggest you do some better research instead of making off the cuff remarks like that ! Very Naive

Hi. I was hoping the airlines were going to do a CCL, as in the market finally realised their business was returning fast and so the sp took off. I think (it's pretty obvious) the airlines, as in IAG, WIZZ, EZJ and Jet2 are extremely busy, however the market has not, as yet come to that conclusion which frankly is mystifying. OK there are staffing problems but the bottom line is the planes are RAMMED with fare paying customers, instead of being parked on the tarmac due to covid. Today the airline sp's have dived 4-6% which is shocking. Maybe to do with Cineworld shares crashing 58% and they are in the same sector for some strange reason. Inflation maybe the other reason but that is old news.
Crude oil is about 8% lower than it was a month ago and the airlines are busy as hell so this situation to me is crazy. Highly suspicious in fact..................
Unless some more solid reason comes to light before Monday I expect the airline shares to bounce back to where they were before the bell today!
All IMHO.
EasyJet down 6%, CCL down 5%, which offers best upside? CCL hands down.
Elliot I think EC would be delighted seeing where carnival is now but as I said before long termers don’t look everyday like he does
Not sure it was any better going to other travel stocks anyway…
EC you probably should of got rid at £8.30 the other day ,can you cope with this volatility ?
the others @ £7.80. Put most of it into WIZZ, OTB, EZJ, PFC and TUI.
Expecting CCL to rise more slowly now.
