Are you happy now Aus? see what you have unleashed.
Hey Mandy. There is another thing we disagree on, your politics are bit wayward.
As a lifelong Conservative voter (until 2016) I can readily see there is nothing conservative or decent about the Conservative Party or ukip/reform/Britain first/BMP Party.
Wake up Mandy, decent types like you shouldn’t be voting for despicable people in these pretend political regimes. Your personal wealth & wellbeing won’t benefit from your dark side being tickled by bad people.
larry love your (telling) voting logic. your interest in other peoples personal business and or life choices and or pro noun choices (a la pretend culture war)
seems to superceed the reality of untold corruption and incompetence in the conservative party or an inevitable repeat of the same by opportunist, ******, leave loving, russian sponsored, divisive lunatics to be found in reform.
i find it perplexing why someone born male who identifies as a woman & who someone with empathy (in this case starmer) struggles to find the kindest description to use would be such a deal breaker
i do wonder where madness lays?. fifty years ago politicians with empathy would have struggled to find the kindest words to use publicly for *** men. it’s no different.
please try to think yourself out of right wing bigoted propaganda. if you can.
Can a Woman have a John Thomas? Keir Starmer doesn’t seem to not know the answer to that, nor do a number of labour MPs. On that basis I’ll struggle to be vote Labour.
Dont worry about my money mandy , its good, legal and paid by BT. I am concerned that you dont have £100 , your hardly a reputable and decent character. The way you panic and lose the plot when the SP goes down , makes me think you have nothing , i doubt you even have BT shares. Its all just a part of this imaginary world you have constructed , just to gain attention.

Research done, and can’t see this law suit effecting the share price too much. Santander got fined £108 million in 2022 for historical AML breaches and didn’t do anything to the share price
I will take that bet , £100 (or 20 of mandys shares) says Labour to win the next GE...... Easy money , like taking candy from a baby, money for old rope.
Its amazing , a subject mandy knows less about than share investment , politics.
A word of advice mandy , someone with your (1960's) bigoted views , should stay well away from comedy clubs ,or the public in general , for your own safety
Only circumstance this hits £5 plus again is just after Labour win a second term in 2029/30... meanwhile rather than averaging down Mandy can drown his sorrows with plenty of Bells bought with the proceeds from the divi's!
Hi Savage , when do you see the SP hitting £5.00? As old mandy needs this price to break even
Have to confess I know not a scooby doo about this class action lawsuit, other than seeing it mentioned on here by a few. Knowing absolutely zero about the case what I will say is if compensation is rightly owed for a wrongdoing then a court will find so and will make a ruling for a fair compensation. Any compensation ruling will not award a handsome bounty to those disadvantaged, it'll only right the past wrong and perhaps may even fall slightly short of wholly righting it.
Correct, we should be seeing £1.65p easily for BT some point in the Spring/Summer ahead - the rollouts of FTTP and 5G are going well and income being generated by the annual price hiking on 1st Apr too.
Not me Mandy. Hate Unions. .....whingers and whiners. Happily retired before pension age and loving life while still relatively young.
Afternoon Mandy, sadly I've no £60k to place trades, if only!... I am but a tiny spec/amoeba, smaller even than a wee minnow in this vast ocean of traders...
I place infinitesimally small stakes (£0.5-£1.5k tranches) where I spot there may some gains to be had, by placing long trades (well mid-term really), using my salary income, in a desperate attempt to bolster my savings pot towards our house deposit (my wife also trades too)!
So far though we've been consistently beating bond/savings accounts by a considerable margin with ~7-20% returns from our positions (with just a couple of losses thus far). I began trading in late Dec 22.
Morning Mandy, are you Porche? I only ask because I don't know if anyone stupid enough to take any notice of anything that f00l says
Apparently The class action says. If Your Old . " Your Stupid"
I filtered Mandy because the vast majority of his posts were focused on wild theories of BT being taken over, and some sort of fantasy paranoia about this share chat being controlled by the CWU. I used to be in the CWU and left in 2019, when I retired; We didn't have collective bargaining at CWC/Vodafone, but I joined the CWU as an insurance policy in case I ever needed legal representation.
Unlike the Altnets BT isn't a one trick pony, they've merged Global and Enterprise to create BT Business, with EE now the combined Mobile and previous stand alone consumer business. Openreach alone is probably worth more than BT's financial debt and lease liabilities combined, with Lease Liabilities really an operating cost rather than true debt, so the market is clearly undervaluing BT's assets.
I have to admit, Mandy’s daily update of what’s wrong with the world, is a humorous distraction from what’s really wrong with the world. :)

“Digs” not “digs” & “payback”
Bertram I don’t think that’s fair. I mainly see spiteful attacks on Mandy, whereas I see humour in majority of his posts.
Mandy is making a good point in so many ways, when he has repeated his conviction as many times as Fleccy has repeated his on this board, then I may change my mind.
Low share price, little interest from the business community, competition really trying to get their act together, reducing revenue (apart from pay rises)
Whose posts reflect current reality ? I think Mandy’s do, when you take out some of his flair for a tale or two.
Do you see BT striving to increase revenue other than full fibre? Which Mandy correctly points out is fraught with unknowns.
There is completion, foreign money, technology changes (over a 30 - 50 year oau back). Only yesterday I was talking about dogs needed to get it fitted, this alone makes me wonder if I can with alternative options?
Full fibre is a plan, I can see the potential cost savings, but the long payback period & the potential market changes during that time period, do present risks.
It’s nowhere near the milk and honey in the future, safe bet some would have you believe
& share price reflects this……. Which Mandy eloquently points out. (In between the poetry)
See what I mean, not worth reading.
"BT and Global, the Media & Entertainment Group, have today announced a 10-year partnership to upgrade the nation’s legacy payphones and roll out more digital hubs for local communities – in a move that will provide better connectivity and hyper-local advertising in more than 200 towns and cities across the UK. Global will also continue to represent BT’s street furniture advertising sales for the next decade."

"So glad Mandy and me make no sense to Fleccy"
Well done Aus for giving mandy the oxygen he needs to continue to ruin this Bb, drive away posters who actually contribute, attack any posters who do not agree with his opinions/ tunnel vision/ bid rhetoric. The BB is not worth reading ATM, Well done.
I came for share chat but recieved 1980s cheryl Baker videos , while she is of course a national treasure what's going on guys ☺️
expat - i don’t think that’s right. the energy price guarantee was the response to higher fuel prices resulting from war in ukraine. the energy price cap was around before this happened as a regulated price. the argument about it being too little / too much is a separate discussion. it is however an example of regulated price and not free market, *** abandon capitalism
Abject very well said to the point that if they do not get the message, other issues are probably at play. all the best
