What’s everyone thoughts this week both good and bad ?
I’m expecting very poor results for skincare but Darcy will want to balance with hopefully some better news on Kingtide.
I hope it delivers for all of us 👍
Let’s hide the bad news just before Xmas , how original and disrespectful, Friday 22/12/23
Hang on just a little bit longer mate , trading update is due anyday now , this will give us broader understanding of cash flow , sales and hopefully some financial details on Kingtide. We can then make a more structured decision and opinion on progress. Last years update was the 23rd December to hide the bad news on sales generation with the Xmas break , will the same happen this year ?
Some really good value , why no SP movement
Fresse - btw if you do work for CBX or the IR firm then actually your news flow has been much better and is appreciated, it’s just the content that is a bit light, all we want is to see we have a financially viable future , can you ask for some more detail please 👍
Freese - I’m allowed to rant when I want to thank you , the issue that some seem to forget is the full journey from day one.
I never read a post from you or others that congratulated my positivity when the company started and probably until the Kingtide acquisition.
The SP is now sat at less than 0.5p and we RNS out gift bags for Xmas. Of course I’m annoyed at my poor investment choice.
Freese my emotions are all good really but we are allowed a measure of disappointment in our investment actions and rightly so should be allowed to criticise those who are responsible for leading the company into this financial mess.
I continue to buy product and watch very carefully but I am no longer in awe with the company as I used to be and reserve my right to voice an opinion.
Thank you for taking the time to think of me though and post 😉
They are taking the pxxx now , where is the strategic rationale and revenue generation from Kingtide as promised, results are due very soon and sales upto end of August didn’t flatter from the order numbers generated on the order system.
Some good traction lately with distribution but how are they actively marketing these new areas ?
Still a lot to answer over the next 3-4 weeks
Very well thank you , let’s see if he keeps his word
Their maybe a relationship somewhere between Ora Carbon and Kingtide , Ora trading platform live today so maybe we may get a Kingtide update soon.
Darcy did say we would be revenue generating by end of year

That’s what it looks like now , the SP used to move quickly on news but sadly those days are gone unless it’s substantial.
Matthew Lodge will get his chance again when we release financial data for Kindtide
So we have had a barrage of RNS since the 5/11 and the SP hasn’t moved , great that they have tried but do we all think this was their plan to push up the SP and it has failed ?
What plan of action do we have now ? Darcy did say Kingtide would be generating sales by the end of the year in his RNS.
Have we seen the major push by the company ?
Over the next 4-6 weeks we should see a lot of movement in the carbon trading arena, below is how a lot of the players are connected.
Cellular Goods owns Kingtide Carbon
Midori Carbon now own 4.87% of CBX
Head of operations at ORA Carbon Kyle Bennett is also CEO of Midori Carbon

He is actively engaging investors with carbon trading with Derrick Dao who happens to be CEO of Wealthgreen and president of Kingtide Carbon
My guess is they will all join with CBX to get main market listing , what’s your thoughts ? This can’t be a coincidence can it
Good morning all , fair play to CBX , we have had 5 RNS in 15 days and yet no movement on the SP, to me it shows the absolute last of trust investors have in their integrity and how difficult positive sentiment is to grow once tarnished.
What’s all your thoughts on how they should engage to rebuild this ?
Absolutely Mel , we’ve been saying for for ages that are all connected , it’s as shame they just can’t be honest with Investors but good luck to them let’s hope it pays off soon

Lots to get your head around , Kyle who is CEO of Midori is also the face of Ora carbon on IG , this is all coming together
15% every now and again all helps
Windows that was me day trading to pull some loss back 😂
It’s all to play for now , news will start to flow over the next few weeks
Skincare updates joined now with Kingtide updates surely will show they have a plan ( about time in my opinion ) , a bit of info below on biochar
Regarding kelp as a feedstock for biochar, it is a promising area of research due to several factors:
• High Growth Rate: Kelp and other seaweeds grow much faster than terrestrial biomass, offering a potentially sustainable and rapidly renewable feedstock.
• Carbon Sequestration: Using kelp for biochar could effectively sequester carbon. Kelp absorbs CO2 from the ocean during growth, and converting it into biochar could lock away this carbon for long periods.
• Ocean Health: Cultivating kelp for biochar could have ancillary benefits for ocean ecosystems, like improving water quality and providing habitat for marine life.
• Minimal Land Use: Kelp farming does not require arable land, making it an attractive option in regions where land is scarce or unsuitable for traditional agriculture.
• Nutrient Recycling: Kelp biochar could return valuable nutrients to the soil, benefiting agricultural practices.
However, there are challenges too, such as the logistics of harvesting and processing kelp, ensuring the sustainability of kelp farming, and the economic viability of the process. As with any emerging technology, continued research and development are crucial to fully understand the potential and limitations of using kelp as a feedstock for biochar.
