Think when we list at 10p I worked out I'm about 33% down. But on the other side I never expected this money back so to get some is a plus. I need about 15p to break even so will see what happens when we list and keep digging into Cizzle and see what their prospects are like.
thanks for confirming the bad news lol.
your numbers don't seem to work for the average cost, but I'm guessing your rounded the cost - as the average cost of those shares for exactly £7k is .458 of a penny. That said, after consolidation you will hold 3056 shares. And yes, if your average is really that high, you have little at 10p a share
Little confused here and could do with your help
my account says I have a weighted avg of 0.38p I hold 1,528,397 shares with a total cost of £7K
What does this mean for me as it appears im completely screwed on this one. All be it less screwed than it not coming back at all

If there'sone bit of GCSE maths that has really served me well, it's ratios. Works for recepies, formulas, dosages etc.
Thanks for explaining @Aidan31, that’s helpful : )
FaceCadet - everyone will be different because it depends what you average purchase price was! But I should think 10p is below what a lot of people (myself included) effectively paid. BUT also it doesn't matter what the price is on relist, it matters what the price is when you sell!
So I’ve divided my shares by 500 then multiplied it by 10p. The value of my holding works out to be 10% less than when it was suspended. Therefore the sp would need to rise by about 15% for our holdings to equal what they were when they were suspended. Is that correct? Thanks in advance.
12,871,573
you lose 73 shares - as you only get 1 new share for every 500 old shares
so 12,871,500 / 500 = 25,743 new shares
Im in the same boat over three holdings, isa, sipp and Wifes sipp :-(
I'll try again. For every 500 shares you have, 499 are thrown away and you have 1 new one. Hence 500 to 1. Original post mentioned an exact million, so the answers have been in millions. So if you (for example) had 123456 shares you'd end up with 246 new shares - your 456 at the end don't divide by 500 so are discarded completely
Aiden just to clarify s it rounded down to the million. Say you have a 200,000 above the million figure, are those discredited?
fairly simple maths - as Oilest has said, divide your holding by 500. IGNORE any remainder - you've lost those (so if you held 3 million 499 shares, its the same as 3 million)
500:3million
Is what
1:x
(3million x 1)/500
Or 3,000,000/500
=6,000
I hold just over 3000000 share after consolidation 500 to 1 share can someone please tell me how many share I will have
I wrote this off as a loss, so getting any money back would be a bonus. I’m not holding out for it to multibag as I don’t have any experience of how reverse takeovers work and whether the 10p offer price will translate into being able to sell for a profit at that price if the sp holds once the market opens. l don’t intend being a long term holder - being suspended and locked in the last couple of years has already felt like a lth! GLA!
Question 7. Is Allan going to step down from his current role and be full-time in this?
Should read ** sales margin **
And make it Q7. ;)
Question 6. Another cheeky one.
The prospectus mentions an anticipated kit cost to the NHS of £200 ea. Market potential of circa £20m p.a. Plus a USA revenue of $115m p.a .
Is there a target net margin for this combined revenue?

Tra1 Question 6There are a number of long term shareholders that held shares prior to suspension, and have had their funds tied up without recourse for a substantial time frame. I understand the reason for the placing to get quick capital injection, but why were these shareholders not given the opportunity of an open offer. The general feeling of these shareholders is that we have been put at a significant disadvantage, in that anyone buying shares on relisting will be buying them cheaper than us, the shareholders that supported this company through suspension, de-list and RTO. An open offer would have at least allowed us to reduce our average and make for a fairer result.HrlfcYou may not be convinced yet, but someone was. The placing was made without being underwritten. What this means is that they didn't need the protection of underwriting, as they already have an investor(s) (institution probably at that level) that has made an irrevocable agreement to take the entire issue. Not only that, but they took them at 10p per share. Generally speaking , they command a discount for this. Trust me, they aren't investing £2.2million to see a return of 10 or 20 % This is one of the reasons that we are listing on the main market, and not AIM, as this gives us exposure to the big institutional investors, as i said last year. We are wanting to attract the big boys now. Neil
That's what this has been all about and because there was no communication that has been the cause of frustration. The more you learn about the potential of CHIS ( sorry line of duty took over) the more you start to understand the decision making but without information previously it's just been left in a void of speculation and assumptions for everyone to go off on their own tangent I only hope they manage the next bit better. It's taken me a long time to realise that anyone can call themselves a business person because no exams or qualifications are needed. Many are lacking in a full skill set but few will ever acknowledge that fact and plunder on regardless. Still need to be convinced but armed with more knowledge certainly helps decision making .

You have set the ball rolling with 5 very good questions.

Marko/Wideglide, one bit of advice..... buy low, sell high..... puts you in a much better position with your stocks.... KR BC
Some questions from me, but feel free to ask them in the Webinar if i am not around and keep adding other questions to the list:
1-Are there any more experiments to be carried out to validate this test?
2-How far are we from commercialisation? are we currently in discussion with a partner? what happened to the old partner (Fuijirebio Diagnostics)?
3-When are we applying for CE marking and FDA approval (as mentioned in the prospectus)?
4-where do you see the company and the sp in 6months and 1 year from from now (bit too direct) but important for us as investors.
5-Can he/or the company do an investors interview through the usual channels (proactive investors etc..) and keep us updated especially in the first few weeks, a good PR is essential for any new company.
