Morning
I agree old Birdy is still sounding very optimistic!!! certainly no change in his views and beliefs here which is encoraging.
Hope Gorob, it appears we have submitted what hopefully will be the final piece of the puzzle to the Authorities, so it appears the licence application has been reviewed and Bezant have been asked to provide further details which they have done. Therefore licence has to be imminent, doesn't it!!
As I say finance is the next hurdle, this appears to be still under discussion vis an SPV, which will negate dilution for the shareholders, to be honest though the way the sp is at the minute will anyone notice? I suspect the finance house will want a share of the asset for stumping up finance and may also want a share of the company! which will involve the issue of stock?
I don't mind it it results in the assets actually going into production and producing revenue, but there is a long way too go yet, although CB intimated in the past it will not take too long to bring the mine to production!
Mankayan, as we thought 2023/2024, so there should be news forthcoming as we are entering Q4 for 2023 and it wont be long before we are in 2024? therefore news within 12 months and the possibility of monetising the asset.
If al of the above comes off!! a big if as we sit here at barely .04p per share, then it will be fascinating to see how high the sp can get?
We will need a good news flow period combining Hope with Mankayan and possibly some movement at Eureka, but as we know the market moves fast when news hits but it must be ongoing, not news one day nothing for 3 months!!!!
The market, particularly AIM is currently is a poor state as CB alludes to, he is correct with that thought, so may as well wait here for this to eventually turnaround, if it does we could, I say could, be onto a winner, still!!!!
Mr t
I spoke to the company regarding the mankayan timeline and the two 1000m drill results and this is the reply I received.
‘As we reported on 27 March 2023 IDM International and Crescent, along with their various consultants and advisors, intend to complete a full Pre-Feasibility Studies during 2023 and 2024 with the aim of presenting the Mankayan Project as a globally significant copper-gold project at a time when the supply-demand gap for copper is expected to be large as the world transitions to electrification. This remains the timeline to which IDM & Crescent are working which is why we have not provided any announcements with updates on the timing’
The 2 drill holes referenced in the 1 March 2023 RNS undertaken by Crescent were focused on metallurgy, geotechnical and hydrogeological studies rather than with the aim of interesting mineralisation and the data produced from the 2 holes will be used in the analysis that forms part of the ongoing pre-feasibility study work rather than being released.
No mention of Mankayan. The fact that Colin's talking about raising finance with third parties through SPVs indicates that a windfall from the Philippines isn't on the horizon. Which is a bit worrying.
The licence has been 'imminent' for ages. i would have said it was positive/exciting etc if I hadn't heard it all before!
Key takeaway from me..
- No dilution.
- License imminent.
Really positive message.
Sparkling and uplifting inteview by Colin Bird and amazing reaction to the share price! Was he again hinting news due shortly?

I did email the company regarding PR and news flow and it appears they listened to my comments.
Unfortunately, I now realised that I have been mixing up the two projects Hope and Mankayan. Looks like I will need to reign back on my enthusiasm for imminent shareprice movement. Still, BZT have fantastic copper and gold assets so hopefully I or my family will benefit in the longer term. GLA
Wow, UT at 11:00:22
at £0.0003
Great potential for the opposit happening here soon - would someone ie CB give the herd a nudge please.
Google showing 5.06% down at 0.03p
Under £400 bought and we are up 10% aim bull****
This is the problem, it's all oh too slow and predictable.
CD needs to get the newsflow going, he also intimated an update at Hope would be soon?
Mr T
Mankayan news was 'imminent' after the AGM on 28 July 2023 and 'shortly' after the recent RNS on 6 September. Forgive me for wondering what actual speed is going on in Colin Bird's mind.
False drop Friday close, no rise in the sp today just back to the pre false drop at close of play.
Mr T
Pinnochio
Have you any evidence of the 2024 listing?
I and others assume this is the year in which this may or may not happen, but, we do not have any concrete evidence of this assumption.
Remember though CB did infer that news was imminent at Mankayan!!! At the recent AGM I believe.
So, come on CB out with it please ASAP, let's get the sp back to DD at least
Mr at

Will this Mankayan Project EVER become a reality....i wonder.
Article from 2021
News incoming next week could set the trend forcthe next year or so.
A good bit of licence news and progress at Mañkayan could really blowcthe sp into the stratisphere.
With bombed out stocks like Bzt ...the best results may come by being in at the LOWS and invest what you can afford, if Mr Birdie is telling us çrap.
Cor blimey me, me old china, theme words - just pitching you know. Trying to get the punters well up for it, for bees and honey. Have a tumble down the sink. Cheers
China lol
....when it awakens the markets will tremble...lol
Napoleon said, there lies a sleeping nation. When it awakens the world will tremble.
"Mankayan is a sleeping giant" it has been said.
Hopefully when CB shortly makes the revised MRE announcement it will wake up the herd . GLA
Update on projects - Executive Chairman stated
"Update on the Hope and Gorob project in Namibia
The Company has received the final draft of a revised mineral resource statement in relation to the Hope and Gorob project from Addison Mining Services and is working with Addison Mining Services on an announcement regarding the revised mineral resource statement which it anticipates announcing shortly."
"Shortly" guess it must mean news for next week then. Would not want to be out of this over the weekend!
