Having truly believed that I had lost everything here, I have got to be happy with the progress we are now making.
Apologies if this has already been mentioned. Another very interesting blood cancer biopsy company gathering lot of interest on AIM is AGL. AGL shares performing very well with pending FDA approval of the blood biopsy device. Maybe Cizzle is about to start a similar journey. I have a very significant holding in BOU, and will be voting yes and holding for now, because AGL has opened my eyes to the huge market potential and the route to get there.
Let's not speculate. Let's wait and see, hope for the best, and enjoy the ride. Hopefully in a few weeks we can see some "Well done to the very patient holders," and, "GL guys! Wish I'd got in early like you lot!" kind of posts on here. I've waited 568 days so far, I'm pretty sure another couple of weeks will be easy. Best of luck everyone!
To be honest I'm not sure it's a rat.. As I posted earlier
"Perhaps A.S. is the key to unlocking the potential and taking it to market. Hope so."
I'm going to summize my take.... Feel free to shoot me down.
There's not much to go on but in a nutshell Cizzle seems to be a prototype blood test protected with a patent. There's a proof-of-principle prototype test and interest to commercialise the technologies. (source cizzle website)
It's a very basic website as I joked earlier. Maybe here is a clue.
Prof Dawn Coverly is the only active director. There have been 15 along the way. Seems this is her life work. Its been running for 15 years. Dawn is left holding this with funding running out. Co House accounts show a frugal existence. Without intending offence maybe she lacks the business accumen to take this foward and bould have spotted an opportunity (no pun intended). She's a clever scientist with a potential life saver in her hands.
With the right pipeline and a bit of angel intervention (Syms arguably has the right contacts) this could be licensed out or flipped wholesale after some proper clinical trials.
Potential is huge but it needs a leg up. Hence my other comment "If these figures are right (not disputing them) then this is going to have to be a hold and pray to see any return.10p is just below parity in my case."
Agree its not the multi bagger we all wished for but it's a hold and see for me. I'm voting 'yes' for this reason.

Well said RMR!
What i really want to establish if possible from any Cancer Specialist is: Can the marker identifying Lung Cancer in the Blood be adapted for other cancers? If so... i'm in for the long term.
Well said.
I despair at the posts on here this afternoon and this evening.
We all invested in a punt - high risk and possibly high reward. There were never any guarantees. Why do people expect to bag so easily?
A few weeks ago everyone was bemoaning the fact that everything was lost.
Then we find out we are returning to the main market in a few weeks time. The company we will have shares in clearly has a strong product, indeed one that may actually save your or a member of your family’s life one day. It is an exciting market and in time may do very well.
You all had a chance to leave before delisting, it didn’t come as a shock, so for goodness sake be happy that we are returning, and have some faith.
Plenty will leave on day one I am sure and most will not get proper value for their investment, their choice. I will hold and wait patiently to see how this promising story unfolds.
Something isn't right with this . I smell a rat
After 19 months we will be all down! What they have been doing for all this time!! F... parasites. The should be banned permanently to do such a transaction so no more people will be shafted! Bunch of clowns!
Our legend AG
These parasites sucked all our money in the last 19 months! They must be really sad lives. Thank God I’m not like them. Never though I would be down so much at the beginning. Their quotes: AS“we are lucky to be involved” AG“best life investment for many” ML“it’s not happening very often on the market” Nasty liars!!!
... And 19 minutes to code up the cizzle website.
Wideglide he already achieved what he wanted. Check out his new co. Trust me or not he is a nasty liar!!
vote as you see fit Wideglide - but with 15 percent already committed to FOR from one individual it's going to take a LOT of no's to scupper the deal. I'm a realist, or at least try to be - this is the deal, I can think what I like but if it is (as I see it) a choice of throwing my money away or walking off with SOMETHING I know which way I have to vote.
it took 19 months to write the prospectus..... 181 pages!
This is definitely NOT the target company we were all hoping for, but we must accept the position we are in. CIZZLE is the ONLY company we will ever have the opportunity to vote on, if we vote AGAINST then Bould Opportunities and our MONEY will simply no longer exist. This is the harsh reality we all must understand, this is not a RAMP just reality.
Aspen
Ortus, he's already on record (in the documents) as being in favour. Which counts as a YES
I imagine BOU's most significant shareholder will vote yes. Anyone think otherwise?
And I wonder if he'll take up this:
"7,603,432 shares which may be allotted on Admission to Antos Glogowski should the warrants, as further described
at paragraph 12.1.1 of Part VII, be exercised on Admission"
Think I'll scrape a profit, but mine were open offer shares left as a punt.. saying that I'm with halifax so I probably wont be able to sell for a couple of days and the price will probably tank..
Probably an obvious thing to say, but this is the *only* deal the bod will ever do to rto.
If you vote against it you are deliberately voting to lose your investment 100%.
They screwed us with baseball bat and maybe some of you liked but not me. I will be down few grands for guten morgen after 19 months and anybody new can buy on relist day and will be in much better situation than me. Do I should thank these motherf.... ? I will of course vote for all resolutions as this company is a massive potential but its a nasty feeling how out bod treated us They were taking fees all this time con artists!!
Of course something is better than nothing.....but we took the risk of nothing or something big...we knew the risks.....so when they pull it off and we see what we get for the high risk is about what we paid or in most cases half or less than half it feels less than a victory...it feels like a defeat
Previous was from 2013 not sure if still valid .
Does this affect us , if FDI have rights to patents , anybody ???? investee company CIZZLE Biotechnology Limited, a spin-out company from the University of York and leading clinical diagnostics company Fujirebio Diagnostics Incorporated (FDI) have today announced a co-development and licencing deal for a blood test for the detection of early stage lung cancers.
Under the licence, FDI is granted exclusive rights to patents and technology developed by Cizzle’s chief scientist Dr Dawn Coverley of the University of York’s Department of Biology. FDI and Cizzle will work together to develop a commercially valid test that can be taken forward through regulatory and clinical development worldwide.
I would rather have a slice of something rather than a whole lot of nothing.
