Absolutely- just wanted to try to understand analytically what the mcap should be on a company in this situation - nothing sinister only a question

A question , it looks like the bubble has burst for a while and common sense has returned.

If we look at the company analytically what do we think their current mcap is ?

I’m not bothered about dilution etc as for me it’s always about the mcap , in their current situation are they worth a mcap of £55m ?

If they discover then who knows but at this moment in time does it seem a bit high for current situation.

That’s how it looks , I thought this year was meant to be a healthy news flow etc as Clarissa stated , I’m starting to doubt her integrity now

Unless they have sold the remaining inventory, they had quite a lot of stock left and from what I saw on order numbers with my last sales there is no way it all sold ,

I’m absolutely gutted that you are right Windows , I’ve been arguing with you for 3 years 😂and it turns out you were right , fair play but I truly believed in CG , I would not trust anything that comes out of their mouth now , RNS don’t mean anything anymore , I think the pile of crap CBX have released over the last 2 years have proven that.

What it does show is that there is no accountability on LSE for the misrepresentation of BOD and their RNS.

Stay away from this company as they will over promise and lose you your money , they have a bigger plan and it doesn’t involve the poor investors who have them £13m just under 3 years ago

Not only will they lose you all your investment but as a customer as well they wash their hands of you when something goes wrong, ordered stock ( again may I add ) Royal Mail has delivered it elsewhere and cannot be found , I emailed customer support and here is what they say to their customers ( bearing in mind they have lots of customers and sales are going well )

I've heard back from our warehouse and distribution services and they informed me that since the proof of delivery states the item was delivered to a 'Safe Place' and considered 'Delivered', we are unable to assist you with this matter. I understand that the 'Safe Place' indicated on your proof of delivery is not an area that you recognise and, unfortunately, you will have to follow-up with Royal Mail directly.

Once the package leaves our warehouse and is considered 'Delivered', we are unable to follow-up with couriers on a customers' behalf due to privacy issues.

I apologise that we are unable to provide further assistance with this matter and understand your frustrations with Royal Mail. I would recommend that you follow-up with Royal Mail immediately as they will be able to assist you further as the recipient of the package.

Here is what he said yesterday , he was very accommodating to the group and also very honest and clear

1. Skincare range is aggressively being discounted to see if the lack of sales is due to price ( the use by dates are coming up in some of them so they need to clear )

2. No more products to be launched as it has been a failure so why throw more money at the product group

3. Mike is not taking a salary but we didn’t ask if he was charging consulting fees ( we are waiting for a reply on this )

4. Kingtide will not be generating any income this financial year

5. The carbon market is in correction so best wait until we can capitalise at the lowest cost

6. The future of the business is AI and he is confident that they have a big enough mailing list to delivering sales

7. Looking for an exit strategy for skin care is somebody comes along and wants to buy

8. We have enough capital to run AI for the transition period if we keep costs under control

As Tom Winnifrith said in his letter to the FCA this is a material change of business and asked if a new prospectus should be applied.

For me being a LTH it is sad that it’s over but time moves on and they still have a LSE listing to play with , if we know anything it’s that these people know how to make money , whether it’s from raising capital on IPOs and taking salaries from that or from delivering sustainable businesses which deliver financial metrics and deliver shareholder value.

My opinion for what it’s worth is that this is just a shell now and maybe worth a punt in day trades as it swings aggressively but as an investment it is over

My apologies to those who I have disagreed with over the last 3 years who told us this would happen but you live and learn

kingtide - no revenue due this year , which is the opposite that darcy was communicating all last year

Big thank you to Mike Edwards for taking the time to engage with some of the investor base on the TG group , nothing material released but a few points below

So what do we know

1. Skincare is dead and looking to be sold

2. Kingtide will not generate any income for probably 2024 or until the carbon market wakes up

5. We need a new forum and way to engage with Mike

It is just disrespectful to shareholders , this has been in play for ages , Darcy didn’t just walk away that was planned.

What an absolute disgrace of a company , to think of all the fanfare when they listed on the LSE , it’s just been a gravy train from day one

I do hope LTHs have chance to exit at a better price than this but we have seen all this before with this SP
