yep! unfortunately they missed the iron ore boom last time, where fenix capitalised. ufo had so much potential but has been completely mismanaged. i’ve sold a third of my holding after 6 years. i imagine they will sell han**** for peanuts and put the money into a gold mine which will then need early exploration and the money will all go up in dust again. munni munni could be an interesting project, but then why not just invest in greentech. elizabeth hill is too small for a big player but may make west coast some small profit to look at a better project. there are far better management teams with much bigger and fundable resources out there.

Colin has mentioned setting up a SPV to raise money at project level instead of through dilution at the PLC.

A strategic could take a position for the equity portion at the project level but they would want a percentage of the project.

This is why we need to know the terms of the financing.

Presumably we will be raising equity at project level and be giving away 15-20% to a partner? What is the funding gap after the $7m prepayment and offtake deal? Another $7-$8? Will there be a discounted raise to act as a contingency and for working capital.

They still hold around 80.6m shares and around 2M options. Blackstone have a cease and desist order on the drilling for mankayan.

I have emailed Mike allardice twice now with no response. Surely we are due an update now since everything is granted? Has Colin been on the blower recently?

If as Colin claims that financing discussion have been ongoing for 18 months to 2 years they should be near to concluding everything- hopefully they are making progress behind the scenes, they have no excuses now with licenses now granted
