That's a bit harsh!
It does look like a wind-down, though could also be that they are trying to maximise profit by cutting out the marketplaces that do not provide significant traffic during the holiday season.
Probably preparing for another good news RNS in the new year.
If peeps are out. They should p off from here. What are you still doing here? There are other shares you can move on to. Good luck to your future ventures. Please don't come back.
Top girl 😜
Hi Windows! :) I’m out, and staying out this time 😂
Hi Mel
These guys don't manufacture any of the products they sell, they simply contract everything out to suppliers.
Suppliers are not stupid, they can calculate how much cash these guys have left, which is not much, they will start asking for cash up front before releasing any supplies to CBX, dwindling their cash even faster
The company today has a market cap of £ 2.71m, which is rich / fruity / barking mad, whichever you prefer
With zero sales, zero cash in the bank & zero assets there is only one outcome, when it comes it will come fast, so my advice is if your in get out, if your out stay out.
But then again what do I know :)
Is the company struggling to replenish stock, or are they actually reducing the range! The day cream has been unavailable for almost a month now, and the listing for it has been removed from Sephora. None of the products are showing on Debenhams and CHILL.COM anymore.
That’s what it looks like now , the SP used to move quickly on news but sadly those days are gone unless it’s substantial.
Matthew Lodge will get his chance again when we release financial data for Kindtide
Was the several rns's for a possible rise in sp so someone could possibly offload but the sp didn't budge.Only substantial increase in sales and a decent forecast in future profits will be the only thing that will increase sp.
Dancingqueen - DB has nothing to do with CG. Never really had, it’s just that his investment vehicle was one of the original investors but has long since disinvested itself. Don’t pin any hope on his name ever being used again.
What’s needed is an RNS with a bit of substance. With the current cash position, samples and swag bags just aren’t cutting it.
The only thing that will move this share is is David Beckham and pals become the face of the product. If they take a more active directorship role.
Let’s assume that was always in the pipeline. What hasn’t he made a move?
Simple, until the regulatory framework around the product is still unknown and the placement of the product is uncertain they’re sitting it out. No point making a play until it can be fully capitalised. If you’re going to play your star player you need to know they are going to get a game and tour playing on the biggest stage.

So we have had a barrage of RNS since the 5/11 and the SP hasn’t moved , great that they have tried but do we all think this was their plan to push up the SP and it has failed ?
What plan of action do we have now ? Darcy did say Kingtide would be generating sales by the end of the year in his RNS.
Have we seen the major push by the company ?
Not to get excited, agarose is going to be in extremely high demand for diagnostics and medical testing consumables over the next few years and guess where it is extracted from?
Yes, seaweed. Biochar is fine and all, but King Tide Diagnostics anyone?
The issue with selling in Arab states, is the tight regulations they have on THC (and hence CBD with any trace levels ofCBD). Our CBD should have less THC than the competition but who is going to risk a 3 year prison term? If CG entered into an agreement with the Saudi/Qatar/etc government/royal family that would work.
Davey is pumping non-stop lol
I thought you were on holiday for 3 weeks from last week lol
Real spread is 0.5377-0.55p much better than monitor 0.5-0.6p are they doing too many rns's and that is actually having the opposite effect of scaring people off, I thought it might be out of traps this morning on that one but nothing doing yet
Cellular Goods PLC - Cellular Goods open shipping to 4 more EU markets #CBX @CellularGoods https://www.voxmarkets.co.uk/rns/announcement/30ff4767-9189-4c23-ae4a-48d06802c319 #voxmarkets undefined
Only a significant rise in sales will lift the sp opening sales channels is good but we need volume. Why aren't we in cash rich arab shopping malls where they don't blink an eyelid spending $$$$
6 rns in under 30 days!
Is it the last throws of the dice?
Tis the season to be jolly, or more likely silly!
I think it's more likely that my crystal ball prediction from a few months ago is coming to pass...
A number of positive spin RNSes leading to a mediocre sales report spun very positively, though not to raise the share price, rather to generate enough positive sentiment for a subsequent raise announcement (potentially a rights issue) to have some traction.
I would say that it will buy a few months though I wouldn't be surprised if mid-long term they will be looking for a buyer for the skincare division (CHILL?) so they can concentrate on carbon capture, Mr Taylor's goto.
Still no idea if this one will be a success in any term, it's a dice roller for those feeling lucky.
Think the Chill.com news is great. I hold shares there too and it has been pretty miraculous watching their CEO turn things around in the last year. It's gone from being on a one way train to failure to having a real future ahead of it. Let's hope that with this new burst of communication CBX has similar fortunes.
"CBG has been shown to prevent inflammation in the skin, known to accelerate skin ageing".
Everyone really understands that CBG prevents inflamation in the skin, but if you want to make a big deal of the "comma", you can always do that.
The potentionally disasterous " cooma " error in the 3rd para of Cellular's own press release and picked up by Shatter is is surely a sackable offence !.
The dangers of a comma in the wrong place !!
