Yes completely agree. I think the Board are a bunch of useless morons but the price of the acquisition has not changed and the rights issue was flagged and is immaterial. The fees are eye watering however and nothing will change unless they deliver more contracts and growth, and then communicate it.

I’m hoping the long term incentive plan will encourage the Board to deliver more because at the moment they are getting nothing from it. Mind you they are getting totally undeserved salaries meanwhile.

0.11p now after averaging down over the years. So nearly break even but still no profit and of course that doesn't factor in the time value of money, opportunity cost and regular criticism from the missus about my terrible investment!

Communication is and always has been inadequate.

I believe the funding is dependent on the licence renewal so it needs to happen. Whilst it is outstanding it remains a major risk.

So I’m confused now. Has the licence been renewed or not? Some say it has been, others provide evidence it hasn’t been.

This is where CB needs to step in and communicate clearly and comprehensively.

Nobody gets any share options if the price is lower than 84p at 31/12/26. Let’s hope that at least motivates them but they have to understand that newsflow is critical to building share price momentum and they are in a constant blackout.

We’ve had 2 standalone RNSs all year with commercial news. The newsflow is a disgrace. Are they actually doing anything except collecting their excessive salaries?

I just listened to the Roast podcast.

The most noteworthy for me is how low the capex is but even more importantly at today’s metal prices CB said revenue would be 37% higher. Given by my calculations revenue will be $363m (EBITDA $179.2m + Opex $184.1m) that means upside of $134m that will flow straight to the bottom line!

It was disappointing they didn’t ask him about the financing because that was the obvious question.

Based on the long term incentive plan the share price will need to be a minimum of 84p at 31/12/26 to trigger an award of 25% and will need to reach £1.38 to trigger the maximum award of 100%.

Our Chief Value Destroyer will certainly be interested because his award could exceed £1.3m.

I suspect we’ll see lots of communication and newsflow over the next year to get above 84p but I sincerely hope they don’t adjust the scheme or put in a new one if we make an acquisition.

Growth plan is now due by end of year but at least cash burn seems to be slowing based on last 2 months.

Surely our Chief Value Destroyer will give us a date for the strategy update when interims are announced next week?

The price went down over 10% in the week the prosecution was announced so hopefully we’ll have a bit more of a bounce back than the 1% we saw yesterday.

It might even go up another 2% when the chief value destroyer announces his strategic plan 18 months into the job.

Is due by late summer according to our Chief Value Destroyer Lyn Rees so by my understanding that is late August/early September. No doubt it will be another washout but it's the hope that kills you.

I would have thought this industry is so fast-moving that if it takes over a year to develop a strategic plan, by the time you present it, it will be out of date.

why can’t this piece of **** company provide some meaningful newsflow? that’s what drives momentum and interest.

My reading of the resolution results is they can’t raise any further funds without offering new shares to existing shareholders first. And they can’t offer new shares to employees either. But please correct me if I’m wrong.
