Freese- good morning 👍even you have to admit that this set of results and the accompanying sentiment now is extremely worrying.

It’s a start up business which probably never should have been listed but we all got sucked in with very clever rhetoric etc

I can live with my decision on that now but come on why o why is there no integrity and responsibility felt from the BOD on this severe lack of delivery.

We have one ex CEO now stating on her CV that we have sales of £5m , an interim CEO who is on record that the company is saving costs and does not need a fully paid up CEO, he then goes to give himself a £200k salary 🤔

If you speak to Darcy after the holiday season then congratulation him on destroying the last bit of integrity this business had with that change of tact , a complete misrepresentation of previous RNS.

On the other hand as you say you have faith in this BOD for the future, let see what Darcy can deliver now he is completely in charge and being financially rewarded for his output.

Freese regardless what you think of my recent constant negativity there is a multitude of very visible and obvious reasons plain to see.

If we go out of business due to the products not selling etc then fair enough at least we tried but to pay a BOD this absurd amount of money for no results is just downright unethical.

Looks like a revalue now there is no news and we know that Darcy and his team are creaming off the company , sat at 0.3p , nothing keeping it higher now

When can we hold the BOD accountable

AGM next month , all shareholders should vote against the salaries of directors, what value are we getting ATM

Maybe it’s about time we heard from Matthew Lodge , he owns 15% of the company and founded Kingtide , he is also a director , it is time he spoke to investors

Mel - I don’t know either , I would guess about £500k per year in costs now

All just a question but considering Darcy has taken the role as part time / interim CEO and stated clearly that we had no plans to recruit a new CEO to save costs, then to surprise the market with a salary of £220k is disrespectful to investors.

I get the role needs remuneration and that is deserved but what are we actually getting as investors for such a high salary ?

Darcy on LinkedIn does not even advertise himself as employed by Cellular Goods , why is that ? If you are CEO and getting paid for it then you should be proud of that role.

Sales - incredibly poor

Cash burn - trying to be controlled but still not a lot left in the bank

Kingtide - great opportunity but we don’t know a lot about it really and it’s a start up with all the hazards involved with a new business

I’m thinking at the AGM this should be questioned vigorously

What’s your maths behind that figure for monthly cash burn ? I’m struggling to get my head around it

No real surprises, £1.7m in the bank which is positive , skincare as expected is dire but we already expected that, it’s all down to Kingtide now which if they get it right will be huge so good luck

Darcy squeezed the CEO salary in quietly 😂, no issue with remuneration that’s business but he is being well paid now so it’s time to change the outlook of this company and push it on , good luck 😉

What’s everyone thoughts this week both good and bad ?

I’m expecting very poor results for skincare but Darcy will want to balance with hopefully some better news on Kingtide.

Let’s hide the bad news just before Xmas , how original and disrespectful, Friday 22/12/23

Hang on just a little bit longer mate , trading update is due anyday now , this will give us broader understanding of cash flow , sales and hopefully some financial details on Kingtide. We can then make a more structured decision and opinion on progress. Last years update was the 23rd December to hide the bad news on sales generation with the Xmas break , will the same happen this year ?

Fresse - btw if you do work for CBX or the IR firm then actually your news flow has been much better and is appreciated, it’s just the content that is a bit light, all we want is to see we have a financially viable future , can you ask for some more detail please 👍

Freese - I’m allowed to rant when I want to thank you , the issue that some seem to forget is the full journey from day one.

I never read a post from you or others that congratulated my positivity when the company started and probably until the Kingtide acquisition.

The SP is now sat at less than 0.5p and we RNS out gift bags for Xmas. Of course I’m annoyed at my poor investment choice.

Freese my emotions are all good really but we are allowed a measure of disappointment in our investment actions and rightly so should be allowed to criticise those who are responsible for leading the company into this financial mess.

I continue to buy product and watch very carefully but I am no longer in awe with the company as I used to be and reserve my right to voice an opinion.
