Sadly this very situation is replicated among many AIM shares. Public companies should aim to produce a progressive profit and dividend stream to justify anyone buying its shares. Here you will only make money if we enter another speculative phase in the market and the suckers come back. Unlikely for the forseeable.
Too right Silvernight. I suppose you have to hand it to Bird for the length of time he's kept the scam going.
MrT. I know it's hard to credit but this company is just a cash cow for Bird. Keep it alive for the fees and benefits. Ask yourself why nobody has made a bid for Bezant and then sold off the component operations piecemeal if there's so much hidden value. Probably because they don't believe there is. At least it still has a weak pulse

I agree, but it's oh so slow, nothing happening again!!
We need some constant newsflow here, anything to garner some interest!!! Even the knockers have gone away!
CB really does need to get some news out on one or two projects and not just a snippet here and there and then nothing for months!!!
Where is that licence, how long can it take to issue a licence that allegedly the people who are issuing it are fully commited to the project!!!!
Mankayan, if there is an intention to list the asset in 24 then surely some groundwork will have been done? Why no updates?
If we are to monetise our share, are we looking at this, is anyone interested in buying it?
IDM won't as they are a private outfit and therefore will not have the funds unless they can raise them?
All very poor stuff and going nowhere currently,
Mr T
Come on CB! Lots of potential for an mcap of £2.29M but we need some results!!
Eureka (RNS 29 Sept 23: 'we have in the period received expressions of interest in the project and our focus remains to joint venture or monetise this unique red bed copper occurrence')
Hope-Gorob (RNS 29 Sept 23: 'In Namibia at our Hope & Gorob project we await the issue of a mining licence' AND 'A revised mineral resource statement in relation to the Hope & Gorob project is being finalised by Addison Mining Services which will incorporate recent metallurgical test work and the Company expects to announce this in October 2023')
Kanye (RNS 24 July 23: 'Based on the encouraging initial results, Bezant has engaged WAI to carry out Phase 2 testwork to optimise the leaching parameters for economic processing of a manganese ore, whilst tracking other elements relevant to the economics of battery-grade manganese production')
Mankayan (RNS 29 Sept 23: 'At the time of writing we hold a 24.2% investment in IDM International Limited. We are looking for this investment to be monetised either by direct trade sale or flotation on an individual or combined project basis')
I bought 14000000 yesterday and it showed up as a sell in fact it was buy.
Hope news!
Never, slated for 2024 now isn't it!!! Lol
Come on Colin fingers out dear boy.
Mr T
Always nice to see my favourite colour! CB must be about due to release the Hope-Gorib info....
Mr T. Glad you're still here. Your point about electric cars as they are now is correct. They're new. There's little charging opportunity in a lot of areas but they'll get better. Self charging is and has for a while been available but how well it works I've no idea. If it does, wonderful. Maybe my electric bill will come down. It never seemed a good idea to ration the supply for domestic use and my local pub has around 3 or 400 light bulbs on most of the time. Tax deductible signage presumably. All fleets are now electric.. The 2030 cut off never made sense and the real change will probably come when petrol pumps become less available. No petrol. No cars. Sadiq Khan will still be happy. As Ulez profits run out he's proposing starting charging for tunnels and per mile. I think we're in the right place for metals needed
SP plumbing new depths now. Well done Colin.
As expected half year report and basically nothing to report!!! apart from another loss?
We keep hearing snippets re Eureka, but nothing happens? Why? is there a JV partner looking at this or not? if there is surely we should have had a separate RNS saying so? therefore I assume nothing is happening at Eureka?
Also why no licence, still, at Hope? how long does it take for goodness sake?
Mankayan, again the same old yarn!
I do hope CB has something up his sleeve for Q4 2023 and into 2024 on at least 3 projects to get the sp off these stupid levels, but the sector is down on it's a*** at the minute showing no sign of recovery?
You would think with all of the Green crap garbage particularly in respect of EV's the sector involving supplying raw materials for that to grow would be thriving would you not!
My take is and has been from the outset is, EV's are not the future and never will be, they're crap for the normal user!!! the infrastructure will never be in place unless Governments have billions to throw at it!! Battery tech is old tech!!! Yes there is a place for these vehicles' but certainly not on a mass scale, it will never work!!! Basically Governments talked all of this up, because they're mostly idiots, now they are all rowing back!!! absolute clowns!
The market knows? that's why, when any sniff of new oil and gas discoveries are notified they still get excited, whereas, ingredients for batteries etc are met with little enthusiasm to say the least?
The good news is that Copper and Gold will still be in demand which is what we appear to have in abundance, but, is taking an absolute age to progress anything here with the sp now nearly Zero it will take a mighty good run of news to move this up substantially in the current climate. To me Mankayan is our best hope as we have an asset that could turn into cash or a substantial uplift on the the current valuation without us having to do anything!
So get Mankayan listed in 2024 and our value could be £7-10 Mill! now that would get the sp at least back into the teens?
Mr T
It's that tiny mcap of £2.48M that keeps me interested here. One decent update on any of those projects and we multibag imo. Could be worth the wait.....
Lots of back slapping by CB but not much else!
'I would like to thank my fellow directors and management for their untiring efforts to maintain and advance our projects to a point where our portfolio is well understood by the trade and therefore financeable going forward.'
Nothing unexpected but a good reminder of what BZT has and good to read that Eureka is returning to life, post Covid. Topped up again a couple of days ago. Hope and Gorob could be anytime. Kanye looks good. Eureka right into central South America could be huge and all at 0.03. Can't be bad
Let's hope the update is worth the wait!
I wondered the same so I asked the company whether it would be weeks or months. The reply I received was ‘ In relation to the updated mineral resource for the Hope & Gorob project shortly was used in the context of weeks rather than several months’. I don’t see what is taking so long
Remember CB's definition of "shortly" is any time period up to a maximum of 10 years!
Where is the update? Shortly? Now over 3 weeks! No wonder the SP is on its ar*e....
RNS 6 Sept 23: 'The Company has received the final draft of a revised mineral resource statement in relation to the Hope and Gorob project from Addison Mining Services and is working with Addison Mining Services on an announcement regarding the revised mineral resource statement which it anticipates announcing shortly'
Ouch! Hope you didn't lose too much money! (I'm giving CB until the end of the year)
Out. Apology, I did state I would stay until 2024 but in fact I need the cash now.
Long time holder. I don't post much now. Long time loser on this stock too.
CB. Grandad aged robber. 3 years years in to listening to lies.
Meat on the table old boy . That's what we need.
Cheap as chips - no wonder 7,637,973,036 shares in issue. Who owns all these shares?

Looks like a lot of PIs and HWIs in the same boat with us and waiting for something to happen.
I remember the dyas when someone buying 8.2M shares (just showing) would have paid over £30k! Decent trade or waste of money? Only time will tell....
If CB pulls off Hope-Gorob (or any of the other projects!) the current SP is a cheap as chips....
Is it not just down to impatience? We know that the mining licence is awaited. We had good reports of what is there; It's frustrating waiting. I'm frustrated too but it's all down to Namibia
